Kroger pharmacy on town Boulevard Doesn't value your time as much as their own, it's either that or they don't utilize the call in medication line that they set up Supposedly for the customers convenience. I have use this line twice. On Both occasions once I showed up to the pharmacy I still had to wait 20 minutes because it wasn't ready. It was supposed to be filled by 5, I was there at 8:30 and was still told it wasn't ready. I know 20 minutes isn't a lot but it is if your crunched got time. The first time I showed up to the pharmacy and was told I still need to wait 20 minutes for my medication to be filled. Once it was field I noticed that I was short one medication, I asked the clerk and she told me that there was only one medication to be filled. I wasn't 100% sure so I waited to get home to confirm that because I left the paperwork there. When I return to the pharmacy to ask About this misunderstanding I was told there was a medication it just was not covered under my insurance. This information was not shared with me before. Not sure why... Once I receive that information I had put in a request to get some more medication refilled, left the pharmacy came back at the time they promised it would be filled and lo and behold it was not. This was extremely inconvenient for me because I am a night security guard who sleeps during the day so running back-and-forth to this Kroger pharmacy because they're promising me that this medication will be filled at a certain time has been a nightmare. read more
