It's nice, for a Walmart. The prices are very low. You will still struggle to navigate around the building because they put crap in the aisles. I don't shop here much because they waste my time with the lack of staffing. It is far faster to go to Meijer down the street. Meijer is a union-shop so their prices are higher. But I (my boss, actually, not me...) value my time at $2 a minute, so there is no point in me ever going to Walmart if the wait in line is more than two minutes. read more

Where do I start. First went there to get some tires put on. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm and arrived on time, the guys didnt come help me for a 10 minutes, then to install 4 tires took 2 hours, the technician kept going to either break or the bathroom, very slow. Even people waiting in the waiting room were mad because they were so slow. There were 5 technicians and 4 cars. Second, folks kept asking for help in the paint dept, and their wasnt anyone that could mix paint and nobody in fabric dept. The bathrooms smell like 10 cows let loose in the toilet and the bathroom themselves were not clean, I almost threw up! I will never visit the auto dept again. Get it together HH Walmart. read more

Absolutely terrible location. Their pickup is the slowest I've ever seen. My pickup was an hour late, and then took another 35 minutes to even get to my car! This location is always out of stock on common items. The inside is always chaos and unorganized and dirty. Would not recommend this location at all! read more

The most helpful person we encountered was an off-duty Wal-Mart employee. She pointed us in the right direction, at least. In Electronics, the employee with the blue stripe in her hair asked, "Can I help you?" "I need a cable out of that cabinet." She walked away. Another employee who had to help by default, didn't like the particular cable we were looking for and was rude the entire time she was looking for it, fumbling with keys, etc. she looked like she had just rolled out of bed. While we were waiting to pay, we could hear her complaining to another employee, who joined in. Another shopper gave up and said she was going to Target. We're visiting from out of town. The place left us feeling like we needed to shower. Awful impression. read more

I ordered $180 dollars worth of food and household items. When my delivery showed up it was 30 dollars worth of someone else's stuff. The idiot preparing my order mislabeled everything and someone else received my stuff. I called customer service only to be told that I have to wait 10 days to be refunded. I have to take a total loss and go without food until I'm refunded. Thanks Walmart!!!! read more

Went shopping for items for our company picnic, wanted 2 tvs. There was a guy at the counter, acted like we weren't wanting help. Then I kept saying excuse me, can you help me? Acted like he didn't hear me. Finally, a lady did come, but she was smaller then me. We struggled to get the two 65 inch boxes on the cart, while he continued at the counter. We did get two wonderful guys to help us get the tvs in the truck. It's sad, although I kept thanking them, my impression of your store stays with the guy the wouldn't. read more

it happens again. Dropped my car off for an oil change and was told it would take 30-45 minutes to get done. This was at 1:00pm. At 2:45 it's still in the parking lot getting a rain bath. I go to the counter where they tell me that two cars are ahead of me and it would be at least another HOUR before they consider bringing my car into the bay. Needless to say I asked for my keys. Again, this is NOT the first time this has happens but I assure you it WILL be the last. read more

If I said that it was gorgeous, would I be out of my mind? Of course, I would. It's Walmart with low prices and unhappy employees. As I drove into the parking lot, I noticed something odd--it didn't say Super Center, even though it has the two entrances clearly marked. I've seen Super Center stores with a single entrance and they're tiny, but who knows or cares really? The store had the more fancy layout with the electronics displayed in a way that they're more difficult to resist. Everything else was scattered around them without a pattern that I could see. The store seemed clean enough. If there was a greeter on the home side, I didn't see that person. I didn't see many employees at all, happy or unhappy. At least, they have competition north of I-70 with Meijer and Target over on Old Troy Pike. Why should Walmart have all the fun or the customers? read more

This store is absolutely disgusting, the make up aisle was full of open boxes, the clearance make up was all open and broken. The women at the front checking receipts called my husband a jackass because he wouldn't allow her to see our receipt for the items we paid for, from a clerk mind you, not self checkout. This store needs cleaned up and hire people with more respect for paying customers. I'm leaving one star because I couldn't give it zero. read more

If you go there make certain you grab a shopping cart in the parking lot. 9 times out of 10 once you get inside the store they wont have any. When you complain about this they always say well it is because we are so busy, when in reality they are not. It seems like everytime i go there this happens. I received newborn diapers as a late baby shower gift however my daughter is out of newborns now. I went to return the diapers for a Walmart gift card because I'm not sure how long she will be in size ones and I have plenty. The customer service representative told me I could only exchange them not refund them. She said it has to do with the diaper refund policy however on Walmart's website under refund policy's I found no such thing. I also found articles on google that state you can refund them into gift cards. Now I may wind up having to return this second item instead of just getting a card that I could use whenever I do need diapers (or other baby stuff at Walmart that I do need). DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, order from walmart.com expecting Amazon type delivery. I placed my order on may 13th with delivery promised on may 17 only to get an email saying my order was delayed with no timetable for resolution. I entered an online chat where the representative said the only options was to wait or cancel the order even after the email said I could upgrade my shipping for free. Terrible customer service. This is my usual Walmart...I noticed today that they are stocking smaller sizes of items, like half loaves of bread and small boxes of snack crackers. They are the same price as the bigger boxes/loaves by weight and I think it's great for those who live alone or don't want a large box of crackers that will go stale before finishing the package. Used to go almost every week. Not anymore. Shelves not restocked is chief complaint. Example: Went for an electronic game last week. 2 clerks talking together at electronics desk. One showed me where it should be but they were out. Went home to order on line for store pick-up, less then hour later. I received confirmation in 45 minutes that it was available for pick-up! Not sure why I bother writing this. Their reputation is catching up with them...... read more

The worst customer service. They let 10 people stand in line at the 1 or 2 registers they have open while having other employes folding clothes and cleaning other areas of the store instead of opening more registers. I stood in line for 30 min with my elderly mother. I asked for the phone number for the corporate number. Was refused the number but was able to get it later! Made my complaint and it's been a month and nothing has changed! It's no wonder the employees are rude and overworked! It seems corporate headquarters do not care about their customers or their employees. What a shame that they only care about the dollar you spend. read more
