The Walmart Super.center is allways fun to shop at, and there's allways a Bargain to find., so I love going there. And, And, that store allways has just about anything you want including the kitchen sink!!! There has never been a time that I can remember that they didn't have what I needed. This by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to and it's my local Walmart. I have NEVER seen a happy employees and when you can finally find someone to ask a simple question it ALWAYS seems like you are bothering them and they hate their life. The return department is the worst!! Horrible attitude while talking amongst themselves about other employees and customers, loud enough for everyone to hear. I don't think they ever clean it either and the produce is the worst by far. Crowded and really rude drivers in the parking lot makes this location especially dicey. Inside it's moderately well organized (when compared with the stores in Highland and Perris). Don't be shocked if they're out of what you're looking for, but the overall selection is surprisingly good. Pro: those warm snacks they put out can be especially yummy, the pulled pork sandwich is a current favorite. When available. Con: No TAP mode for your card at the self-checkput. For me that potentially opens skulldugury for enterprising thieves. Another big con is the lack of employee response to summons for assistance at locked displays (baby formula, booze, pain relief, deodorant, etc). The worst store I have ever shopped. Curbside pick up with their false deliveries, saying you picked up stuff when you sit there for awhile. Spoke to manager Lisa, then it happens again and spoke to a guy claiming to be a manager who said what is he supposed to do about it. Seriously, metrics is all it's about. We stopped by the Walmart Supercenter in Riverside on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy (as expected), but honestly not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The store is huge -- I had forgotten just how big it is! We went for groceries and found some good deals. Picked up quality salmon and a family-size Caesar salad -- both were fresh and well-priced. Prices on food overall are solid. On the downside, I was looking for foot powder and couldn't find anyone who knew what aisle it was in. After asking a couple of times, I gave up. For a store this size, better guidance would really help. Overall, it's a good place to shop for variety and value, but be prepared to walk a lot. Sneakers recommended, and if you can, try going on a weekday when it's less crowded. read more

I had a very uncomfortable experience at the self-checkout area because of an employee named Kristine. A family in front of me had a small child (around 3 years old) who the family later revealed to be autistic. Like many toddlers, the child briefly reached out and touched her. Instead of responding calmly or simply setting a polite boundary, Kristine reacted with visible irritation and told them she "doesn't like being touched" in a harsh tone that immediately made the family look embarrassed and proceeded to argue with who i assume to be the child's mother and grandmother in front of said and child and who i assume to be the child's older sibling. Of course everyone has personal boundaries. That's completely understandable. However, the way this was handled showed very little patience, empathy, or basic customer service skills--especially toward a small child. Working in a busy Walmart self-checkout means interacting with families and young kids all day. Situations like that require professionalism, not attitude. If interacting with customers--especially families with children--is this frustrating, customer-facing roles might not be the best fit. On a positive note, shoutout to the team lead (I didn't catch her name) who was a smaller woman with her hair in a slicked-back bun. She stepped in and handled the situation calmly and professionally, which made a big difference. Also, huge thank you to Theresa, who helped us even though she was off the clock. She was kind, patient, and stepped in to assist when things clearly weren't being handled efficiently. Employees like Theresa are the reason people keep coming back. Hopefully management takes note of the difference between employees who actually help customers and those who seem irritated that customers exist in the first place. read more

Today was the most horrible experience that i have experienced, i came to the store it was Saturday morning (7/11/2026) i got some dog treats and food went to the self check out by the front doors, i ran everything through and put 13.00 dollars cash and put my card in the slot and everything froze, the lady that was there to supervise the machines was doing something else but i called her over she came and said it is frozen she yelled out i guess managers name but manager passed by and did not come, she then calls her and tells her i got a situation but its not important!!!!! Looks over at me and says well i guess it is important but i don't want to panic her out, it took about 10 minutes for her to come then i advised her that i put in 13 .00 cash and i was trying to pay with my card bit it froze, she then looked and the machine said i put 3.00 dollars she looks at the other lady and says we got to look at cameras i told her how long will this take she walked away and said mad we got to look at cameras never did she say sorry we will take care of it.. i got angry i was in a hurry and told her i need to go i will pay with my card and said a couple of f bombs then i saw the younger manager laughing so i got madder and left, they were trying to say i was lying about putting in the 13 dollars, they need better customer service it goes a long way, sorry sir we will take care of it!!!! read more

When I brought up calling the best Walmart over in Corona he said we can help you but I'd be 20min. Horrible service, I did it to myself coming to this Walmart. I bought an Apple Airtag online that comes with 5 offers from Apple which would be Music, Apple TV+, Arcade and other Apple subscription stuff for 4 months. I picked it up last Jan. 28, 2024 and up to this day I haven't received any code from Walmart. I did chat with CS and Danielle was the CS representative that chatted with me and her response was to call Apple about it. My purchase states it "comes with" not "I have to call Apple", so I guess Walmart really doesn't care. Bought a cooler a last friday at a self check out and I selected a text only receipt . Old mexican woman said she didn't take returns if they're not paper receipts my sister tried telling her I got it through text then she rudely got cut off, which i didn't take very well. I thought that was weird so I decided to do the return through the app. Got the bar code for the return & it told me to show the employee. She looked annoyed then smiled & said "Oh now i definitely can't help you, next." Since my little sister was here I had to be nice & apologize "for any miscommunication." which stroked her ego enough to continue the return. Turns out she didn't need the paper receipt. I worked as a manager in retail before so I know that type of attitude you receive from some customers but that's no excuse to treat all customers like your enemy. read more

I try to avoid this location even though it is the one closest to my house. There are many creepy people loitering in the parking lot and no security to do anything about it. One time, I noticed a homeless-looking man sitting in front of the store as I went in. When I later came out with my purchases, he was still there but got up and started following me out into the parking lot. I was parked pretty far out and didn't feel comfortable, so I kind of veered around acting like I forgot where I was parked to make sure that he really was following me. The man circled around, watching me, and trying to anticipate where I was going. I finally saw a Walmart employee in the parking lot and asked if he could call security. The employee said that he didn't think there was any security on premises that day. Luckily, he was kind enough to offer to walk me to my car. He told me that this has been an ongoing problem with a lot of loiterers and beggars and complaints from shoppers that were accosted. I've never experienced this at the Corona or Moreno Valley store, so now I often go to those locations just to feel safer. read more

I COME HERE ALL THE TIME AN I WILL NOT RETURN!! I always bring my own bags and the clerks never question me or ask me to bag my own stuff. This time JENNY the clerk was so rude to me an told me I had to bag my own stuff and I let her know I have always brought my own bags an have never bagged my own stuff she then went on to refuse bagging my stuff and told me I better do it! The girl working there said it was only for spark, I have no idea what that is. She wanted me to another machine. It would not scam. I went to a third one and it was closed. There were two super rude employees. I was looking in the shirts on the tables. Some shirts said three dollars on them that were marked clearance and others didn't the employee I asked about it said she's not the one that prices prices them and put them on the table then she walked away and said this isn't Macy's. I scanned all of the shirts with my phone on the Walmart app and they had the correct price three dollars marked down for clearance all of them said that so then I went to the register to pay with the T-shirts. I had grabbed the employee at the register said this is five dollars and I said no. I scanned it on the app and it said it was three dollars, then he said that is only for online purchase. But when you scan on the app, it tells you in-store prices. The employees said if he marked down the price he would get fired. He was very grumpy and rude so I said I do not want the T-shirts and just grabbed the other two things I was purchasing very rude experience I would definitely not come back.
