Worst walmart ever. Every time I go here to pick up a script its a 30 min+ long ordeal, even if I go through the drive through. Never enough check out lanes open, never enough self check outs open, never enough pharmacists. Went here to do an order pickup and sat outside waiting for my online order to be brought to my car for 20 minutes. Biggest waste of time. Where do I even begin. This location is absolute garbage. From the literal appearance of the sales floor, to the people running it. On an average visit you will encounter a store filled with garbage, and pallets covering nearly every inch of the floor. The shelves are either empty, or filled with the stolen remains of products. The coaches (managers) are incredibly demeaning to both employees and customers. The check out lines run for miles, at no fault of the employees who are clearly overworked. Overall I believe that the biggest issue is the people in charge of this dumpster fire. I would recommend any walmart over this location. read more

I have used the delivery service they offer many times. Some of the people that deliver are great and some not so much. But the real problem is with the management of that department. Orders dont get delivered and no one calls to explain what's going on. You can try calling there and if by some off chance someone does answer the phone, they will have zero knowledge of anything. The only people on the ball in that department is the person who took the money out of my account. They were swift like a cheetah to take it and then turned sloth like to return it to my account. Had to make a change. Kroger is doing a fine job. read more

Walmart Bakery is awesome. Miss Debbie (or Debby) was a PHENOMENAL help getting not one but TWO cakes decorated and stored for a party the day after I came. I wanted to tip her but she said a review would be just as helpful. Give that lady a raise! Woohoo! read more

I personally avoid Walmart at all costs, but we ordered a full sheet cake for Veterans Day to honor and recognize our employees. Not only did the writing and decorations on the cake look terrible, but they failed to list out all the branches of the military as we specifically requested. We called to point out their error and they simply didn't care. Their only response was to off 10% off our next order which didn't help with our Veterans Day employee luncheon. read more

The store was laid out well and we had no problem finding our coveted item - the entire first season on Homeland (5 stars)! Good selection of movies and an excellent selection of snuggies for adults. I called the night before complaining to put my items in my bags & they told me I could pick it up in the morning & just had to provide them my name since they had it written down. I show up the next day & they refused to give me my items after showing the receipt. Finally spoke to a different person in charge and she told me to go find the items AGAIN that I already purchased. All I wanted to do was buy a knife. I waited in sporting for an associate to help me, all while I had other associates "looking for someone that could help me" (which they weren't), finally I had someone walk up with some keys to the case after waiting for 20 minutes. I showed them the knife that I wanted, they told me that it would be waiting at checkout isle #13. I go up there and the person had grabbed the display knife with no kind of price on it. So they went to get another one, I waited ANOTHER 20 minutes for the associate to return and they never did. So I spent an hour at Walmart today trying to buy a knife but instead, I left empty handed and full of frustration. WORST WALMART I'VE EVER BEEN TO HANDS DOWN! read more

I refuse to support an Evil Empire such as Walmart. The owners are greedy - although they are in the top wealthiest people in the US, they refuse to pay their employees well, and provide decent insurance. Most of their employees are also on government assistance due to the low wage. I am all about paying employees according to performance, so of course some should be making minimum wage but decent raises should be given to those who earn it. Boycott Walmart! read more

Went in for an oil change. Was not my first time using this service at this store and was quick as usual. However what I did not expect was to leave the store and find out that they had broken my brake line in the process not only causing a costly tow and repair bill but also putting me and my young daughter at risk of crashing. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER! walmart keeps preaching use our app while you shop i did today and found a item that was marked at 2$.. and it scanned as 2$ on the app got to checkout i had 5 of the item in my cart. well it scanned at a different price i showed the cashier the app he said no problem he would just have to call a csm i said thats fine. she came over scanned it with her app she didnt look at the store price she only looked at the online price witch wasnt what my app said for the store i kindly asked to speak with the main manager she said okay i followed her to the main CSM area he came out the office slammed the door. walked to me then walked back set a alarm then turned to me again then turned back around. then finally came over to me he didnt even ask what the problem was just was rude from the start i asked him to explain why Walmarts app said in store it was 2.00 but rung up 7.86. he said i dont know your app is probably fake... Stupid me. I've never had an issue taking my car here for oil change up until a few weeks ago. They really did a number. Did not place my oil filter in correctly or basically push it in all the way so the oil wasn't filterd going through my engine and they over filled it with oil. It's Walmart.... The store it self is not the cleanest. Can never find anyone to help and the bathrooms are always nasty. Had a oil change done on my car and when it came out it no longer went into drive.... How you mess that up on a oil change I have no clue. They never fixed it or anything. I don't really care about size, but I asked one of the guys the difference between the 60" Vizio UHD 4K Smart Tv and the Samsung UHD 4K smart Tv, I was just curious to his opinion on both, apparently he doesn't know. So I was like well Samsung has better color, so I'll take that one, after waiting 15 minutes he says they don't have it in stock, so I was like OKAY, I'll take the Vizio, comes back 15 minutes later, we don't have that either. Omg, okay so I ask him about the TCL Roku TV, he also didn't really know anything about that either(of course, why would he, he's just an employee for no reason at all), so he comes back 10 minutes later & says yeah we are out of that too. Stopped in to buy some dinner. On our way cross country. Some walmarts welcome rvs. But to be polite it's always good to double check with customer service or management. So my husband goes to customer service and asked. The women at the counter was extremely rude. Stated that if you buy something then u can park. Well duh, of course you can park if you are doing some shopping. Then said there are signs that says no truck parking, again duh we aren't driving a tractor trailer. On 12-12-18 I bought a computer from this Walmart. After getting it home and doing some research online, I decided to return it to the store without even opening it. I returned it the following day. The young man at customer service told me it would go back on my bank card in 3-5 business days. He called a red haired lady to the register for an over ride who corrected him and said it would be more like 7-10 days. He said he could put in on a Gift card. I told them I wanted to buy a different computer but it might not be at Walmart. The red haired lady said that the gift card could be used anywhere. I said what if I wanted to buy one at Amazon or Best Buy. She said it would work anywhere. The young man said, "Really? I didn't know that." She said, "Yes, you can use them anywhere." I asked her if she were sure. She said yes. Now I find out that that was not true and I cannot get the computer I want to buy because Walmart does not offer it. I do not appreciated being lied to and forced to spend this card at Walmart when I made it entirely clear that I might not want any that Walmart had. Now I have a worthless gift card that will take me forever to use because I am not a frequent Walmart shopper and this will make for a very unhappy Christmas for us. This lady should not lie to customers or if she truly believed this she should be trained to do her job as she seemed to be some type of supervisor over customer service.
