I did a pickup last night and I was impressed with the young guy who serviced us at the counter for pickup. He was polite and very professional and even went above and beyond to help me out. I had purchased a list of items totalling 120 dollars and their were supposed to be gift cards included. He assisted me in checking my app. And when he couldn't find the gift cards on my account: he reached out to the store manager and got us physical gift cards. He really didnt need to do that. This young lad will go far. I just regret I didnt get his name. Service with a smile. Thats what will get you far in customer service. He provided a wonderful service. I ordered drive up and they said I could come in cancel then repurchase since they didnt have it ready. it was the last of the 2 items. They had me wait 30 minutes and told me 2 times they were bagging my items. In reality I should've cancelled and left I typically dont mind but it was 11:15p on a Saturday. Just bummer service and why not just cancel the order and allow me to pay at register. Found it odd that they told me it was OK on the phone, but not when I got there. read more

I went to exchange an item for a different color. The item cost $3 and was half off so $1.50. The manager, Alyx returned my 5 items for $8 or so. She rung up the new item and it rang up full price, so $3. I told her it was half off, just like the 5 items I returned. She said, no, it's $3. I said, no, they're all 50%, look at the receipt!!!! She then said, it's a different color so it's $3. I then said I'd like to talk to the manager at which she replied "I am the manager". I said great, then you can change the price to reflect 50% off. She said, no, it's $3. I said "well you or someone else is going back with me to check the display". She thought about it for a minute and decided I was probably right and said "I can probably fix it for you". I noticed the Target office and have heard nothing back! This Target is the worse! Not only does this manager need remedial training, they're store is a constant mess!!!!! They have clothes, items, everything laying all over the place. Now it's being hidden in the dressing room areas. It's really too bad because the other Targets in town are pretty clean. Anyway, do t waste your time here or get the manager Alyx to help you! Always delivery a wide variety of goods and products, Target is very dependable to have what I want most of the time. (Shipping issues nationwide notwithstanding). The store aisles are conveniently arranged and thematically placed for easy searches. The store is very clean. The employees are friendly and courteous, as always. The price point keeps this store at the top of my list, especially when I consider the variety of items they keep stocked. read more

Recently renovated, this target is a great place to pick up whatever you need. Their selection throughout the grocery store, is really good. Wide variety of high-quality items. Throughout the rest of the store, you'll see the normal things that you would find at target. Really great service team, that's willing to help whenever you need something. Used to love shopping here but anymore it honestly feels like I'm in Walmart. The store is poorly laid out and junky these days. Went yesterday to try on a swimsuit and only half the dressing rooms can be used while half of the ones open don't lock. I told two employees and both told me all I could do was go online and fill out the online survey. Neither seemed too concerned as per the usual with most places anymore. Don't know if anyone will read the online survey or do anything about the complaint? Best to really pay attention to letting your children go in alone or someone assisting with the doors since they don't lock! read more

I want to start by saying I have always loved Target and go there for everything including clothing, shoes, necessities, and groceries. Recently, I was making my regular visit to go grocery shopping at the S 40th location in Lincoln, Nebraska. I did not realize until I got home, 30 minutes away, that the entire bottom of my bread was moldy and disgusting, couldn't use a single slice of it. I typically do self checkout on quick runs, but this time I did NOT. You'd would think the cashier checking me out would make sure the products I was getting were in good condition, not bright green and molded terribly. It wasn't not a busy day either and there were no long lines. I am so disappointed with this and I hope you can train your employees to pay more attention for the well being and safety of your valued customers. read more

Great prices and very large Super Target. They have a lot of household goods that you might need as well as an excellent grocery department that has all of the common needed stuff and even a few items you might be surprised about like scallops and fresh fruit. Meat debt is basic and alcohol contains all the essentials and popular stuff. Download the cartwheel app and save extra $ on various items each week. Great one stop shop store and they open up lanes all day based on how busy they are which is a nice plus. read more

This Lincoln NE location on south 40th has gone downhill ever since they got the self checkout lanes. I was just there this morning, and there were NO cashiers! None. There were 3 employees standing around customer service, so I asked if any of them could ring up my groceries. I was told if I had produce, no they could not. *silent pause* We just stood there staring at each other. If there were 3 employees standing there doing nothing, why couldn't they open a register?? If I wanted to check and bag my own groceries, I would go to Super Saver. Horrible customer service. read more

Rewriting my review as I've been contacted multiple times. The cafe was out of pasta and turned off their ovens by 7pm, when they don't close until 8. That was pretty disappointing, but the 6 breadsticks I ate made up for that a little bit. Another things I encountered: online says there's a stocking I need in stock so I searched every square inch of target, I even looked in everybody's carts as they passed me. It was no where. I went to costumer service to see if maybe it was in one of the million baskets of returns they had. One lady was super willing to help and the other lady completely shut me down and said if it wasn't in its isle, they didn't have it. I'll probably go back today to check every square inch again since it still says they have it. Not a single other target in Nebraska has this stocking. So I'm on a mission. read more

I have been in love with Target's since the day I was born - so this is no different. I even get my picture in front of Target's in other states - yeah I never said I wasn't weird!!! However, I love going to Target because of the layout. It's clean, easy to find what you're looking for, not too crowded, they have wide aisles, etc. Plus when I go to check out - I usually have to wait behind maybe one other person. Excellent! I think Target has a great selection in nearly every area. I highly recommend their clothing. I buy a ton of clothing from Target and I can get some of the items from the clearance racks for under $5! This is good quality stuff too, plus I always get compliments on my clothing. This Target is the furthest from my house, but the one I shop at the most. It has by far the best selection and wider range of colors of most items (especially clothing). Some of the other stores only carry a few choices or only a couple items of each choice so run out quickly. It's also a great one shot stop when I need food items too. read more

The Supertarget is super-marketed. They have quite the niche there... yes, there's the Starbucks and Pizza Hut... But there's just also such yuppie stuff (not that I'm complaining, but it's so yuppie). They've got a huge selection of baby things, better clothing selection, and so many Archer Farms creations, it's nuts... Lots of frozen ethnic food... Don't shop there much but always find it surreal. read more

Bought a watch A WATCH and when I asked them to take off the cover while I was there since it was convenient, 3 employees had no clue what to do whilst one of those employees looked at ME like I was stupid and asked if I had googled how to with a snarky attitude.
