Twelve lanes open with cashiers, clean, great customer service, fully socked shelfs and did I say they had twelve ( count em - TWELVE) lanes open with a smiling face reading to check you out. I have NEVER not once in all my cities and travels been to a Walmart where the many registers were actually open and complete with a cashier. We entered with the thought you have every-time you enter a Walmart "I'm going to have to wait in line" or " What foolishness will I see today" BUT NOT TODAY and NOT at this Walmart ( could've been our lucky day, so it's their lucky day because I'm going to write about this pleasure).. This was our first time visiting this Walmart and only visited because our daughter was having dinner with friends in the area and we needed to burn some time while she ate. I can't say enough about the pleasure it was to visit this Walmart from the pharmacy to the cashiers to the exit. We stopped at the Pharmacy to ask about saline solution for babies and they are so quick to assist and acknowledge our presence. Overall a great experience so THUMBS UP! read more

Got here at 2:45... line of 4 people behind me. Dude behind the register spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to input my car, address, phone number etc. Meanwhile the "service manager" sat in the office directly behind him not bothering to help the other people behind me. After 2 hours of waiting I talked to the service manager about how much longer? And 5 minutes after that, my car was suddenly in the bay. Like they forgot about it. Waited 2.5 hours for a tire change. Just to find out they weren't even able to do the tire change because they don't carry the lug nuts for the tire? Huge waste of my day. Manager said there were appointments scheduled before they could work on my car but the bay was consistently empty and no customers waiting. I checked every 15 minutes or so to see if my car was even yet. Thank god for discount tire who fixed the issue in 5 minutes and for free. Huge waste of my time.. do better. $80 spent for a new tire in my trunk and my spare put back on. Avoid this walmart auto center. Walmart auto center, Monroe Nc. I had a very upsetting experience at this Walmart while trying to purchase baby formula for my child. A coupon worked at the register but then started showing an error. The cashier sent me to customer service where a team lead named Josh treated me extremely poorly. He avoided eye contact, ignored my attempts to explain what happened, and made me feel like I was trying to commit fraud. Another team lead told me the issue was "not their problem" and refused to help. I asked to speak to a manager and was initially told they were the managers even though their name tags said team lead. After waiting about 10 minutes, a manager finally came and resolved the issue within minutes by issuing a gift card so I could buy the formula my baby needed. The manager was helpful, but the way I was treated beforehand was embarrassing and unacceptable. No parent should be made to feel like a criminal while trying to buy food for their baby. This Walmart is an abomination where do we begin. The Pick Up department is an absolute joke. I have only done pick up twice first time I ordered a phone case they said they didn't have it then substitute my order then went to pick it up sat in my pickup lane for over an hour with the excuse being they are understaffed. Then they marked my pickup order as picked up which I never received. Second time picking up sat in the pickup spot for 30 min for 1 item never was able to get it. Talked to an employee said I could come back to get my item. After leaving my item was marked as picked up. Went back to this Walmart to pickup my item. Told an employee of the situation he said he would find the item and bring it. That was at 9 o'clock. 10 o'clock still do not have my pickup. Have to bang on the window just to get the answer from the manager pick up's stop at 10 o'clock. As there are 5 of us with other orders that has been sitting for over an hour. Her response was cancel the orders and reorder them for tomorrow. Her excuse they are understaffed. No they hire lazy people who do not care about their job. Anytime I go to this store there is trash everywhere, things people have opened all over the store. The only register open are self check out which are always packed. The Customer service is always horrendous. This store is absolutely horrible and if I could give this store zero stars I would. People either just go to the Walmart in Indian trail which is a million times better than this Walmart or just start shopping elsewhere. read more

You canceled my order and the reason given was that the items that I requested were [not in stock] which is awful funny, because after we left the pickup lane, we walked straight into the store and purchased the exact same items!!! RIGHT OFF THE SHELVES! We waited for over 20 minutes, in the Pickup area, because an employee said that she would find out from her manager why I could not be located in their system, but she NEVER returned... really GREAT Customer Service! so I checked myself online only to find that my order had been canceled!!!! I received no email notifying me of this, which could have resulted in my time being wasted and a trip all the way to the store for nothing. This was VERY inconsiderate! Plus, I was still charged for the merchandise. Explain that! We were told inside that it's just because your employees are too lazy to go get the orders, and I agree, because I went by several of them who were just standing around talking & 4 were so high that they couldn't even open their eyes (barely) and they wreaked of Marijuana! Today I came and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting my mom and I couldn't use them and we ourselves had to clean them to use them. In the very recent past I have tried to get express delivery at least 3 times only to find out hours after it was supposed to be delivered some jack leg cancelled the order every time. As far as the regular delivery there is a serious lack of service. They claim they don't have things but yet if my brother or a good friend physically go to the store there it is on the shelf. I pay the monthly price for delivery. If I were physically able to go do my own shopping I would be dang glad to. Not to mention f they send substitutions it's not even close to what you want. I am sick and tired of Walmart and how they are price gouging their loyal customers. April 1st I spent over $800 in Walmart for monthly groceries and spent more time with customer service correcting the overcharged items, not accepting coupons over a dollar etc. No these are not items that are put in the wrong place this is just a way for Walmart to make more money. I have contacted corporate headquarters for times this month and have not heard a word back. Yesterday I stop by this Walmart in Monroe North Carolina and bought a pack of Walmart brand bacon $3.78 I made sure I check the barcode under the bacon that it was the right brand and size. When I got to the self-checkout it rang up $10.78. Even the employees are telling the customers to contact the North Carolina Attorney General they are spending so much time correcting prices due to being overcharged. Walmart does not care about their customers their only concern is making money. Also watch out for Mountain Dew 12 packs they are around 3 99 but they will ring up 599. Maybe a class action lawsuit needs to be started against Walmarts. read more

This is a review of the Walmart deli counter. I usually would not get my lunch meat and cheeses here because of the long lines to get my deli meats. I saw that no one was in line and one deli counter employee working behind the counter. She was an older lady and she saw me approach and her face said it all. Don't bother me! She was busy getting a deli order ready, did not acknowledge me at all. She made me wait about 3-5 minutes then decided I wasn't leaving and helped me. What a sourpuss tho. Sorry the management doesn't give you help or that you have to work. Sorry that you started at 9 and now it's after 11 and you haven't gotten a break. Not sure why it's my fault. She was just as friendly when I completed my order. I kissed wanted to slap some kindness into her. Overall, the store is nice and has a lot of selection. Instead she claimed my items were returned and now I can not get the at the sale pricing which I had purchased them. She never called to tell me this, I guess I was supposed to just never get them. Shelves are never stocked, it is dirty, I was in there last week and the store was full of people with only a few registers open. This walmart is one of the worst that I've ever been in, I've seen bugs, nothing organized, items in wrong isles and it's like a scavenger hunt to find anything, the shopping carts where you put your child carrier secure on top are always buried un acessible against the building behind a line of other carts. I slipped in this store on liquid recently and in nc it doesn't matter if you end up crippled, it's disgusting they are not liable... I would try to stay clear of any walmart in the future in nc because of this I would much rather spend an extra few bucks shopping elswhere...
