I had a very frustrating experience at Walmart trying to return a car battery that clearly no longer works. The battery won't hold a charge and left me stranded, but the employee refused the return because their testing device said the battery was "good." Instead of listening to the actual issue, they relied completely on the machine and offered no real solution or customer support. I understand policies exist, but when a product is obviously failing in real-world use, customers should be treated with more understanding and respect. Very disappointing experience. Ok I live closer now and have been using Walmart plus pretty much every week for the last couple months. Why are all of my items always so dirty? Like my bread is always sticky...my condiments delivered have like black marks all over them and arrive busted up and dented. The canned items I receive are covered in dust. Produce is a hit or miss. Who is thinking these items are in a condition to give to a client paying full price? Gross. Oh I just wanted to add that my sauce is also expired haha!!! Great! read more

This is a great Walmart location. I enjoy shopping at Walmart due to their good prices and wide selection of products. When it comes to this, this location delivers. I noticed some negative reviews due to customer service and wait times. I think this is to be expected, unfortunately there can be wait times but this is due to the high volume of customers. In my experience interactions with the staff have been good. read more

First time ordering online for store curbside pickup. Tip: download the Walmart and shop that way vs the website. I arrived 30 min earlier than the time I had selected online. Followed the signs to the side of the store where the designated pickup location was located. Pulled into a numbered slot and there was a sign directing customers to call a number or check in online. I didn't have great cell service where I was located so I called the store. Gave them my spot number and they said they would be right out. Five minutes later they were rolling out with my order. They unloaded my items in my trunk (I had opened my hatchback when I arrived). It was very easy and saved me so much hassle after working all day today. Great service provided by Walmart and I highly recommend it. Tip: bring shopping bags so you can carry items easier when you get home. (I forgot mine ) read more

I stop in here whenever I need something real quick as it's on my way home. They do have a grocery section in this one which is convenient and they do tend to carry things in stock too. Also do self checkout as lines are always long here. read more

It's a Walmart. It has the usual things. I've been shopping here since 2008. I personally feel it started going downhill in 2016. I have complained to employees specifically about the rotten tomatoes since 2025 and it's only gotten worse. They don't even care enough to remove the visibly rotten and moldy produce anymore. I went today and there was a group of 5 or 6 young male employees having a chitchat about who their favorite coworkers are in the frozen aisle. Meanwhile, there's so much work to be done. read more

The 5 start is ONLY for Walmarts GROCERY FULFILLMENT. I wish I knew your name, sir. Excellent customer service. Walmart itself using third party for deliveries, stop using them. My groceries were taken by deliverer. But the gentleman who called (not ai chat or email). You sir, deserve a raise. I wish I knew your name. I hope you see this because that customer service was impeccable. Thank you. read more

The workers at this walmart SUCK. They don't even deserve a star. A lady and I were pressing the button for the locked items for more than 5 minutes. not a single worker came to open them. 4 walked by and when we asked them to open the cabinet they told us to "press the button" ridiculous. read more

Ahh, why do they only have 2 stars? This is my second favorite location with it being literally huge and packed with anything you need. I especially like it because of their craft and sewing sections. This specific location has one of the best pre-cut fabric selections in my opinion. So many thread options too. I can't spend a long time in there or else I'll spend my whole bank account. I like that they have a self checkout area. Please start using apple pay. read more

I mainly go here to pick up my prescriptions! The pharmacy is awesome. Very attentive & very friendly.

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Went to buy (4) Nintendo Switch games, waited for 10mins next to the games, no one! Checked the cashiers (at gaming section), there was none with 10 people in line. A Walmart employee walks past, opens the games window, i ask for games but says "sorry, im doing online order. Not my area." You got the keys!!! Immediately another employee walks by, and tells me it's not his responsibility as he laughs. Piss poor service... needless to say, walked to Best Buy, was in and out in 5 mins with my 4 Nintendo games which I donated to a local charity. Do better Porter Ranch Walmart!!! read more

I don't normally shop at Walmart, always been a Target gal but have been shopping here more often because they have great stock in Pokémon jazwares figures along with mini soda can selections and individually assorted chips for our office! Although the parking lot is huge, it always get crazy busy at this location. People walking in all directions without stopping or looking so be careful driving here. People also don't know how to park so you're almost forced to park farther than you'd like. For whatever reason, my card was blocked so I was having issues checking out but Patricia, the cashier who helped me, was nothing but the sweetest. She made sure to be patient and helped me with what I needed. Love seeing happy and patient workers which we need more of! Will be coming back to this location more often. IG: @ammysalamii read more

unbelievable, that's all I can say. I avoid WalFart at all costs, but today was one of those days when I had no choice but to go there. Had to pick up some photos in a disposable camera that I left to be processed. You get what you pay for at WalFart - and that almost always ends up being cheap, fall-apart, good-for-nothing low-class crap. They lost my photos, and the person at the counter was ZERO help. Gave them my name, my order number, nada! Then tried to call WalFart customer service, and once I got past their cr@ppy AI assistant and spoke with an actual person, again ZERO help. Big F-U to WalFart for losing my photos, AND having the cheapest no-value customer service on Earth. I will continue to avoid using third-world WalFart, and I'd recommend you do the same. Target is much, much, much, much better. read more

The produce is excellent. Y the store brands are better than name brands. The prices are more affordable than anywhere else by about a dollar per item or more. I get home delivery, and I don't do anywhere else for food, clothing, and housekeeping supplies. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This walmart without letting any of their shoppers know before entering the store is that their Tap pay was unavailable. Already at the checkout lane, the cashier finished scanning my items, I get card machine, and the cashier tells me "no tap sorry" ???? I check my wallet and what do you know I had left my debit card at home. I said can I go to another checkout where tap is available and the cashier said "NO TAP AT ANY CHECKOUT". She then tells me to download the walmart app to pay. I do what she asks and I wait 15 mins to be assisted again. The app doesnt work either!!! You have to be joking. Asked if they can manually put in my card and shocker she said no. So now I am here, waiting at the side of the checkout lane while my boyfriend has to drive 17 minutes to bring over my physical debit card. What a joke! Hence, this review. P.S. I usually don't shop at walmart but thanks for reminding me why I don't come here :) read more

False advertising and they don't honor posted prices . The associate was rude . She told me I was to check skus on the app when prices like this are listed . And they must match up . Their app never works in the store due to horrible reception . Refused to honor listed prices . Then told me to take back the items I wasn't taking to their dept . read more

Your employee KEVIN is the most disrespectful, rude, and all around disgusting human being. We needed assistance and he automatically went and tried to help another customer who stated that my mother, great grandmother, and I were first. He responded with profanities, attitude, and in the process of "assisting" us, nudged my 91 year old great grandmother. She would have fallen if it weren't for plastic screen covering the cosmetics. When my mother went to customer service, they said they could not rectify the situation, and refused to give her the name of their store director. The person, Efrain, said she could call the 1-800 number, but there was nothing further they could do. We will be escalating this incident further as nobody has the right to act in such a manner. read more

I had not been to this Walmart in years and was happily surprised to see the food selections! You are greeted with fresh fruits and veggies, then all the groceries and regular Walmart items at of course, good prices! We left with much more then we went in for! I visited the health and beauty section, and while much of it is behind lock and key, there was an employee who was quickly able to help me get what I needed. The place seems well stocked, clean, and I appreciated that there were many checkers and lanes open so we did not have to wait long at all. It was a productive trip! read more

Would not recommend going to the cash services center at Walmart. The manager is so unprofessional there, we came in around 5:30 ish on January 23. My mom cashes in her check every Friday at this location. Today the manager refused to cash it due to a "policy" and when questioned when this policy started bc there was never a problem until today, she started catching an attitude. She then proceeds to tell us "if you want to cash your check, go to a bank" passive aggressively. She could have approached the situation differently, let alone she said she's "the manager" When asked for her name, she then responds, "you can read right?" -1000 stars. Definitely will be emailing this situation to corporate. read more

I normally don't write reviews for Walmart because people tend to avoid them like the plague but this has got to be the nicest Walmart I have ever stepped foot in. Now I will say that when the Walmart Supercenter opened up in Riverside that was pretty nice. And the one in Irvine by Spectrum used to be just as nice but they shut it down probably because the hoity toity neighbors didn't want Walmart staining the perception of Irvine glamour. But this location is definitely nice. I mean it's Porter Ranch, there's really no surprise that this is the best you're gonna get in the valley but trust me when I say that in comparison to West Hills and Panorama City it is leaps and bounds better than those two. One thing I don't like is that for some reason they don't stock Beatbox Beverages here when other locations in the Midwest do. Maybe it's a CA thing. Maybe not. Point is, I'd love to see the selection here. They have the floor space for it. I may be coming at the right time but I've never faced an insane crowd or the notorious Walmart demographic. I also love that the produce isn't old or expired because other Walmart locations don't have the best produce options. Overall, it's a really lovely experience and definitely gives good ol' Target a run for its money. (39/100--2023) read more

Walmart makes returns for curbside pick-ups difficult by making customers go into the store to return. Over and over again, I've received damaged, expired items or incorrect items at this store. Walmart knows curbside customers are highly unlikely to return items if they have to go into the store for $3. Train your shoppers better or don't offer curbside pick-up. This is on Walmart, and the poor management team in the store. read more

Waiting time for returns and checkout is terrible! Not enough staff each and every time I go there.

Annette from the asset team checking receipts was so rude to my father very unacceptable she was very bitter she needs to be let go . I will be calling corporate . Spoke to the supervisor about her attitude and she started to laugh when I passed by again after I spoke to her supervisor. read more

Large and clean location. They are well stocked here and plenty of easy parking. The line of checkout wasn't too bad and their prices are great. I come here when I need to stock up, otherwise it's not really worth it. Not many other Walmarts in the area, so this one will do. read more

I haven't been here for awhile and Wow!!! They did some major changes. They moved the cosmetics near the garden center. It took my awhile to find it. It's Walmart, you know what you're getting. This location is a super store so they have everything. What can I say about Walmart, other than that it's not my favorite place to go, whether it's this location or any other? I just don't feel comfortable in these stores because of the vibe they give off, and my anxiety gets heightened when I'm inside. I also don't like how so many items are locked in cages, and you have to press a button and wait for someone to come and unlock it for you. Not everyone is stealing, so why make everyone feel like they're doing something wrong when they're not? My wife likes to shop here for certain things she can't find anywhere else, and that's the only reason we still come. But every time I walk up to the cages and see everything locked up, it feels unwelcoming. It pushes me to just order from Amazon and have things delivered to my house instead. Sometimes it's hard to find things in the store, and when you ask an associate, they might know where the item is and give you the right aisle, but sometimes they just point you in the completely wrong direction. Overall, the experience at Walmart isn't great. I really don't like it, and I don't want to come back. Will I? Probably, but only because my wife likes it here. read more

The reason I'm leaving a good review to this particular store is because they are diligent friendly and over all respectful . I only like the bakery cakes the ones you can order and a hand full of the staff is helpful and nice. Paper bags, running out of bags, everything locked up and have to wait long periods for some one to come help.
