Returned again to get new fun snacks! Still a great store with some of the most polite and helpful employees. Wine selection is really getting better, great holiday stuff too so stock up while they have items on sale. I'm really loving the premise lunch & dinner options. They were out of my favorite (mango jicama salad ) but it was replaced with more seasonal items I'm thinking. Just wanted to update with some photos of these items.

Hot Damn do I love Trader Joe's! Although this place is exactly on the opposite side of town for me, I happily endure the drive to get me some Trader Joe's. This quaint grocery store sells items ideal for the person cooking for 1 or 2. Their pre-packaged or pre-seasoned dishes (fresh and frozen) give you the opportunity to be transported to another country. Their food knows no ethnic boundaries! I completely enjoy their whimsical food ads and their daily samples. You may think, "OH, I can't shop there, it's too expensive!" Well, you're WRONG. Having frequented Russ's, Hy Vee, and Supersaver, I can say that Trader Joe's is no more expensive. Despite limited specials/deals, their consistent prices will ensure you get what you want at a reasonable price EACH time. No more scouring ads and cruising around town to find that special price. You know what to expect every time you're at the store. **Here are my MUST TRIES** -Bruschetta (so what if you can make this at home, it's freakin good here) -Fresh pizza dough balls (only 99 cents!) -21 Season Salute (spice mix WITHOUT salt - good for all you high blood pressure people) -Raisin Rosemary Crisps (I hate rosemary, but these are so yummy!) -Spiced Apple Cider (seasonal to Fall, try it warm) -Frozen Seasoned Corned Beef (seasonal to March, eat with honey mustard on sourdough bread) -Tomato Soup (pair with oyster crackers) -Inexpensive wines (this don't 'mean they're tasteless!) -Any type of cheese (just expect great cheese here) Tiny Downsides (not every place is perfect) -With a name like Trader Joe's, I'd expect a larger fresh produce area. Yea, I'm impressed that they sell brussel sprouts on the stalk, BUT that does not make up for a limited variety of farmer-like products. -I'm surprised they stock so much of 1 item. SO much of 1 item that I ran across more than a few items already expired or very close to expired. In the end, I am still left with this feeling. Trader Joe, will you marry me?

I came in with the $10 off $25 purchase coupon & she acted annoyed immediately when i handed it to her. Then when I noticed something rang up different from the shelf tag she copped an enormous attitude & told me it didn't matter as I was already getting $10 off. I asked her to check with the manager who was thankfully very kind & adjusted the price and I let him know that it was appreciated. Then as I'm paying she rudely tells me that I was taking advantage of the situation! What?! I told her I did not appreciate her attitude & she sarcastically said she was just reciprocating! So she admitted she was being rude to me on purpose! Then when I asked her about stamping the green stamp paper she said very aggressively -"definitely not", because she had bagged my stuff & i used a credit card! I had specifically told her I would grab my own box when she was ringing me up and at no point did I tell her to use a bag! I was being so patient with her snarky attitude until that point & then I was done! I told her I wanted to lodge a complaint with the manager & that set her off even more! I could tell the manager didn't really care, he looked tired. No apology for how i was treated, barely any acknowledgement. Beyond disappointing customer service! I have only been in 2 times previously, but this is definitely my last time shopping here! There are too many other stores that I would rather spend my money! I don't deserve to be spoken to & treated like that! If you don't want people to come in & use the coupons, then don't waste the money advertising & printing them in the paper for people to use! You may want to reconsider having someone like Christi interacting with customers if you want to stay in business. You have definitely lost my family's business! 5/29/25. 5:45pm

Several times in the past 4 weeks I have gone into this store to shop for food. I'm an old guy about 72 years old. Have to use the restroom quite often. Sometimes. Went into the restroom at the store several times in the past month. Complain each time about the handicap toilet stool being in not 100% customer friendly. The issue is the flap that you sit on in the handicap stall is for lack of a better word broken. One of the nuts that holds the lid stationary is missing. So the flap moves from side to side several in. I have discovered that one of the of the times I went in there there was feces on the lid from somebody slipping and probably falling in that stall? Not for sure about that but when you have poop on the stool and a messy stool on the inside. That's what I think? I have talked to the management several times through this process. So far nothing has gotten done. I also don't understand when you own a business you cannot speak to a real person to file a complaint if the management in that store is not complying. Also yes I did mention that I was going to file a complaint if it does not get fixed. Yes I was in there today also and it's still not fixed. I will file another complaint if it's not fixed the next time I go through. I deleted the photo I did take for that manager. So next time I'm in there I will take another photo if it's still broken.

The prices aren't bad especially if you purchase the Whole Foods 365 brand. I love how they offer self serve samples. There's always a ton of employees to help. This location has a great amount of parking and it's conveniently located across the mall, surrounded by other shops. The only thing I would criticize is how this location does not make fresh sandwiches. Today I stopped by the deli section and was told they don't make them fresh. However, they do sell already made sandwiches in a specific section. I was bummed about this because I love wholefoods sandwiches. The ones that have been sitting out aren't as good. I ended up buying a slice of pizza for my toddler. I asked if they could warm it up but the employee told me I could with the microwave up front, near the cashiers. I've been to many other locations where they simply helped me heat up the slice in the open oven right behind them. They also don't sell freshly made coffee. I'm sad this location doesn't do this as well. I'll end on a positive note; they recently added family meals for $35, which includes two sides and two proteins. It's such a great deal and you can use this to meal prep ahead of time. It's also a convenient option when you don't feel like cooking. Just pop the food in the oven and you're good to go.
