WHAT????!!! Ok, I can adjust, so I said no problem how about I pick it up tomorrow morning. She said NO. They don't have anyone working there that makes cakes and she had known this over the weekend and waited 14 minutes before pickup. OK I was starting to get upset and apologized then asked her if she could call another store explain the situation and I could pick it up there tomorrow morning. All she would say is I have to cancel your order and then you can order another, well I explained it takes 48 hours can you please call. NO. I really wanted to lose my temper about the situation. I don't know what was more upsetting the fact that you called 14 minutes before pickup to cancel or an OPERATION MANAGERS unwillingness to try to help me by calling another store to see if I could get one there. FOR GOODNESS SAKE WALMART GET IT TOGETHER!!

He gave me a copy of the order. I had a cat scratch on my left ear. Ouch! Once I arrived at CVS I was greeted by the front clerk at the register. ( I'm sorry I did not get his name. He was busy). He was very friendly. I walked over to the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist Joe M. He was so kind and very helpful. He reviewed the order. Called my doctor as they had a little different tetanus shot on hand. Doctor agreed with what they hand on hand. I only had to fill out a checklist related to reactions and allergies. Joe took me into the consult room and had everything all ready. I sat and Joe explained everything he was going to do. I was not anxious. His touch with the needle was so light I barely felt it. Soon enough I was all done. I was given a sheet of information to put with my medical records. His professionalism and friendliness were greatly appreciated. Joe M gave me a bag of popcorn because I was a great patient. On the way out I let the clerk know I was given the treat by Joe. He smiled and said fine. Thank you Joe M. The pills were very important but the pharmacy couldn't acknowledge that they possibly made a mistake. They jeopardized my health because they were unprofessional and flat out liars. A police report was filed and I will be warning everyone possible to stay away from ocean lakes pharmacy. Including the BBB. If you can't stay away you had BETTER count your pills before you leave the store. Disappointing and disgusting.
