I could tell the manager didn't really care, he looked tired. No apology for how i was treated, barely any acknowledgement. Beyond disappointing customer service! I have only been in 2 times previously, but this is definitely my last time shopping here! There are too many other stores that I would rather spend my money! There is a bakery, butcher and a hot food bar that even has Menudo on the weekends. There is quite simply some items that you cannot get anywhere else in Lincoln that I'm aware of. While the produce area is not as huge as the big box grocers. There is plenty of fresh produce to go with your meal. Pastries - there are literally dozens of types to choose from. I selected one to try when I get home. For specialty Latino needs, this seems to be the place to go.
