Sure...... I like going to Walmart for bits and pieces. I go to this one which is a little bit further from my house because it's cleaner and my pharmacy is right there. So it's a 2 for 1 deal. Picking up things I never knew I needed is something I'm going to stop immediately ! Anyways the workers hover if they see you looking like you are having trouble finding things. Don't fret! They will not follow you around They're very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating! Big Kudos to the wonderful joyous employees. I only went exchange some pajamas for headphones and couldn't find the headphones but when I did, I was forced to pay for them in the electronics section instead of customer service where I needed to exchange them. I only gave one of my most frequented stores 4 out of five stars simply because they AREN'T amazing. It's conveniently located and I know where everything is. I also am on a first name basis with several employees. There are times I get frustrated with this big store because they often times do not have a staple it's that I need. Either they are out of stock or stopped carrying it. It never fails, if I like a product too much, it won't be available the next time I look for it in the store. But I'd like to end on a good note, all Walmart's do not have self check out lanes and this one does which is a plus. Also the toy section is pretty good. I have a' 8 & 10 year old and they live for new toys. Overall I keep going back because the good does outweigh the bad and you can't have it all with one store, can you? read more

These are the fish tanks at the Walmart on Highway 6 & Westpark Tollway. Some tanks you could hardly see inside because of the dirty glass. One tank had countless dead fish floating at the top and it obviously had been there for a while since slime was collecting and holding the dead fish together. This is disgusting. As if these fish do not go through enough. What in the hell... They should be reported. This Walmart is a disgrace. There was also a beta fish sitting dead in brown water by the sink with a pitcher in the sink covered in algae. They should be reported. This is animal abuse. read more

Normally, I am very tolerable of businesses and can cut places some slack. But, this Walmart is horrible. There are essentially no sales people anywhere to be found. The shelves are a jumbled and barren mess. I found Cherrios in the towels section.... When I did see a sales person, they were too busy hitting on a married woman to realize that I needed help! Kind of sock when the lady at station 4 said "I don't have the scan machine" when I stood in front of her. The staff can be rude and jarring with their unhelpful attitude, but seeing as it's a Wal-Mart that's laid out just like all the other ones; I hope no one else needs to ask for assistance. Also falling under this category is the guests. Now, to say it nicely, I'll say this Wal-Mart attracts lots of "characters." To place it bluntly, these "characters" are of the shady, dirty, and ghetto variety. Not only have I witnessed several groups of young "thugs" stealing things and stuffing them under their baggy shirts, I've also seen women that are barely clothed and cladded in neon hosiery that's reminiscent of the strip club than a trip to the grocery store. It's not that I believe Wal-Mart should enforce a dress code, but I wouldn't be against them telling people that they need to wear pants to shop there. This review is for the vision center, I'm complaining about the lady named "koko" who fitted my daughter for new first pair of glasses. My daughter had picked a pair of glasses she liked and the lady told her pick another pair because the kids will make fun of her....my daughter is 6!! How is that appropriate to say to her?? They made it seem that I was stealing the entire store! The crowds at this location are terrible, especially at the checkout line. Their prices are also kinda high, but you can occasionally snag a good deal on certain items. They're a pretty good store if you like overall variety, but they don't specialize in anything and you may have to look elsewhere if you're trying to find something in particular. It also smells like really bad fried chicken whenever I come here. Overall, this Wal-Mart fails to leave a lasting impression and doesn't offer as much their competitors do. I live in ohio and someone over the weekend in Houston stole $300 worth of groceries from Walmart at curbside pickup and Walmart is doing nothing about it. I'll jump to the point of where I wanted to strangle someone.specifically the Idiot who worked on my car and the even bigger LOSER who when I asked where my tire key locks were....told me RUDELY he didn't have a clue and basically it wasn't his problem and the guy that worked on my car stepped away....oh really???!!! Did he bother to help me look for it...??? NOT!! Did he think it was his job?? NOT!! YEA! You heard me right.. a girly girl like me had to go ask a man working in this service department "WHERE THE F*&*^!! MY TIRE KEY LOCK WAS??" These people didn't even bother to put my tire key locks back in my car! And when I brought it to their attention...this old dude had an attitude with me like it wasn't his problem...??? SAY WHAT?? This is a review for the auto center. I bought a battery at this specific Walmart and after a year battery didn't hold a charge and died. I tried to use my warranty but they said I couldn't because apparently the worker from a year ago didn't place it as sold in the system. The manager Kelly couldn't do anything and was spouting non-stop lies saying he couldn't find it in the system and they couldn't check the camera for the footage that I bought it. Isn't that fishie, stayed there for 3 hours while help was nothing but a waste of time. Sotoma one of the worker didn't help as well making we walk back and forth from the auto center to the front desk because he didn't know what he was doing. I came to visit Houston from Chicago and I could not believe this was the worst walmart I have ever been to. The walmart store itself was actually ok but let's start off with the McDonalds at the front of the store. There was a young lady very beautiful girl was frowned up the entire time we were there as if she did not want to take our order or even be at work. While we waited we went to fill our drinks and the area was a mess. Pop ice everywhere counter very sticky. I went to let the manager know hoping that someone would clean it up. We got our food ate and then we left the counter still filthy. If that wasnt bad enough the reason we went to the mcdonalds was because we were getting an oil change at the Walmart auto care. There were 2 other cars there and we were told it would be an hour wait. Fast forward to almost hour 2 I see there are like 6 guys in the oil change area and my car has not moved. They tell me they are not sure how much longer the wait would be because there were still 2 cars ahead of me. So I check in at 4:20p with 2 cars in front of me and I leave at 6:15 with 2 people still in front of me and oil still not complete. 2 oil change lanes 3 cars 6 employees in the area and nobodies working. As I'm getting ready and employee almost backs into my car as I'm walking to it Very upset and no Auto manager to be found. I will never visit this Walmart again I hope this is not a reflection of what Houston has to offer. read more

She was upset that she had to walk from the bakery to the deli to do her job. I tried to order a pound of wings and she tried to give me half a pound when I told her to add more she got mad. I had a wonderful experience with customer service a few weeks ago. The lady helped me till the situation was resolved. Always in and out I already know what I want but if you have a question for a employee on the floor DONT EVEN BOTHER cause they don't know shit and they'll let you know you're bothering them. There's a handful of good employees so I give this location that. That's okay Walmart employees cause I undercover feed the beta fish by the tanks! Where do I begin.....I've had it with Walmart! Their prices aren't that low, and I'm getting tired of walking around their hot store and sweating for 30 minutes. If I wanted to walk and sweat, I would get on the treadmill or walk around the block. The air conditioning is never cool, the sales associates are not helpful at all, and most of the time, there are no shopping carts in the store. The worst part about shopping at Walmart is the fact that there are at least 40 cash registers, but only 5 of them are open, so that means extremely long lines. There are so many people driving around the lot to get the closest parking spot to the store. I made the mistake of shopping there once and it wasn't pretty.
