Worst customer service ever. Those workers are doing everything in slow motion. Super annoying!!!!

So, I reluctantly stepped foot into Walmart today because I simply needed a car battery replacement. I had researched the battery on line, beforehand, so as to make sure I was sold the proper battery for my engine, trusting nothing to the 'Automotive Specialists' here. Everything seemed positive when I checked in at the Automotive desk and I was told that it would be approximately 20 minutes. I waited in the Auto department for a bit, as I haven't a use for Walmart in any other department, and, after 15 minutes of no action, I wandered to the Electronics dept. to ease the boredom. Upon my return, the car was still parked where I had left it. I inquired at the counter about the car, having now been about an hour, only to be told that nothing was wrong with my battery and they were not changing it! First, I did not request a battery check. I had already performed that at home, and charged the battery, that is why it was fully charged when they tested it! Second, I had said I just wanted to purchase a battery and have it installed. Simple enough instructions, for most. Thirdly, this poor gentleman who pulled up after me has been waiting 45 minutes for a manager to appear to give him a battery core credit! The cashier can get no response, so, who is guiding this ship?! Now, I am still standing here, as seating is not provided, waiting for my battery to be changed out. This is yet another example of the type of service Walmart provides. I would have given 0 stars if that were possible. read more

Only come when necessary. Their parking is absolutely ridiculous, the people who shop here are rude. They have everything you need but i rather drive 5 more miles and go to the one off Rayford/Sawdust in Spring. It so much more organized and people there are helpful and not just pawning you off on another person. read more

Even the door greeter here gives you cold looks when you come in. Cashiers lol they must be in hiding at non there are only 5 open!

Horrible service in electronics! Under staffed. Waited 22 minutes before finally receiving help. Then when they didn't have the item and I said its on the website for this store as in stock she told me she doesn't run the Internet! Wtf? This Walmart is conviently located. Parking Lot is huge. Store is nice and bright thou there a ton of people shopping on wknds it hard to maneuver cart around. They have a nice variety of items in each Dept. We got in n out of check outs and we greeted and Thanked nicely. The only thing I disliked was the people that seem to hang out in parking area and asking you for money as your walking to your car. Panhandling with Babies. Seemed like a Gypsy family. Security needs to be amped up and running these people off! read more

Tried to return a ring. So I stood in the customer service line for 30 minutes just to tell me that I have to return it in the jewelry sections. Then the poor lady in jewelry didn't know how because she is 4 days new. Management, or help, was being called at least 4 times. Maybe management needs to look into more training . read more

One of the worst Walmarts in the area. The customer service is terrible and the cashiers are very slow. There is always a 30 minute line in the evenings and never enough cashiers. I only go here as a last resort. read more

My mother had two pillows to return that was still in the plastic bag she went to the counter they told her she had to go find something in housewares worth $16 instead of them putting it on a gift card because she had more shopping to do she was so upset she found me and some young man came up at work there and he said no that's not the policy/from manager manager came I asked him what the policy was and he said well I'm not sure I should how can you be a manager in the store and not know what the return policy is he schedule is different for different items I said well there's a general return policy and you don't even know that he's very rude and say I'm sorry and I asked you a question because I'm trying to find out for you and walked away then as I'm calling the home office she goes back over and says well they're going to go take care of you I know that's not my call answer my answer is what is your return policy because is nothing posted inside the store you more read more

This Walmart is the worst. There is no one ever around to help you. Calling them is even more frustrating. They always accidentally hang up on you during a transfer call or no one ever answers in there departments. Managers are never available. Shopping at Target for now on. read more

Negative if possible. The customer service line is always backed up. I was second in line one time and it took me 45 mins to return one item cause of the :line:. The employees at this store are by far the laziest I have seen. In addition, one lady said "What the F are you people AD Fing Matching!?" Seriously watch the language woman! I stopped by this Walmart around 1:30 pm this afternoon to buy some household products. I was nearly done shopping when I promptly turned around and put all of my items back. The reason? Rude employees. I had 1 lady in the entire store smile at me. Which was fine, I suppose, but when I went around the corner and promptly stopped my cart because I nearly ran into an employee pushing her cart to the storage area of the store. I smiled and said ,"oh! Excuse me! I'm sorry." She rolled her eyes and acted irritated with me. Like how dare I not see her around a corner. With that I put everything away. I wish I had seen her name, but she was wearing a yellow vest, she was older with blonde hair. My family just suffered a great loss and I'm having a hard enough time trying to be in public right now, the last thing I want to do is be somewhere that makes me want cry. read more

If I could rate this negative stars I would. I needed something out of the pharmacy lock case. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to get back from break with the keys. I asked several people and no one even tried to help me. Just a description of someone who "may" have them. Also after asking several other people I found out her name was Nicole and she was supposed to be back from break 20 minutes ago. Regardless of her awful time and sense of urgency, how can management not make sure someone on duty has keys to pharmacy while they send someone on break? I'm new to the Spring area, and this Walmart is a lot better than the one where I'm from. It is not as crowded or as sketchy. That being said, this is still Walmart...it isn't spotlessly clean, it seems a little disorganized in the home goods section, and you will have to wait in some kind of line to checkout. Going around 10 am on a Saturday morning has been the best for me. read more

These guys need to rethink how they operate a friendly business. I have gone here twice where these god awful people have accused me of stealing. Both times, they were dissapointed in not finding any stolen merchandise on me. Its ridiculous! They think they're slick and smart. They follow you down the halls and watch you from far away to see what your up to. Its annoying I swear one of these days these people will get more than a mouthful from me. Employee at the automotive center was rude , needs to learn customer service. I told her I needed a oil change she told me to get into another line. I waited after she helped everyone else she said "oh did you need something " I said yes and oil change. After she handed me my car key tag she walked off. Leaving me and other people in line just standing there. A few moments later I walked off to where she was and I said " is that all you need from me"? She said "yes it will be about an hour" her customer service is terrible. How do you just walk off from a customer leaving me standing there with a line behind me? She should have told me it'll be an hour or something right then and then told the people behind me someone will be with them in a moment she needs to be re trained on customer service because she lacks it. I went back to see if my car was ready and no employees were to be found. A customer was yelling hello anyone here. While other waiting in line there should be an employee at the register at all times. This place looks so unorganized and sloppy. Like a circus. I drove past other Walmart's to come to this one because I thought I was going to have a better experience here because this is a "nicer" Walmart but I lied to myself. This Wal-Mart has improved a lot. I would give it a better rating but they seem to not stock merchandise they have in the back room. Heinz Raw Virginia Brand Peanuts. I buy at least 10 bags a week and have started going to HEB simply because I do not like to always have to ask someone to get them for me. They are nice but body language says they are not happy. One time I asked and he went over to where I had already looked and said they should be there. I told him I knew that. Walmart.com pick up is so disorganized!!! Do not order online! The line was so long, with just one person running from the front of the store to the back to look for items. The "managers" were just standing looking confused saying they are "not in that department"!!! Manager said there was only one person "trained" to do this! Walmart you need to do better. read more

geez.. 1) went there the week of Thanksgiving to look for the following: A) door hanging spice rack B) a houston key map C) specific DVD Did they have ANY of these items? NO..... 2)My memory lapsed and I went again yesterday to look for the following: a) Old SPice aftershave b) CLR c) Ocean Spray Cranberry Cocktail Did they have ANY of these items? NO Isn't this the place where you're supposed to find everything you need at a REEAALLL low price? Aren't they supposed to be a one stop shop sort of place? Heck no you can't find a worker. If you do, they don't speak your language all of a sudden. It's like the back of their head splits open and the brain falls out OR they "don't work in this area....will try to find someone for you"...bwahahahahahaha yeah right.....gave up after 10 minutes. Wish zero stars was an option. I could go on and on with complaints. 1/2 the shopping carts have issues, Long checkout lines, went to self-checkout since I only had a few items. I figured it would be quicker however I was incorrect. There was nobody there monitoring the self checkout lanes. I had a red light come on which required a cashier to assist (product was over $100 so required approval). I stood there for several minutes hoping an attendant would appear any moment to assist me. I finally gave up and I had to waive an employee down Who then proclaimed (with attitude) that she was on break and yelled across the store for someone else to come and help. I returned to my cash register expecting her to come over to me but As she approached somebody else's red light came on and she went to them first. I waited patiently as it took them over 10 minutes to do a price check and go check the item in the store. Instead of coming to me after she finished with her she proceeded to go to yet another customer who also was having issues with the self checkout. That proceeded to take another 10 minutes meanwhile I stood by my register knowing that had I just stood in line I would've been out of the store and in my car by now. When she finally finished with the second customer she proceeded to walk back to the front of the store as if she did not notice me. I had to flag her down yet a second time and let her know I still required her assistance. She did not say a word to me walked over to the registered put her code in and walked off. Never once saying a word! Like 'thanks for your patience!' 'How are you today?' Or 'did you find everything okay?' It was as if she did not even see me. She then walked off like a zombie and left the entire area once again leaving the self checkouts without supervision to help troubleshoot issues. And of course she was not wearing a name tag I specifically looked. As a result of their pathetic service it took me over 30 minutes at the self checkout with only four items to scan! Something which should've taken no more than a couple of minutes. Horrible experience not to mention I have had two of my neighbors complain that they've had their wallet and phone stolen from their purses at that location. I should've known better. Customer Satisfaction is a joke at this store. Worst WalMart for miles. Good luck finding help that is courteous and respectful. Always long lines with about two registers open no matter what time of day. Definitely worth the drive to go somewhere else!!!! read more

People who work here are very rude and always look like they are mad. I will not go to this walmart again.

Save yourself aggravation and disappointment by driving on by this one. The handicapped carts are either not charged, broken, or in use because they only have about six of them. The pharmacy is run by a rude pharmacist who decides what prescription to fill and informs you how poorly your doctor's judgement is. Implies misdiagnosis be cause" you don't look sick". You can never find any help and the checkouts are never properly staffed. Must have the worst management of any Wal-Mart in the area. Drive on by! read more

I use the Walmart pick up grocery option and it actually worked pretty good. There was some initial confusion on the fact that I was not performing a site to store pick up I was able to get my order in under 15 minutes. They loaded it into the car and the order was 100% correct. The frozen items were still frozen and the refrigerated items were refrigerated. All in all I would say it was good. read more

Unlike some Wal-Marts this one seems to assign a person to the sporting goods department. Unfortunately it can still be hard to find them and one of the regulars has bad customer service skills. This can actually be worse than the stores that don't have anybody assigned to that section. If nobody is assigned you can go to automotive or electronics and they will usually have the keys for merchandise that is locked up. If you have someone assigned that just disappears its useless trying to page them and good luck if you wait for them to show back up. This has happened on many occasions so this review isn't a response to an isolated incident. The WM on 2920 and the one near Sawdust in the Woodlands have better control of their sporting goods department. read more

They really need to train their cashiers to be a little more faster, and even be friendly. It's all about the first impression you make to the customer. I don't like when I go to check out, the cashiers kinda gives that attitude like they are mad at ya..literally they'll have frown faces. The store is well stocked, I wish they were cleaner. They need to clean those self-checkout machines all the time because they have germs everywhere. I couldn't scan my stuff because it was just too nasty to even touch the screen. THEY NEED TO BE DISINFECTED ATLEAST AFTER EVERY 20 mins or so! Management is soooo down, way down they need to fix that. They need a good upgrade! read more

Its a walmart, not the greatest, usually hugely crowded. I spent 2 hrs on day sitting waiting for a motorized cart so I could do my shopping come to find out that they were on the other side of the store and the associate who offered to get me one and check the other side, never bothered after he left me. read more

Yesterday, I decided to get an oil change at Walmart, since I had to pick up a couple of items. I went inside as the sign instructed and went to the counter. The young lady gave me a sticker, placed one on my keys and I stood waiting at the counter for about 2 minutes with no interaction. Finally she looked up, and stated "oh, That's it". While standing there I did notice a pile of batteries (approximately over 50 batteries), behind the young lady. Later, I received a call indicating the car would not start, and went to my car which was in front of one of the bays. The technician indicated the car would not start and if I wanted to purchase a battery. I informed him it was still under warranty, and it would be replaced at no cost. I requested a jump so I could move it from in front of the bay. He then stated he wouldn't, but batteries were available for sale. The customer service, unethicalness, and just common decency were not evident at Walmart. It is truly disappointing that POOR customer service, and lack of common human decency are not words that are in any description with associated with Walmart. Bad customer service, and no human decency. Walmart should be the store "AS A LAST RESORT". read more
