Two things stood out prompting the 4 stars - the installation was done by a third party which surprised me since they emphasize local personal services. - when the stove had the problem, It seems that all the departments work independently. It was frustrating to repeat the situation always being transferred from department to another. But overall I appreciate the work Cecilia did coordinating the replacement of the stove.

It's been seven months, and it looks even worse than when I first had it and will continue to go downhill. I did get the dryer duct cleaned out, and it still takes two cycles to dry.
