Why does the manager have to make sure and let you know she is the manager she tells you I am the manager her name is Sylvia and she thinks she knows what you want and doesn't listen to you instead she does what she wants and makes you walk out of the store unhappy. It would help if you had a manager who would spend time listening to the customer and answering questions, not rushing you. I will not buy from there if you're not going to give me the time to listen and help me make the best decision I am the one paying not the manager now if she is the one paying by all means go ahead and you choose what you think is best. read more

ok well normally I wouldnt complain but this sales lady really pissed me off first off I walked in a a sales man helped me and was friendly and after i paid for 2 pair of glasses one clear one sunglasses the salesman told me that in about an hour or hour and a half I would receive an email for each pair of glasses that I ordered then I could go pick them up well after I got my emails I went to pickup my glasses and the lady that waited on me was rude I told her about the emails and she informed me that they dont send emails they text well I wasnt told about any texts and after I told her about the emais she moreless called me a liar and on top of that my glasses were not ready after about 2 hours so i cancelled my order Michael Chandler read more

urrently have a deal for two frames (specific type) for around $75. Takes medicaid, cash and credit and uses a machine in-house to grind lenses quickly. Outside of walmart I think this is the only eyeglass store in town.... read more

I went into this store and was ignored by both employees (I was the only customer) until I was ready to pay. Then they tried to upsell me to whatever their special was and smarted off about me not wanting their free glasses.Then they wanted me to donate to the lions club and smartassed when I didn't want to. I called the manager later and she denied anything was wrong. I wrote to the Area manager and she used it as a chance to remind me that eyemart has really great specials - "We do believe in upgrading and taking advantage of our great specials! ( free glasses!)" I have to tell you , EYEMART, when you have a customer standing in front of you with money in hand ready to buy your product and you don't make the sale...ITS BECAUSE YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG!!! Ordered glasses and PAID. Guess they know they can't be trusted so why trust others? Cash in advance. Was told they would call in about 3 hours. Of course they didn't. Why bother they already had their money. They were to replace the nose pieces and one screw. They made new lenses for my old frames.
