The store has so many options spread out over two floors. It's an old building, so naturally the ceiling is low. If you're tall, just watch where you walk. We found a few different La-z-boy options that were perfect for her. Once she picked out the one she wanted from a photo we sent her, they helped us put it in our SUV and we were out of there pretty quickly. I started wandering around looking for pieces for our house that I fell in love with. We'll be back later in the year with a moving truck to buy more, because we are definitely out of their delivery range. Their prices are right on point as well.

The push button controller went out yesterday (Sunday) so I called in today to report the issue. They had their support person call me back and setup an appointment for the same day. He arrived 2 hours later (just as he said he would). He not only fixed my buttons but also noticed the fill in my cushions had compressed and he added additional filler to pump them back up.
