This is where she lost me as a customer. I don't understand why business owners would ever bring politics into their business setting. When the lady saw however she decided to say that they were $30 each and that she had marked them up wrong. My mom decided to refuse that offer and just get the flute instead. When the lady saw the price of the flute that she had just marked she then decided to go and look up the flute and its price on eBay. She tried to mark up the price by 50 more dollars and at this point my mom just wanted leave. The lady then got harsh and tried to make her feel guilty for not paying the extra, so we left. I was not prepared for the absolute show-stopper that he produced. Not only does sole look even better than what I'd expect from the factory, but he reconditioned the whole boot. These boots look better than the day I bought them. For the amazing work he puts out, I'd fully expect to pay double the price. It's obvious he puts in a huge amount of care and attention to each detail, and the professional pride absolutely comes through. I'm moving away soon but I intend to package and ship all my boots to him in the future. He is that good.

They called and said they couldn't even consider it because I mentioned the word wedding and would need to charge me for the amount of guests I had. I explained that the cake was literally just for me and my husband. Just for us to cut. And then save the top... they said it didn't matter and I needed to go in for a meeting because I mentioned wedding. Whatever I understand there are rules but the baker was SO rude about it on the phone. I ended up going it and just putting in a new order for two single layer cakes (the person at the register told me the problem was that "they couldn't do two tiers cakes" ) I figured we'd stack them ourselves. The day before the wedding they were picked up and I kid you not it looked like a child baked it. They were uneven and looked like they had been frosted by a child. Luckily my sister can bake and last minute baked us another cake. The whole experience with their bakery was pretty awful.
