I've always enjoyed shopping there. I've bought several things from them. My last purchase was a table. It was heavy and they did not have enough people to load it so they asked me to help lift it. Once in the truck it was lifted to get it further in and they pushed too far and put not only the table but my hand as well through the back glass of my truck. Then refused to pay for the back window. It took several days to get a response from the owner and I had to go back and forth with him over it. Even said to watch the camera to see what happened. Conveniently the camera doesn't show where we were... there was a camera right by my truck. If he'd have actually watched it he would see his guys breaking my window. He finally agreed to pay $200 of the $1000 it cost me to replace the window and said he shouldn't Eben do that. I will no longer be shopping there for anythingif you plan on buying anything there just know that their policy is that they are not responsible for damage to your property even if they clearly broke sonething. read more

Bought a couch from salvage warehouse that has cockroaches in it!!!!! Called the store and got the run around twice! Ended up with an exterminator bill, steer clear of this business!!!! read more

I'm giving them two stars since the did refund us our money. However we tried two different fridges in our rental both were a disaster. First one wouldn't stay cool as the seal wasn't good. They sent a technician who was rude and said that wasn't the problem. We kept having the same problem after he "fixed" the real problem blocked vents. They replaced it with a different fridge after we called for a 2nd repair. The 2nd fridge they damaged during delivery and wouldn't close without shoving it along with another horrible seal. They ripped our flooring in multiple spots. We finally asked for a refund which they told us they dont do, but finally gave in. Then we found cockroaches in the house! read more

I am so NOT impressed with this place at all!!! Yes they have a lot of used appliances and YES they are overpriced. They have the exact same Side Load High Efficiency washer that I have, looks to be the same model, same age and they are asking the full price that it actually sold fore when it was box new! In fact, all their furniture (which aren't really as antique as they say), appliances etc are all very over priced. The couches and other furniture all look like the same quality you would find at Salvation Army and yet all are priced as if they were still brand new pieces of furniture. As for the antiques, they do have a few very very nice pieces. There were some nice wall credenzas with marble tops ....many of them that seemed to probably come out of a hotel lobby or something. But as nice looking are, many aren't really antiques.... sorry. The antiques they do have are very few and you are going to pay an arm and a leg for them, even though they are in distressed condition. The pieces of art or furniture that I would truly want to buy all have "sold" signs on them, however they have been in the store for ages making me question why they are there, if they are really sold, or if it's something to make people think they have cool stuff for sale that people want, when in reality they don't. I will most likely NEVER step foot in this place again. Complete waste of time. read more

We bought a fridge from them but it immediately had several problems that they refused to fix. They finally exchanged it for a new one but it took forever because they didn't call us when new stock came in. When they finally saved us a fridge it came with a broken handle that they refused to fix. Their only solution was a mismatched handle from a different unit. So much for the 90 day warranty. On top of it all we found multiple fridges on Facebook for about half of what we paid at Salvage Warehouse. We should have started there. read more

5/23/2017 I bought a used washer from them earlier this year. I wanted a very large capacity washer and they had the one I wanted. It broke after it's warranty expired but fairly close to expiration date. The guys at Salvage not only fixed the broken washing machine, but when they picked it up, they brought me a loaner to use during the weekend while they fixed it and charged me nothing. We had purchased appliances in the past and their service was helpful and friendly. We got a tall glass cabinet (secretary) for 500.00. Later found out it was over priced. When we got it home we discovered it was badly damaged on the top. We recently asked them if they would purchase it back as we are down sizing. Considering we had been good customers and over charged. We knew they would not pay the 500 but something.They flatly said NO! The friendly guy was no longer friendly. Do NOT buy from this business. Their service after the sale is TERRIBLE. They do not take messages well and only call back about half of the time. Plus I got varying messages about what was suppose to be included. At delivery, the guys hit and dented the newly painted walls in several locations. Not impressed. The washing machine and dryer I bought are pieces of crap! The washing machine first leaked bleach all over the floor and it took three weeks and many many phone calls before it was fixed. The dryer was never fully hooked up properly and finally we just had to take care of it ourselves. read more

INFESTED WITH ROACHES. We moved into our new home with no pest issues, three weeks after we bought the stove we started seeing roaches. Orkin came and told us that the issue is the stove which was infested with Roaches. The owner said it wasn't their problem because we couldn't PROVE it. Never buy second hand appliances or anything if you can afford it. Now we returned the stove, which they will probably try to sell you. read more

You tell them a price you are expecting for an item you are selling them (350-400) and the man on the phone says ok we'll pick it up saturday, then 2 weeks later they call and tell you they will give you 15-20% (60.00) of the price you discussed when they could sell it for 2x the original price discussed (800 for the same thing on their sales floor). When they bring it back it is severely damaged (scratched and scuffed to the primer on the paint and gouged on materials that are not repairable unless replaced). Had bought a refrigerator. worked great for 2 days then just stopped working. Called them and was told the fridge was in a 90 day warranty. So I asked if they would come pick it up as I live 2 hours away. The guy said it would be $100 dollar charge but he would pick me out a real nice refrigerator. So I drove the 2 hours to the store it was about 20 minutes before closing time when I walked in it was like the local crack house with all the employees sitting around smoking inside and drinking beer. I wouldn't have had a problem if it was after hours but when they are still open its unacceptable. The people who they hire are just terrible. They sell used broken appliances and if you ask for your money back they tell you tuff luck store credit only. Like I want to pick out another junker they probably picked up off the side of the highway. Don't buy from these scam artist. read more
