It was this past monday at 6pm...not a holiday. You simply have to laugh at the absence of customer service. Oh and my Lolly pop Strawberries...out and no strawberries for me. I went to CVS to refill it only to find out they were out of stock and wouldn't have more until Monday. I told the sales person this was unacceptable that they had actually run out of stock on such an important item. I told her I would pick it up on Monday and left. I received a call shortly from pharmacist Gabriel Beidoe who had overheard our conversation. He had called another pharmacy and located the drug and had the pharmacist set it aside for me. I had hoped to be passing through San Angelo earlier, but was stuck behind an accident in traffic. Jeremy called to check on me as the were about to close. That amazed me! The first prescription was filled fine, just extremely slow despite having like 3 pharmacists and 5 techs. Then with the second one 2 weeks later, they didn't have enough to fill the whole prescription so they gave me 1/2 and told me to come back on Thursday after they ordered more. Then when I did, they said it didn't get delivered so they were going to order from a different manufacturer and to come back Monday or later. I go back Tuesday and they refuse to fill it saying they "can't do partials on this medicine" and I was like you're wrong because you ALREADY DID and I pointed to the specific pharmacist who's told me and that the tech went and talked to him. Then it was my "prescription is expired because they expire after 20 days" and I explained no, an entirely different doctor put in a NEW prescription last week like 5 days ago and they insisted it was expired. I come home and look at the bottle and it says "partial refill available until 4/16/21". Luckily I think I won't need the rest because I seem to be healing okay this time but god forbid it was something I genuinely needed. Idiots.

Sunset Mall was such a big part of my life when I lived in San Angelo. I was sorry to see that so…read moremany of my favorite stores were no more, but the mall has been updated somewhat and is still quite nice. If you want to shop in San Angelo in the summer without melting away, this is the place to come. I was sad to see how fewer choices there were, though. JC Penney, Dillards and Marshalls are the big anchor stores. There definitely needs to be more food choices (oh, how I missed Karmelkorn from the late 80s!) and some more variety in shopping, but it's a much more comfy way to spend a few hours than driving around, parking, shopping, driving around, parking..... What's disturbing is that so much space has been given over to services like cell phones and military recruiting. Those will not attract high foot traffic, families, teens or even the college crowd. Please, management, add more retail, especially women's clothing. There's an Ulta, but a Sephora would be nice. Upgrade, please! What about adding an ice rink or roller rink?
