That said, I have no idea what's going here but this Wal-Mart has its stuff together. The first visit was an exceptionally clean visit. From produce all the way to the garden center. Employees were about average and some smiled. No greetings aside from the door person but nothing was expected. Paid a few more visits to include a Saturday afternoon. Exactly the same. I'm sure this isn't the same volume as the ones in Houston that I am accustomed to but never the less who ever is managing here sure like to keep their store clean. No empty holes, no repetitive facing of items from out of stocks. Carts were available etc, etc. I'm sure I have jinxed myself but this place through me for a loop. Thanks local Wal-Mart. Everybody is nice until you tell them that you'd like a copy of your prescription and that you plan on purchasing glasses elsewhere. But, the biggest reason I will never return to this office...they wanted an extra $25 to tell me what my PD was. My mind was absolutely blown away when they told me that. I just spent big bucks for an eye exam and now you want me to pay you more for something that should be included in your eye exam...I don't think so.

Pretty sure that's a long I like Lady Godiva. Then asked about blueberry liquor which we had in New England, she said we have that blue " curocko". That's blue but orange flavored and not pronounced like that. If you're working in a liquor store, know your product and don't correct customers who do know what they're talking about.

I was willing to pay seeing there aren't many Heath store options here. I was getting my regular groceries at HEB when I noticed they have the Ezekiel's bread I'd been buying for almost 4 dollars cheaper!! HEB offered a lot of the "raw" stuff is been buying from here for a lot less money. I've started returning to midlands Natural Grocers (I'm in midland every 2-3 weeks) and whatever I can find at HEB, because I'm not willing to pay double for something just because it's one of the very few stores in town. Can't wait for greenies to open this year! Otherwise the new workers are helpful and sweet and the store does provide a lot of wonderful things, just too pricey in my opinion.
