Came here to grab a few things recently and had an OK experience. As expected, there was a big ol' parking lot. Inside, it's quite spacious, and the aisles seem to go on for miles :) The reason why I'm only giving this Walmart 3 stars is that the website said that an item was in stock, but when I eventually found the aisle, it was not. Since I mainly came here to grab this particular item, that was pretty disappointing. Not sure if I'll ever be back, but this Walmart definitely has a lot of stuff :) read more

My complaint is why do they have so many merchandise pickup lanes when they have limited parking available there is no need for 25 pickup lanes it's ridiculous they only need a few I have never seen anyone ever in them. Who decided that 25 pickup lanes was a great idea. I like the store I go here instead of brier creek which is always dirty and unorganized. read more

This might've been one of the cleanest Walmarts I've been to lol. Everything was in its place, and that's rare for a Walmart lol. This one was a couple mins from my hotel so it was easy to go in and grab what you wanted and get out. The lines were super short, which i loved. The options were great. The shelves were stocked, it had almost everything you could need from a Walmart. The clearance section was stocked too lol. I found a couple of goodies in here. The workers were nice. Everyone greeted you when you walked in and when you left. I just love southern hospitality lol. All in all. Not bad. Not bad at all. read more

NONE of the prices are labeled accurately I'm actually still in the store what I scan on the app is not the price on the shelf nor is it the correct price when the associate uses their scanner so, 3 different prices for an item of course you can not get the items for what the shelf label has on it which is the cheaper price floor associate told me I was correct and reading the label correctly but there is nothing they can do because the register rings up the correct price and I was told we by a manager we can not give it to you for the price on the shelf whatever the item scans at checkout that's the price not what it is clearly labeled on the shelf. EVERYONE please check the price before checking out because more than likely it is not what you seen on the shelf. If you want to speak to a manger you will have no luck he or she could care less. read more

I went against my better judgement, and I got greeted at checkout by a man who has worked there long enough to know how to treat paying customers. I went today 9-14-24, got on line 2 checkout at about 3:30 or so, the checkout guy (I will leave the name out), yells out to me to go to another line, I asked why? He would not say. I asked again, he still would not respond. He had no reason for not checking me out. I left the line to report him. I did not get the impression he would be spoken to or corrected or anything. I spoke to the supervisor or someone stating they could assist me in customer service. The attitudes of people here are really poor. I get the feel they don't value customers or what we bring to them. I do not recommend this store to anyone. read more

How maddening that Walmart has stopped allowing people with more than 15 items to use the self-checkout and now requires those of us who are the big spenders in their stores to stand in endless and understaffed lines. One would think that Walmart would value its high spending customers by either adequately staffing their cash registers or allowing those with more than 15 items to self-checkout. read more

I was at the Walmart supercenter in Morrisville, North Carolina. I have one pot for a plant in my hand. I watch 3 or 4 Walmart associates standing around chatting it up. I was clearly looking for someone to check me out. However, an older gentleman showed up with a bag. And was checked out when I approached. I was asked if I was with the gentleman. I said no, she turned me away. It would a literally took her 2 seconds to ring me up. There was nobody behind me. Some people forget that the customer is the first. Terrible Walmart (which is saying a lot) This Walmart was at one point pretty good, but now this place is an absolute disaster. The staff can't be bothered. Walmart customer service is non-existent at this point. Needed to check the price on something and multiple staff couldn't or didn't know how to or I had to wait for them to finish their conversations with their friends before they would even acknowledge me. This was the worst walmart pick up service i have ever gotten, Order of 600$ worth of food for my 7 kids and of course they all have different dads who dont pay for SHIT! I waited for 2 hours for a pick up order and had to cancel it, Walked into the store to see what was going on and saw teenage workers on their phones!!! Horrible service and horrible workers, i couldn't get my money back and now i have to go to the food bank again, i want to start doing drugs again because i am a recovering addict and it is to much. I like my kids but having them away and just doing meth, going clubbing, and being like a teenager once again is good for me. I feel hopeless. I went to this Walmart a little after 7am to get snacks for my daughter and did not have my debit card, but because I have walmart pay I figured it'd be no problem. WRONG. The Walmart app could not connect to the self checkout kiosk so I had to leave and take my daughter to school but let the self checkout associate know. I called three times to be sure my items were still there but no one answered and when I returned and let the Customer service associate know (self checkout clerk was no longer around) she said he'd returned my items. when I let her know I called, she said the phones didn't work...and that's it. How the hell does a corporation as big as this one, not have working phones... read more

Neat store setup, with lots of food, especially about 6 different bottle can combos for c cheerwine. Very friendly associates and a quick in and out. Clean store and even the carts were in great shape. read more

Not the worst Walmart but not the best, this one did have the items I needed in the electronics department. It seems that I lost my USB memory stick somewhere and a replacement was required. They had a decent display here though some organizing would have been useful. During the day time, not too busy and the shelves looked to be pretty well stocked. Several registers open and I was able to be checked out quickly. read more

We are all entitled to our own opinions right? Well here is mines: Parking - 4 Location - 4 Customer Service - 3 Facility Decor/Cleanliness - 3 Its WalMart... honestly its as good as it gets. The lines weren't to bad and the workers acually spoke and greeted me. This location is cool. Its always full of people but you can get in and get out quickly. As you already know WalMart has a good mixture of EVERYTHING you can think of... they even sell Caskets online. Anyways, 3 stars for this location as I always get my 'standard' WalMart experience here (nothing better, nothing worst). read more

AS USUAL.. WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE :/. I did order pick up so I could avoid shopping long in the store. I take care of my 86 year old mom and minimize my exposure to protect her. It was a mistake to pick this location for pick up. They're the typical "you get what you pay for" in horrible attitude and attention to their service performance I checked in prior to coming to let them know I was on my way. I checked in at the kiosk inside as instructed. Screen said they were on the way. 30 minutes later, no movement or acknowledgement of my presence. I started complaining to nearby cashiers around 20 minutes in, about 15 minutes later someone finally comes with a horrible attitude. Flatly: "What's your name?" "I've been waiting here over 30 minutes, my mom is elderly and I can't be exposed for her safety, I could've shopped my own items and checked out multiple times by now" Response: "what's your name" She gets my stuff in a room 3 steps away, hands it to me and sends me on my way. No apology. No explanation with a horrible attitude. This is why I don't want to shop WalMart anymore. I'd rather pay $1 more elsewhere and not be bothered with the bottom basement mentality. Smh. Online ordered for pickup twice this past week and both times got a "pickup delayed" notification. One time it wasn't ready until 3 hours later and the next time after waiting 4 hours I had to cancel and go myself because of time pressure. They are understaffed and shelves are under-stocked, but from the outside it's the nicest looking Walmart I've ever seen. read more

This review is for pick-up service only. I don't think I've ever physically been in this location. I've done 3 pick-up orders from this store (covid life) because my closer store didn't have things I needed in stock. I've been able to get wipes of some kind each time! (WIN!) and most of what I needed. I had to call to notify the store I arrived because the app wasn't working too well twice when I arrived. The associate answering the phone was not very friendly (stereotypical Walmart to me). I will give the staff that bring the stuff to your car the highest marks though! They are really great, friendly, and prompt. I've only had one issue with an order. read more

I rarely shop at Walmart. In fact, I could probably count on one hand how many times I've been to one in the last dozen years. Much to my chagrin, I received a substantial gift card for some work I'd done that I just couldn't let go to waste. That being said, there's nothing unusual about this location, it's pretty much like every other. The lighting makes it look dingy. Some employees are nice to very nice, while others either couldn't be bothered to help or just aren't informed enough to. All in all it's their pricing draws in people who want to save &/or have very little choice for their budget. read more

Ordered a tv to b delivered by store. I was notified that tv was on its way. I tracked the car on map to see that when it was 1 minute from being delivered the driver returned it to store! I call customer service to find out now my order has been transferred to the Apex store. And that manager says he will TRY to deliver today-or tomorrow but he cannot/will not call/text to tell me when its on the way. I guess Ill just have to stay home for the next 24 hrs until someone shows up! Then i call driver and he says he returned it because it didnt fit in his car????? read more

I tried the order online/pickup service and let me say... it's FABULOUS! I don't know why I didn't try it sooner! With 3 kids 4 and under, grocery shopping is a nightmare. Ordering online is so easy and convenient! No more dragging kiddos through the store, no more impulse buys, no more forgetting an item waaaaaaay on the other side of the store and having to treck back over and get it, no more waiting in (ridiculously long) lines. All the produce that was picked for me was super fresh (I was worried I would get bruised, old, blemishes items... not the case!) I even ordered some grass fed ground beef and it was fresh as well. I felt so bad for the employee loading the groceries into my car... it was pouring rain. (Thanks... and I'm sorry!) Grocery pick up is 5 stars all the way! Now you may be wondering why the 4-stars then?? Well, I also separately ordered 2 non food items from Walmart.com to be picked up at the same location. 1. Because it said they were available at this particular store location and 2. I was getting grocery pick up there anyways. Well, day of my pickup, I (by chance) checked my email and BOTH my items were canceled! Printer ink and a paper shredder apparently NOT available at that particular store. Ugh. Slightly annoying. So now I need to probably just order something from Amazon instead. Will DEFINITELY be using the grocery pick up again!! read more

Mr. Ben, how delightful!!!! Recently, I was in Wal-Mart (Shiloh Glenn location) shopping and noticed a product of interest on display in the outdoor department. I couldn't find this product in a box and asked Mr. Ben, the dept manager, if there were any others. He said no, "but i'll be happy to sell this display to you". He gave me a fair price for the displayed item. He was so friendly that we got into a conversation about hummingbird feeders that led to other topics where we eventually found out we are from the same hometown area. This is the best Wal-Mart experience ever. Every time I go into that Wal-Mart, I look for Mr. Ben's friendly face. Don't use pickup service, IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL!!!! I made my order online and it showed availability to be picked up between 9-10pm when we get there at 8:50pm it was closed. Next day we spent more than an hour waiting for someone who brought us what we bought. My husband had to get in to the store to make a complaint and after wait 20 minutes more they just sent someone that told him that the order wasn't complete. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you do not go to this Walmart. I use the Walmart pick up service at other locations frequently and I typically don't have much of a problem. This was an absolute nightmare! My order was supposed to be ready by 4 PM at the latest I just sat in the parking lot after talking with someone in their pick up department and they said it would be 15 minutes tops to get the rest of my order together. It took over an hour! My entire family was waiting on me to leave for our vacation. I asked specifically when I got there and they told me it would be an hour if I should cancel the order and pick it myself and they assured me it would be 10 minutes I called multiple times after that with the same report obviously it took longer than 10 minutes. When my order was finally picked and I got the text message I checked in immediately since I was already in the parking lot for the last hour. It took another 15 minutes for them to come out with my order. When they did, they were going about as slow as two people could go. I decided to help them load the car because I figured it would take another 15 minutes to get the groceries into my car. read more

What can you say? Its a staple of the American culture whether you like it or not. Sometimes I just need a lot of cheap stuff and this is it. Shopping here probably supports China just as much as America but thats just the way it is I guess. Plus you get some pretty incredible people watching. You really wanna see some stange stuff just go in there after 10pm on a weekend........ One other thing, I think there are probably a lot of hypocrites in the review process. I've came to this location a few times during my work trips. This place is huge, even for a Wally World, and I liked how everything was spaced out. Somewhat hard to find some things, but once you get use to the layout of this particular Walmart, I guess it's not too bad. Other than that, nothing too crazy or out of the ordinary about this Walmart, which makes this place "A-OK" in my book. read more

I pretty much dread going to this Walmart. The lines are always extremely long and customers are always frustrated. The other night I was in line, minding my own business, & I heard the cashier named Nadirah loudly say "no cards just cash" she said it pretty quickly so I asked her "just cash?" To confirm I heard correctly. She rudely said "yes just cash! Shouldn't you be listening ?" It pretty much caught me off guard because I wasn't rude to her at all.
