6 days ago I placed an online order for heavy items. They were out of flavor of bottled water I get. Could deliver 5 days later. I opted out. Went to store today and flavored water still out. I have been shopping in this store since it opened in either late 96 or 97. The store has been updated at least 3 times, possibly 4. Nice when it opened but has gone from bad to worse. Over the years I have been told corporate orders items for stores. Why have a store manager? He/she should run each store, along with managers for produce, meat, dairy, etc. Recently I was searching for a front door lock. Eventually found it next to toilet seats. I don't have a deadbolt on my toilet seat, Vitamins. etc. rearranged, i.e. hair, nails, metabolism, etc. Put them in alphabetical order so no one has to spend 20 minutes searching for one item. Pins to secure dust ruffle to mattress were found, when available in stationery. No longer able to purchase 1 or 2 fresh kaiser rolls. Now in plastic bags. You don't put rolls in plastic. No choice. I purchase fresh baked rolls , not rolls that are in plastic for days. I won't pay for day old goods. read more

A holiday weekend by the beach is NOT the best time to go to a Walmart. This place was packed, and my opinion did not enough staff on to work. The aisles were cluttered, some shelves needed to be restocked as well as the freezer section. I was in town visiting family and only needed a few things for my time there....I couldn't imagine living here and needing basic groceries for the week. read more

I went into fabrics to locate a fastener. I explained to the associate what I wanted. She had just finished talking to the store manager. I let her know it's something that tightens straps on book bags. She looked confused then decided to say they didn't carry it. My mother who's worked for Walmart for 22 years told me to go to an area called "notions" we found it in less than a minute. I made sure to tell the lady we found it and showed it to her. She did ask for us to show her where we located it and she apologized she told us no. I'm just not impressed with the lackluster customer service. She gave up without even looking. read more

Walmart is sinking lower and lower with there quality. There portion size is less for more money and now there quality is the lowest I've seen. Can't buy anything there anymore without hesitation. This is the 2nd time I got funky boneless chicken breast. From what I found is there suppliers have sub standard birds that are called woody chicken. Nothing but stringy fiber that is supposed to be white meat. Think I'll be buying at my local supermarket from now on. read more

This place is a joke. The last 4 grocery pickup orders I've got had issues. Either the wrong items picked, missing items or damaged - leaking items. A few weeks back they put my groceries in my trunk and I left. When I started to unpack them at home I saw my package of chicken breasts had leaked all over. Today when I got home the laundry detergent cap wasn't on and it leaked all over my trunk, not to mention they put my sliced deli cheese in the same bag. I will never shop here again. Needed swimming goggles and a couple of other things. They have 4 self check out aisles, which was nice. Instead of the usual McDonald's or Subway restaurant inside, this Walmart has a Blimpie. It's also a Walmart Supercenter, so you can purchase groceries too. It's always comforting to see a Walmart around, especially when you're on the road. It's a one stop shop. read more

Insufficient and wasted Handicapped parking. This is a store well stocked for tourists as well as locals. The pharmacy lines are intolerable, especially when you don't feel well. The below incident happened to me on two separate occasions at the pharmacy. My doctor wrote a prescription for me that was not covered by my insurance. I asked that they fill it anyway. After waiting for more than an hour, I went to the line to pick up my prescriptions and they omitted the one that was not covered. I asked why they didn't fill it, and they said since it was (approx.) $185.00, they didn't fill it. They never phoned me or paged me. Subsequently, I had to wait again, and go back online to pick up my medication. DVD's are a mess, you can't find anything unless you want to dig into a huge bin. If the issues above don't bother you, the cashiers are friendly, polite and helpful and you can get some good deals at this Walmart. read more

This is the second time I've gone to customer service at this Walmart and had unnecessary issues. Last time I was left waiting while the rest of the line was helped by another person and then finally when my person came back it was with attitude at my disgruntlement for standing there over 10 minutes or something that required no cash after being specifically asked beforehand if it was going to be a cash or card transaction and I stated card. This time Farrah claimed to not be able to do an even exchange for 7 quarts of oil of the same brand but slightly different type and then wanted to put two quarts of oil for each return transaction separately. That is absurd. I have never in my life heard of anything like that and even the employee helping me under her direction found it ridiculous obviously after asking her "so you want her to come back tomorrow too?" then suddenly it became fine to put more than two on a transaction. Expecting to do an even exchange I did not bring the receipt with me. Funny how the next Walmart didn't say anything of the sort and did a simple return as it should have been to begin with. read more

If I could give zero stars I would I have gone into Walmart multiple times to cash checks before and those checks I've never put the third on them and I've never had a problem but whenever I get a Karen manager that decides she's not going to cash it because of that is ridiculous because I've cash checks that don't have the third on them before. Customer Service needs a series overhaul the CEO and president and mangers of Walmart need to get their heads out of their asses. If somebody is a senior Junior or the third no payroll puts that on a payroll check. Walmart you really need to take a serious look at your customer service and how you cash checks. This is my local Wal-Mart and I frequent this specific location very often. I was appauld with the way I was treated by one employee in particular. Beverly is extremely rude and argumentative. I was in line and place a plastic Sterolite container on the conveyer belt. Beverly yelled (not over exaggerating) at me "Move that now!". I replied, "Excuse me?". She again responded, "Move that now". I told her that's not a problem and she can simply ask nicely. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and continue to check out the customer in front of me. Feeling disrespected and uncomftuble I decided to move to the next line. Beverly then decided to talk about me to the customer she was assisting saying "what is she thinking putting that thing on here". I decided to walk over and I told her "if you unhappy with you job you should maybe think of a different career instead of taking it out on customers. Beverly decided to go on to tell me "I've been working with Wal-Mart for 20 years". I let her know "you should know customer service then and not argue or speak to customer in this manner". Beverly began to raise her voice saying "I'm not arguing with you. I know what I'm doing and I'll get the manager". I wasn't going to proceed to continue this argument with this uncouth employee so I walked back over in line. Beverly then told the follow customer "I'm closed!" and walked away. I don't expect allot out of a Walmart, let's be honest they are all pretty much the same. I was disappointed to see the buggies all looked tired, old and rusted. I do get that we are very near the ocean but I have a 4 month old and really didn't enjoy even setting the car seat in the buggy. The store looked like it had been in that location for a while and although had been painted looked like it could use a complete remodel. The store only had 2 registers open at 11 pm and had the self check out closed. I was surprised how few self check outs they actually had, maybe 4. I did find what I went for so no issues there. I just wasn't impressed with the stores overall image. 24 hrs later I returned to buy 2 birthday cards, a fan, and a sponge. When I got to the registers there was only one open at 11:50 pm so I went to the self checkout lane which only had 2 open. Finally there wad only one person in front of me when the clerk walked up and very rudely told us the registers were closed we need to go to the other lane that had a long, long line. I cod go on but you get the idea. By the time I was leaving they had reopened the stiff checkout (now week after midnight) and people were already checking out. This review started as a 2 star and now I'm wishing I could give them a negative number! read more

I needed help in the auto department this afternoon and looked around for a clerk. I could find no person so I called the Walmart on my phone and asked for help. I waited 10 minutes then called again on my phone to the main office and said "Please send some one to the auto department. 10 minutes later no one came so I walked out and went to NAPA. I'm temporarily handicapped with a dislocated patella and walk with a crutch so I was annoyed I could get no help. read more

I bought a thermometer online from Walmart back in April. The thermometer never worked. I submitted a form online to return the item to my local store (there was no mention of the stores not taking back returns). Today, June 10th is the last day to return the item. On 2 occasions I have spoken with a customer service supervisor and have been told they can not take pharmaceutical items back at this time. Walmart never closed down. They were still making money during the country's shut down. Therefore, they should not keep the money spent on defective products. I feel this is their way of getting an interest free loan at the consumer's expense. They have had my money for over a month and a half. read more

They not only stayed with me until I found the Bike that was just right for my needs, answering all of my questions, Robert went the extra mile and pumped up the tires for me. Same store different town. Like always they have everything you need and tons of stuff that you don't. It seems that every Walmart you ever go to no matter what city you are in the employees are always the same. This one was no different the staff was rude and had no motivation to help you with anything. I have to give props to Jeff the manager that was on duty August 4th about 8pm. The check out lines were backing up and you could hear customers start grumbling, "Why don't they open up more registers?" "What's the hold up?" Perhaps Jeff's shift was short employees, perhaps he didn't think it was efficient to move employees off other jobs to register for what might only be minutes. What he did was direct customers to open registers and shorter lines. He was active!! He was engaged in a solution!! More managers could learn a lesson in active management from him. WARNING LGBTQ and masculine women and femine men!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE THE STAFF WILL DISCRIMINATE!!! Yesterday I went shopping around 7pm when it wasn't all that busy. I had to split up my purchase between a few cards so I went through the self checkout. I was scanning my items when a young brown haired employee with glasses came up to me and said "Ma'am this item didn't scan" and proceeded to take the item out of my bag and scan it. There was 2 charges for the one item clearly on the screen. I didn't want any trouble and seeing as it was a $1 item I didn't argue. Then it happened several more times as I was scanning she came over, TOOK ITEMS OUT OF MY HANDS to scan them. Many items were double and some even triple charged!!! There were other employees standing around doing nothing about it!!! I was scared they would have me arrested so I didn't purchase all of my items. I rang it up and tried to leave. On the way out the woman said "Ma'am you didn't scan that drink coaster, I saw you scan two of them so I'm gonna need you to pay for that." Clearly it had fallen out of my bag but not wanting to start anything I just gave it to her. I PAID OVER $100 FOR $60 WORTH OF ITEMS!!! I compared my items to the receipts when I got home. I am a disabled woman who just has short hair and decided to wear basketball shorts to the store. NO ONE DESERVES THIS HORRIBLE TREATMENT!!! LIKE I WAS A CRIMINAL!!!
