Customer service. I drove to the cvs store to pick up a prescription only to be greeted by a sign that says your systems are down. Come back later. I just called now which is two hours later to talk to somebody to see if the systems were up so I could come back and you can't speak to anyone. you can only respond to an automated system and you have to leave a message and they'll call you back in an hour. Totally ridiculous. The staff can't even take a simple phone call to answer a simple question. Horrible customer service. read more

The management is very rude. I know that my dr called medication in a week early. I called cvs and they said it wasnt there and on monday the dr called and didnt send another one in cvs just found it. This is 2nd time that happen. Told me that the would lie to me about sending me my prescription, i have been with this dr for 5 years and it get lost and CVS. When ask to follow up they told didnt have time to do everyone like that. I will never shop at CVS. Three times is bad business in a year between 35th ave and this one CVS. Then i ask if CVS could get my medicine quick the management told me that had other ppl before me and at the time nobody was waiting and told him i was going to wait he still tell me around 12 and i got there at 930am . I think that is little to long to wait when nobody is waiting in the store for medicine. read more

Pharmacist Casey was EXTREMELY rude. Refused to do a prescription that I was desperate for due to my colitis. The doctor's office had it sent in for a 56 day supply, which I only needed a 2 week supply. I called the pharmacy as soon as I was off at 6:55pm to have this changed to a 2 week supply, as it's expensive with insurance. He told me he couldn't do this until 10am tomorrow. The pharmacy closes at 8. The prescription had already went through the 4 point check and had been filled, so all they had to do was change the quantity, let it go back through visual verify, and get re bagged. Having 7+ years of retail pharmacy experience, I know this can EASILY be done in an hour. Casey just wanted to be rude for no reason claiming he couldn't do it. Patients DO NOT COME HERE. Publix across the street gladly filled it. Funny thing is, it took Casey more work to return the script from being filled and to transfer it across the street. Pharmacists like this do not need to be pharmacists. They simply do not care about their patients health. I could understand if I was rude to him, but to flat out refuse to fill a medication like this is insane. I was of course rude after he refused, CASEY sorry you're so miserable in life you have to be rude to your patients, for a job you signed up for!!!! read more

We forgot a few vaca necessities - so glad a CVS was close by. It felt like we were home. Same great layout and red and white decor. I got all three items that I came for, plus two splurge Myrtle Beach baseball hats on sale :) What a tourist!!! read more

I've stopped by this CVS a number of times and didn't realize I hadn't left a review. My apologies. This free standing drug store/convenience store is much like you would expect from any other similar type store. They carry pharmaceuticals, over the counter medications, first aid, vitamins, skin care, personal care, cosmetics, magazines, limited grocery items, laundry items, candies and holiday gifts and cards. The shelves were stocked neatly and the store appeared clean. The wait for medication was par with other pharmacies. I do appreciate the drive up window, it's such a convenience. Their prices for their goods are perhaps just above par with a local department store that sells groceries. I tend to regularly use another drug store, but sometimes, this CVS is more convenient. read more

The head pharmacist Casey could not have been less helpful if he had tried. If you're going to get a prescription filled here, make sure he's not on staff, otherwise you'll need to help yourself if there's an issue with the prescription information. read more

The Pharmacist, Lane, notified me that I'm no longer allowed to get my scripts filled at this location. The reason being is because I told him it was unacceptable for this location to be put of my medication again. No name calling or dehumanizing was done on my part, but, as a paying customer, I'm not required to have something nice to say when the pharmacy I rely on, not only doesn't fill my scripts, but gives me grief when they screw up....again. I've reached out to CVS corporate on this matter. Lane, you should be ashamed of yourself and have your license taken. read more
