Then this time they tell me in phone call and on their app that my prescription is IN STOCK and then days after when I'm going to pick it up they SUDDENLY don't have it in stocks and have no idea why someone would tell me it is but THEIR APP says in stock and ready for pickup. Then after speaking to them and being told this crap the app suddenly says delayed and out of stock... mhm right. Sounds to me like one of the workers gave my prescription to someone else. So now, not only am I without my meds, but now I have to wait 3 days after I'm supposed to take it before I will be able to take it. Way to screw your clients Walgreens. Unprofessional, Embarrassing, and Unacceptable Behavior from Tammy and Cindy…read more I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was absolutely necessary to speak up about the appalling behavior I witnessed during my recent visit. The experience was so unprofessional and uncomfortable that I can't stay silent. While I was in the store I observed two employees--Tammy and Cindy--engaging in behavior that was not only unprofessional but downright bullying. They were openly yelling at another employee who was clearly new and still in training. This poor individual was doing their best, clearly nervous, and instead of being supported or coached, they were berated in front of customers for minor mistakes. It wasn't a one-time correction or a quick aside--it was loud, prolonged, and humiliating. Tammy and Cindy were both talking over each other, correcting the new employee harshly in front of everyone, and their tone was condescending and aggressive. It was obvious to anyone within earshot that this was not the first time they had treated someone this way. I could see the trainee trying to keep it together, but it was heartbreaking to watch. They looked completely overwhelmed and embarrassed, and honestly, I wouldn't blame them if they walked out and never came back. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially someone who is still learning the ropes. How do you expect someone to grow or succeed in their role when they're being verbally attacked and belittled? The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated as a customer. If this is how management allows their staff to act toward one another, I have serious concerns about how the business is run behind the scenes. It reflects poorly not just on Tammy and Cindy, but on whoever is in charge for allowing such behavior to go unchecked. Tammy and Cindy need to be reprimanded, retrained on professional conduct, or seriously reconsidered for leadership positions--if they even hold them. No one should be subjected to that kind of treatment at work, especially not someone who is clearly still trying to find their footing. The behavior was toxic, unacceptable, and creates a hostile work environment. I sincerely hope someone in upper management sees this and takes real action. If not, I can't imagine this workplace retaining good staff--or loyal customers--for long.

We set up an appointment on line and arrived about 10 minutes early. I think we waited 2 or 3 minutes, the pharmacist came out and gave us both our shots. Easy cheesy - in and out in less than 10 min for both of us to get our shots. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, on top of what they do, prices are right. What's not to like?

While she was checking some things in the system, it felt like I was bothering her, and she was rude and unhelpful. I eventually spoke with the pharmacist on duty about the issue, but I am concerned that if someone else is treated this way, it could negatively affect their mental health. Everyone is a "Pharmacy Cashier". The only "Pharmacy Technician " is a snobby and doesn't do her job proficiently. She doesn't take criticism, doesn't use rationale, you would think for a 55 year old woman a light would go on when you put the plug in the socket. She claimed my husband wasn't covered under his insurance, the same insurance we have had for 13 years, the same insurance I used to pick up a prescription yesterday. She claimed to pull the info from mine AND call the insurance company. I called back with my info after verifying coverage via the website and getting a digital card and spoke to the pharmacist. My husband's insurance info was different was different than what was on his profile. She didn't even look under my profile to get the right info or call the insurance company ( though she claimed she did both). As soon as I can, I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy, one with competent, real techs. Not Walmart work ethic techs. They are the reason Pharmacy Technicians are snarked at and not given credence as a real allied health career.
