The cashiers are courteous and friendly, the deli staff are always quite busy and they too are friendly and eager to help. The meat and seafood department is always clean and the staff ready to help. I have been going to Sunny farms for six years and have never been disappointed or treated rudely. I feel that some of the bad reviews may be from those who walked in one time caught someone on a bad day and want to write off the whole store or at least that one person as awful. The place is always busy and I see regular customers there often just like myself.

I ended up going it and just putting in a new order for two single layer cakes (the person at the register told me the problem was that "they couldn't do two tiers cakes" ) I figured we'd stack them ourselves. The day before the wedding they were picked up and I kid you not it looked like a child baked it. They were uneven and looked like they had been frosted by a child. Luckily my sister can bake and last minute baked us another cake. The whole experience with their bakery was pretty awful.

Downside is that the vendors weren't required to wear masks, so some didn't have them.
