After checking myself out, I asked for a paper receipt. Of course there was no receipt paper in the machine, so I informed the employee that was supposed to be watching the self checkout for a receipt. I love that I can pickup my groceries instead of going into the store myself and getting super overwhelmed! But I do wish there was an option to pick them up sooner than later most days especially when I only order a couple items! I have had Walmart + 30 day trial for a little over a week. My 1st order was cancelled because the driver took my stuff to another address and tried to give me the that locations delivery items. My 2nd order was cancelled after being 2 1/2 hours late. I have no clue why. I saw the driver on the map come to my town and my neighborhood. My order was very late at this point and I was informed by another driver that there is a timer on perishables and if it goes off they can't deliver that order. I'm guessing that is what happened. So 0 for 2. I'm not happy. about 7 hours total of my life I can't get back... and I had to reorder it all with Kroger and that went well as always. read more

Delivered my order to the wrong address and refuses to refund the money even though they can see they messed up. Dont order delievery from here they will surly mess it up and hold your money until your bank fixes the dispute and you will be broke until then. read more

The automotive department is really bad. I bought a battery back in July of 2023. It went bad in Feb 2024. I'm within the 1 year replacement. They have no batteries in stock and do not know when they will get more. So they are either forcing me to pay the difference for a better battery or I'm stuck with a dead battery as there are none within a 20 mile radius. They will not make it right. Never get anything done at these auto centers, not even a battery. They will rip you off. Just go to the auto parts store. They tend to make it right and don't leave you with a dead vehicle.....and find a mechanic for your other needs. read more

Racist rude customer service manager denied helping us resolve a problem they had wrong with there system

elderly man named Tim he works at this Walmart. he got in my sons face for wearing a mask that we were planing on buying. but no Tim ripped the mask off his face and started yelling at him and cussing him ou. im not one to call somebody out that's elderly or making and honest living. he accused us of trying to steal the mask 4-5 different times. it is unbelievable. I was prescribed clotrimazole cream to treat a case of athletes feet. When I went to this Walmart Pharmacy to pick it up the price was unbelievable, even though I had insurance to help cover the price. When I complained, a very nice employee showed me where they had it on their non prescription shelf for 88 cents. That's the kind of service that keeps me going back to Walmarts Pharmacy! read more

The Walmart in Piqua, Ohio has extremely poor customer service. Went to buy a single tire. It was done in about 15 minutes, that was the good news. It took about an hour to pay for the tire. The machine shredded my first check, then the computer locked up, and despite repeated pages for a manager it took about another half hour to get one back there. That person could not make it work either. Went to sporting goods to try to pay for it. took another 15 minutes to get it paid for. Took my new tire and rim and went home. I found out that they had removed the axle cover and not replaced it. Another trip back to Piqua. Avoid this store like the plague! Go to the Troy, Ohio store, much better service. read more

This Walmart, in Piqua Oh, is, by far, one of the worst Walmart I have been in. I went in last evening to get some fish for our outdoor pond.. To find an associate to get the fish is ridiculous in itself.. But when I look in the tanks there was like 20 dead fish in there. That is not an exaggeration, at all!!! I should have taken a picture. How long would it take of totally avoiding care for this many fish to be floating at the top????? I mean.. Don't they feed them daily? How could they not see? They don't care. That's why I won't buy from them now. I did tell an associate.. She cared less. Then I go to the grocery section, the snack aisle was nearly bare.. Everything is a total mess. So I left, went to Kroger. This Walmart is totally disgusting. read more

Customer service is horrible in garden center and then management has a dozen excuses and no ability to fix the issues. Not to mention there is a lack of management throughout the store. Customers left empty handed after garden center clerk said she was locked out of register for break. Manager confirmed the registers do this - BAD IDEA! read more

Fairly clean and well-stocked - but I have had multiple experiences where I have asked for assistance and the associates are either no help at all or just disinterested. I definitely prefer to take my business elsewhere if I have a choice. read more

Fairly clean WalMart Super Center, but doesn't have the selection of many other stores.

If you go anytime after 8:00pm, the shelve stockers will leave lines of skids up and down each main pathway. This makes it very difficult to get something on the other side of these skids. All in all Walmart is Walmart, most are the same. They do a great job of keeping this store clean and sanitary. read more
