I was followed around (by one employee in particular) who wasn't even trying to pretend that she wasn't doing so. It was like I was the only customer in the store that they needed to worry about (I wasn't, but I might have been the only Black customer in the store at the time). Whats hilarious about this is that I needed to buy a google electronic product, which they keep locked up, just a few months prior and it took me FOREVER to flag down an employee to help me. But when I don't need help and I just need to be left alone to shop without prying eyes, well it's not hard to find an employee then!

That's crazy cheap for a nice silk tie. I also have found nice shoes after discounts like 30% off for great prices if you shop the sale items. It helps to have a Kohls card because you can get exclusive 20 or 30% off deals, even on clearance items. The store is quite large and has a nice selection of men's and women's clothing, as well as luggage, home décor and kids clothing. Frankly, I usually find better deals on similar items to Yonkers or Dillards, without the hassle of driving to Gateway Mall and the prices are usually the same or better at Kohl's. Located on Yankee Hill Road, next to Marshalls, Home Goods, and Aldi this area is becoming a destination. Marshalls is attached to Homegoods and you can walk between the two stores inside. Hard to find anyone working except up at the checkout lanes but that shouldn't be a problem most of the time.

There's so many great things to say about this facility, but a few of my favorites worth mentioning are; the aquarium with live fish near the entrance, the candy shop and cafe located inside, as well as their 65 foot indoor Ferris wheel. Pro tip; if you eat at the cafe and order a kids meal, you get a token, which is good for a kids ice cream or free Ferris wheel ride. It doesn't expire either. Such a cool concept. There's a mini bowling alley upstairs along with arcade games, photo opportunities and animals. My toddler loves coming here often. There are so many friendly employees. They even sell Shamwows, which impresses. Not because I want one, but because it describes my relationship with the store--I like good quality, but hate pretentiousness. This store is double the size of other BBB's I've been to, which made me realize something--all the stuff is displayed at the perfect height for someone like me (6'0"). I feel as comfortable here as in a Lowe's, too. It is not a frou-frou girly kitchen/bath store, but then you won't see many guys around either. Why? Their new location off of South 56th is at least five times the size of their old store, yet never seems to have the great selection they used to have and the prices have been raised across the board (wall art in particular is extremely pricey). Not only that, today I stopped in to discover that they've done away with their color tag system; now everything is priced as-is without a discount system. Additionally, the majority of the furniture being carried looked cheap and dirty. I did a little research on their website and found that they're now operating an eBay storefront where they seem to be diverting any nicer products. It seems like a crime that they're taking donated local items and trying to sell them online rather than keep them affordable and in the Lincoln community. I don't see myself shopping here again; I'll take my chances on FB marketplace.
