I was in the Walmart Pharmacy today and I had my first prescriptions filled Unfortunately with…read moreall new year prescriptions changes, some of my current medications were not going through correctly. I had explained to the lady pharmacy clerk that I shouldn't be billed no more than $4.00 for each of my prescription except for 1 prescription. So she resubmitted the prescriptions that weren't going through correctly again and she was able to get my prescriptions covered. If she had not tried to resubmit my prescriptions I would not have been able to pay for the prescriptions and would have to go without them. I am so very thankful that the employee was not a computer or automated system because I would have not been helped. I will keep using the Walmart Pharmacy and recommending them.

Everett is not a very big place to begin with and to build this here might have been a bit of overkill. Don't let what I just said make you think that this place is huge in any part, actually quite the opposite. It is a condensed super center. Maybe that's the best way to describe this place. They were attempting to give you this false sense that this place is big and will have everything you can imagine. Well if that is what you are thinking all I can say is take a trip here and see if you can get everything on your shopping list. All the aisles are narrow and shorter than all other super centers you will come across. You will have to either wait to make it through an aisle or walk forever until you find one that you can go down. As for the merchandise, you will find the most popular items on the shelf, but not the one you want. I couldn't find a single item that I was looking for, but I found a lot of the Walmart branded items for those items. Only good side, self checkouts.

The lady right off the bat treats me like a bother and trash. Ohhh okay that's fine busy day rather be home right? Got you. I asked when it would be ready got nothing. " we can text you." Okay sign me up. Got my number and that was it waited over 2 hours to get something any thing. So I went back in waited in line. Instead of being told anything she automatically yells " OH THIS IS THE ONE WERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH. " thanks for telling row 7 my order is an issue. Well my insurance was giving them grievances. That's okay I asked if there was anything I could do show up something else you know help. All the time mind you I have strep throat and little Timmy 3 feet down the store probably has it because I'm contagious . Well they treated me like shit cause I have a medical card. I assure you I work a 40 plus hour job. I'm not sucking off the system like they implied. I asked how much was it cash wise 44 for one bottle and the one I really needed for my 5 year old they don't have. Thank you for making me wait over 2 hours to be ran into the dirt. I wish I could of thrown a fit , no I cried quietly and left. So it gets better. I had the er call to call in some cheaper medicine. According to the nurse. She called the phone rang for a few minutes straight and then they picked up the phone and put it straight back down. The nurse was absolutely digusted by them as well. This is very much NOT a pharmacy that I will ever recommend to anyone for any reason! This kind of thing can cause medical emergencies or even kill someone who takes heart medication or anything that is important for someone to take on a very tight and regular schedule to keep from dieing! I thought the entire point of a pharmacy was to carry at the very least the most common medications and be able to fill prescribed medications in a timely manner but I guess this location doesn't operate like a normal pharmacy and they should make that publicly known and notify the medical professionals in the area not to send time sensitive prescriptions to this location! Worst experience with a pharmacy i have ever had, even spent 45 minutes on hold 4 days in a row in the days prior to the days the pharmacist decided the were not going to be available to do their job or even find another pharmacist to fill in for them before just closing the location during normal hours of operation that are actually posted on the doors of the store when you first walk into the location...
