Prices are on the high side, so be prepared for that. But my problem is the employees in the deli get irritated if you need help, they prefer you to not bother them and just go and purchase the meats in the pre-sliced section. The store is a little old but clean. I was looking for Ezekiel bread. I first stopped at Safeway because it was bigger and newer. But they do. not carry Ezekiel bread and would not order it for me. I went into QFC and they have it in stock. No special order. I will make this my regular grocery store. read more

Everyone there is just the best. Everyone, even during the pandemic, were always friendly and helpful. They even have some east coast gems. A day ago I was in a panic when I couldn't find a ham. Today I was shopping at QFCI had a cart full of a few toiletries and foods then some random manager guy starts following me around won't even like let me look without bumping into him and starts taking my picture I had to cash and some scratch tickets so I did that and I asked the guy at customer service to please put my food back because they didn't have the yogurt here that I wanted so I have to go to a different store anyway however I am never going back here after how I was treated why are you profiling people do you not like people who are Russian or is it because I am female do not like me because I left my dog in the car and he is a wolf so he was howling he just does that he is not upset or hurt I can't think of any other reason you need to get your staff and check QFC this was so creepy I have the chills now he is still standing outside trying to take a picture of my car never again will I go to the store or allow anybody I care about to go to the store I'm on my way to Safeway now to see if I can get a good picture of this guy conveniently he ran away right when I pulled up to take his picture he can take my picture but he gets mad when I try to take his yeah there's something wrong here just to let you know he has a tall guy with black hair and a black manager outfit like he was like the head manager here or something I did not steal anything I also did not purchase anything because of him you need to stop profiling people man or else you are not going to be a very good representative for your company read more

Dylan, at the gas pumps was my hero today. For three years my QFC card would never work at the pumps. I tried several times, but it would NEVER work. That means I have lost three years worth of discounts. So today I asked Dylan to come out to the pump and help me. He said those arrows don't work, and indicated to me that I need to use the number pad. After fueling up, the receipt didn't print, and told me to go to the cashier. Dylan was so kind and polite, and extremely helpful, especially after three years worth of frustration. Thank you, Dylan! I don't know if they check you for a mask when you come in, but the people who were shopping there wore masks, as well as the clerks. They were very attentive to hygiene with the shopping carts, counter tops and food departments. Store like this will be very helpful to speed up the re-opening process after Covid-19. Thank you. QFC is an alright place. It seems to be a little more expensive than some of the other options in town. The last several times I've been there, they only had two checkers and there were longer lines. The good news on the prices, they usually get good coupon deals on the espresso beans. read more

Initially QFC stood up with Covid precautions (senior hours, masks, floor markings for aisle direction, and checkout line spacing). Now the senior hours are gone. The aisle direction is gone. Masks appear optional. Spacing at checkout appears optional. An employee said "the store is letting the customers work it out". Very disappointing! Can't trust this store! BTW, the curbside pickup never worked. Items available in the store are not listed on the website and prices are not consistent with inside the store. Curbside is not functional! Kroger and the store are not interested in fixing the problems. read more

Jeff and his entire crew are amazing. I've shopped there for as long as QFC has been in Sequim and never had a bad experience. And that was when life was easy! With the Covid-19, everyone in the store has walked the extra mile to make the place safe and friendly. With social distancing I see more of the store crew than I do of my best friends; the QFC staff have all become my new best friends. Seems kind of odd to rate a grocery store five stars, but this one deserves it!!! Their checkers are courteous, cheerful, and friendly. It is an OK grocery store - Safeway has it beat on atmosphere, selection, and price but they are across town from one another so you'll find me here for my quick shopping experiences. It is open 24hrs which has its benefits. read more

Unlike Safeway, everyone is wearing a mask, and polite. We found everything we needed quickly and safely.

This store used to be an okay store in my opinion but lately they have been aweful. QFC as a whole is in bad shape, their customer service overall has been lacking, I am disgusted with how they treat people overall and how store management has been falling apart.. I'd rather maintain a customer business and make a positive difference and make them feel welcome, treat them with respect, make them want to shop at this store. QFC overall needs improvement. read more

Wish to disagree to the previous reviewer- Safeway doesn't beat QFC for anything - their prices have increased, their stores are dark, the thought of 'atmosphere' is laughable. And the check-out lines...always the lines. QFC is immaculate at all times - you could probably eat off the floors if you were so inclined. The produce section is a work of art, with the best produce to be found anywhere. The people are friendly and helpful; they have a selection of upscale ingredients not found anywhere else in the town. Truffle oil, anyone? The prices are comparable to Safeway at all times, and frequently lower. If you want to have an enjoyable "shopping experience" instead of just a mad rush into a crowded building, you'll be happy at QFC. read more

Yes, the produce and select items might cost a bit more than at other stores, but the produce is the freshest of all the chain grocers around. Shannon went out of her way to tell us (and show us,) what turkey they had on sale for Thanksgiving. (It was cheaper to buy a 16 pound turkey than an 8 pound!) read more

Although this store has changed a bit and may not be as frequently shopped as the more populated area where Safeway is, Erin in the seafood department is amazing and I highly recommend that you visit her for your seafood needs! She's been there for years way back when I used to just visit my visit my family from Nashville, TN. I now live in the area and I have always been impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff but especially Erin. She remembers us, greets us with a huge smile and great fun attitude and I appreciate the way she has always taken care of my mom and dad. For example, where in the a larger city would you get a person who would call your home to let you know that there was a fish they just got in that was a favorite of my mom's and that that they will be setting some aside for her if we wanted it?Erin did! I was floored when she called and so appreciative of that kind of service. It's not common anymore but she still does it! Thanks to Erin and QFC!
