Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Went to buy (4) Nintendo Switch games, waited for 10mins next to the games, no one! Checked the cashiers (at gaming section), there was none with 10 people in line. A Walmart employee walks past, opens the games window, i ask for games but says "sorry, im doing online order. Not my area." You got the keys!!! Immediately another employee walks by, and tells me it's not his responsibility as he laughs. Ok I live closer now and have been using Walmart plus pretty much every week for the last couple months. Why are all of my items always so dirty? Like my bread is always sticky...my condiments delivered have like black marks all over them and arrive busted up and dented. The canned items I receive are covered in dust. Produce is a hit or miss. First time ordering online for store curbside pickup. Tip: download the Walmart and shop that way vs the website. I arrived 30 min earlier than the time I had selected online. Followed the signs to the side of the store where the designated pickup location was located. Pulled into a numbered slot and there was a sign directing customers to call a number or check in online. I didn't have great cell service where I was located so I called the store. Gave them my spot number and they said they would be right out. Five minutes later they were rolling out with my order. They unloaded my items in my trunk (I had opened my hatchback when I arrived). It was very easy and saved me so much hassle after working all day today. Great service provided by Walmart and I highly recommend it. Tip: bring shopping bags so you can carry items easier when you get home. (I forgot mine ) read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This walmart without letting any of their shoppers know before entering the store is that their Tap pay was unavailable. Already at the checkout lane, the cashier finished scanning my items, I get card machine, and the cashier tells me "no tap sorry" ???? I check my wallet and what do you know I had left my debit card at home. I said can I go to another checkout where tap is available and the cashier said "NO TAP AT ANY CHECKOUT". She then tells me to download the walmart app to pay. I do what she asks and I wait 15 mins to be assisted again. The app doesnt work either!!! You have to be joking. Asked if they can manually put in my card and shocker she said no. So now I am here, waiting at the side of the checkout lane while my boyfriend has to drive 17 minutes to bring over my physical debit card. What a joke! Hence, this review. P.S. I don't normally shop at Walmart, always been a Target gal but have been shopping here more often because they have great stock in Pokémon jazwares figures along with mini soda can selections and individually assorted chips for our office! Although the parking lot is huge, it always get crazy busy at this location. People walking in all directions without stopping or looking so be careful driving here. People also don't know how to park so you're almost forced to park farther than you'd like. For whatever reason, my card was blocked so I was having issues checking out but Patricia, the cashier who helped me, was nothing but the sweetest. Walmart makes returns for curbside pick-ups difficult by making customers go into the store to return. Over and over again, I've received damaged, expired items or incorrect items at this store. Walmart knows curbside customers are highly unlikely to return items if they have to go into the store for $3. Train your shoppers better or don't offer curbside pick-up. I had not been to this Walmart in years and was happily surprised to see the food selections! You are greeted with fresh fruits and veggies, then all the groceries and regular Walmart items at of course, good prices! We left with much more then we went in for! I visited the health and beauty section, and while much of it is behind lock and key, there was an employee who was quickly able to help me get what I needed. The place seems well stocked, clean, and I appreciated that there were many checkers and lanes open so we did not have to wait long at all. It was a productive trip! read more

Would not recommend going to the cash services center at Walmart. The manager is so unprofessional there, we came in around 5:30 ish on January 23. My mom cashes in her check every Friday at this location. Today the manager refused to cash it due to a "policy" and when questioned when this policy started bc there was never a problem until today, she started catching an attitude. She then proceeds to tell us "if you want to cash your check, go to a bank" passive aggressively. She could have approached the situation differently, let alone she said she's "the manager" When asked for her name, she then responds, "you can read right?" -1000 stars. Definitely will be emailing this situation to corporate. read more

I normally don't write reviews for Walmart because people tend to avoid them like the plague but this has got to be the nicest Walmart I have ever stepped foot in. Now I will say that when the Walmart Supercenter opened up in Riverside that was pretty nice. And the one in Irvine by Spectrum used to be just as nice but they shut it down probably because the hoity toity neighbors didn't want Walmart staining the perception of Irvine glamour. But this location is definitely nice. I mean it's Porter Ranch, there's really no surprise that this is the best you're gonna get in the valley but trust me when I say that in comparison to West Hills and Panorama City it is leaps and bounds better than those two. One thing I don't like is that for some reason they don't stock Beatbox Beverages here when other locations in the Midwest do. Maybe it's a CA thing. Maybe not. Point is, I'd love to see the selection here. They have the floor space for it. I may be coming at the right time but I've never faced an insane crowd or the notorious Walmart demographic. I also love that the produce isn't old or expired because other Walmart locations don't have the best produce options. What can I say about Walmart, other than that it's not my favorite place to go, whether it's this location or any other? I just don't feel comfortable in these stores because of the vibe they give off, and my anxiety gets heightened when I'm inside. I also don't like how so many items are locked in cages, and you have to press a button and wait for someone to come and unlock it for you. Not everyone is stealing, so why make everyone feel like they're doing something wrong when they're not? My wife likes to shop here for certain things she can't find anywhere else, and that's the only reason we still come. But every time I walk up to the cages and see everything locked up, it feels unwelcoming. It pushes me to just order from Amazon and have things delivered to my house instead. Sometimes it's hard to find things in the store, and when you ask an associate, they might know where the item is and give you the right aisle, but sometimes they just point you in the completely wrong direction. Overall, the experience at Walmart isn't great. I really don't like it, and I don't want to come back. Will I? Probably, but only because my wife likes it here. read more

I only like the bakery cakes the ones you can order and a hand full of the staff is helpful and nice. Paper bags, running out of bags, everything locked up and have to wait long periods for some one to come help. Tuesday the 23rd had a delivery for 6 to 8 at 7:30 delivered the wrong entirely wrong order was told they would send a new order within 5 to 10 minutes. Then I received a notice that the order had been canceled and they could not deliver it at all. I then re-ordered and paid $10 for the delivery and sure enough they delivered it. Today I placed another order to be delivered between six and eight, I got a text saying my order was ready for pick up. I'm handicapped 73 years old and have never placed an order for pick up. They told me when I called them that they could not change it and it would have to be canceled and re-ordered for another $10 delivery !charge. I am now done with Walmart poorest customer service I have ever experienced. read more

And it is the weekend, so as expected plenty for shoppers and long lines to the registers. What I like though is they added more self checkout. Easier and faster. read more

This happened today 1/24/2025 around 8pm. My recent experience at Walmart was disappointing. I was looking for ear muffs and approached a staff member stationed at the fitting room for assistance. She was on her phone and didn't respond when I initially said "excuse me." Thinking she didn't hear me, I spoke louder, but she snapped back, claiming I didn't need to yell at her. Her tone was rude throughout, and when I explained what I was looking for, she curtly said she didn't know what I was talking about and went back to her phone, offering no further assistance. This behavior felt unprofessional and left a very negative impression. Customers should feel comfortable seeking help from staff, and this encounter was far from that. I hope Walmart takes steps to improve customer service and address such behavior to ensure a better shopping experience for everyone. read more

I really DISLIKE this Wal-Mart!!!! I only come here because it's around the corner. I come here many times, but after last night I was LIVID!! I had to use the restroom and the custodian RICHARD was cleaning the mens restroom, and then when I came he saw me and said not to go in the ladies, other people are inside and I need to clean. I told him I had to go bad and he did not care!! Then my mom asked again he yelled at us and through his hands in the air and said "JUST GO, GO AHEAD, FORGET IT" he was so RUDE and unprofessional.
