--Location/Parking-- A little bit off the highway. In a square there were other businesses, but Walmart dominated. Plenty of parking. I practically parked near the front of the store at early morning. --Ambience-- Usual Walmart setup. No special bakery or quick checkout. --Service/Staff-- I didn't interact with the staff because many were busy restocking and the cashier was a self-checkout. --Products-- No issue because all Walmarts tend to have similar inventory. --Capacity-- Walmart can hold over 200 plus people. It wasn't a super big Walmart, but a regular size and not like a neighborhood version. --Overall-- If you need something from Walmart, signage was easy to see from the highway. When I walked into this Walmart, I could immediately tell it had been upgraded. One of the standout features was the abundance of self-checkout stations. I love this addition because it cuts down on the long wait times typically associated with being checked out by an employee. It made my shopping experience so much faster and more convenient. Honestly, I wish more Walmarts would implement more self-checkout stations like this! I also took some pictures of a few items I picked up along with their prices, which I've included to give you an idea of the selection and value. Terrible customer service. There were over 20 people in line with only 4 self checkout registers open. The employee watching the registers said she couldn't open more sure to "policy". I guess Walmart thinks customer service doesn't matter. There wasn't even an attempt to call for help from a manager. Just let everyone stand in line. Won't be back as there are other stores that are much better run than this one. read more

Shelves in this store were empty & they didn't have what I came for...but owners found the time to charge for bags. Spend more, hire less must be their new slogan. Last visit; won't be back. read more

This Walmart is always popping and full of people. Although it's full of people it's not full or workers lol. They have a few self checkout registers and those lines move way quicker than the tradition registers. They have a subway, hair salon and Clair's. My girls love going to Clair's there! The parking lot is very busy so watch your surroundings. read more

This store actually sucks. Not only did I have to wait in line for 30 minute to access a grocery pick up spot. I've been sitting in this spot for another 30 minutes. I called and it kept sending me to voicemail. Then when it'd actually ring they wouldn't answer. I still haven't gotten my groceries. Who wants to sit and wait an hour for a grocery pickup they said was ready. I'm beyond mad at this point. I just got off work and have places to be. I don't get how it could take this long or why they can't answer the damn phone. Even better now they are saying they "can't find" 6 of my containers. Update: my moms bf went back an hour later and they still couldn't find the order. I ended up canceling the order. And I don't blame this on the employees, it's poor management. When I asked them how they lost 6 containers the employee said " honestly we don't know where half these orders are". Just don't do online grocery pick up at Walmart... at least not at this one. read more

Every time I try and give this Lousy store another chance...They always manage to disappoint! Sunday at 11am. You have lines backed up around the entire store. The self checkout lines and the 1 or 2 manned registers. The store is a complete Trash Hole. You can barely move around with all of the boxes piled up. This Mebane location needs to be Shut Down! I'm guessing it's poor management because the manager that was at this location around 2010 was excellent and the store was clean and ran much better. Any time I'd much rather risk my life to go to Graham Hopedale in Burlington.....You know it's rough. The Graham Hopedale location is well stocked and much cleaner. Go figure. read more

Never has what you are looking for regardless what the website says, and their items are never in-stock. Multiple items are missing in general and it is incredibly unorganized, aswell as uncomfortable to be in. Other then that, Employees are social and funny if you talk to them read more

Placed orders on two separate occasions for tires that are shown in-stock. Both times this Walmart cancels the order as I am on the way to pick them up from out of town, and I am left with no explanation. Easier for them to hit cancel on their computer than to complete my order without ad much as a phone call explaining the reasoning. Their tire and auto center needs to been audited and straightened out. read more

Well, online said this location had the item I wanted. I ordered it and they verified my order would be available for pickup today. So I drove past a closer location because they showed they didn't have the item I wanted in stock. I arrived around 9:30pm to pick up my order. They didn't have the item I ordered even though they said it would be ready for pickup today. The manager told me if I found it at another location I could pick it up there. WRONG, the other store where I found my item made me pay for it again. They explained that for store to store transfers that items have to be purchased by the store picked up the item out of the pocket of the employee picking up the item. Basically the manager didn't even know their own policies. I dropped by the store closer to my house just to see if they had what I wanted. They did and I purchased it. Ultimately I got what I wanted, but I had to carry the cost of purchasing two expensive items and I had to drive an extra hour to accomplish my goal. Unfortunately they're inventory management system blows. I had to pay for my item again at a different location, then go online and cancel my order. Basically I'm carrying the cost of two items while they have one of the two items in their inventory. I'm paying their carrying costs. So if you have an in store pick up that you've ordered online, call first and verify they've actually "truly" completed your order. read more

Yesterday my husband and I went to the Mebane walmart and the rude employees were shopping for the pickup and go customer. We could not get by them. Their carts were in the middle of the aisles while they looked for items. I got trapped between two of these shoppers and had to wait on them to get their items. Reading their shopping list they don't even know you are there. They have not been trained to let in store shoppers continue their own shopping. Rude! Not going back to the Mebane store and will be watching at the others. In store customers should not be put out! read more

The most horrible Tire and Lube Center I have ever encountered. I recently had purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle from them at a cost of $400, which I assumed would function properly silly me. The moment I had picked up my vehicle from being serviced an ignition light came on that read "tire pressure" so I immediately turned back around and took the vehicle back into them. The manager Morris assisted me and just put air in all four tires and sent me on my way. A day later the ignition light with the same reading came back on so I contacted them once again. I was told to come in an the manager would help me figure it out, this time I met with Roger the second manager, whom then read all the gages and once again sent me on my way. I had a few things to purchase from Walmart so I parked in the front and when I returned to my vehicle the tire on vehicle had gone completely flat. It was completely sitting on the Rim. So here I ago once again returning for the third time with the same issue. The Manager Morris then states that he doesn't have anymore in stock and would have to let me drive the defective tire until they could get their shipment in. Now, I don't feel safe nor do I have any confidence in their ability to provide good tire service. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed in there lack of knowledge, training, and ability to provide safe tire service. read more
