I purchase an Everlast battery from the Hooksett store December of 2019. The battery will not start my vehicle in January 2022. The battery says it has a 5 year warranty three years full replacement the last two pro rated. I brought the battery which again would not crank the car and the service manager was rude and uncooperative. Tells me I need to leave the battery and allow them to charge it and see if it performs the following day. Walmart refused to replace the battery and tells me that is the only option. Does me no good to have to bring the battery to Walmart every time I want to use my car. read more

Walmart Pharmacy: Has a few very considerate great employees working there but, for every positive experience (employees) there is apparently 10 bad ones I guess ?? Here we go again, with the chip on the shoulder attitude by Pharmacy Technicians. Observed this one younger guy (Pharm tech)berate an older man for asking a question (he was in line in front of me). I am assuming the the senior did not understand how or why an insurance company was denying his prescription for some reason. Instead of pulling him aside with the little to know privacy they provide at that pharmacy, this pharmacy tech decided to berate him in lieu of trying to understand his question... My husband visited this poor excuse of a store today to purchase some hot tub supplies and a 12 pack of beer. While there were about 8 people in a line at one register (only one open), he decided to go to self checkout. Waiting on someone to come because he was purchasing beer, he saw 5 employees all standing around and not coming to help for several minutes. Ok, my husband is a patient person and just waited for someone. An employee decided to come help only to tell my husband he could not purchase beer because they could smell beer on him already. this was after noontime and yes he had a beer. He was not in any way inebriated or showed any sign of being a difficult person. Since when does an employee have the right to discriminate against someone because of their look or how they smell. You people are lucky I don't talk to a lawyer. I can only imagine how this employee is treated in life. I hope she is not treated in any way different from anyone else, like she treated my husband, for being short, fat and ugly. read more

Decided to review this Walmart because I believe that all the negative reviews don't give an accurate description of the store. This is my go to Walmart. I like it because it's half as busy as the one in Manchester and it has been my experience that if the lines are getting too long at the checkout they will open another register. The bathrooms are fairly clean (for Walmart standards, and let's be real here....it's the CUSTOMERS that are the slobs!!), and I've never had an issue with any returns here. read more

Couple weeks ago I needed to buy a new microphone headset for my PS4. Went straight to the electronics area found the one I wanted and now the hard part. FINDING AN EMPLOYEE AT WALMART. So I walk around a little and searching nothing. Make it all the way to the automotive section and find nothing. At this point I'm fed up and am walking back to electronics to just start screaming "DOES ANYONE WORK HERE" and as soon as I get there I find a man pulling a pallet a very long ways away do I tracked him down and he was very helpful but the funny part was I was kinda loud the whole time looking for people and not even 2 aisles away was a woman employee just hanging out on her phone doing absolutely nothing. great job Walmart. read more

Just moved back to the area, and I forgot how bad this walmart was. Never have more than 3 registers open, never seeing any backup called. We do not appriciate the smart mouthed CSM we had on our last visit. We wanted to price match something from Target. She came over, we showed the price, and was told "this isn't Target" obviously we know that, and had to say "price match" guess the cashier didn't know how to tell this to the CSM. The cashier seemed new and unknowledged on over-riding price matches too. We felt bad for holding the line up, and were happy to leave. GET MORE CASHIERS and better CSMs that know how to run the front end. This location still does not have it together. Don't bother coming here. read more

I have been a loyal customer at this Walmart. However, my recent experience with the assistant manager named Marsha has made me think about any future purchases in this branch. She really needs to learn the basics of customer service. I was there for the money services and she had no clue about what she was doing and got mad at me for all the technical difficulties she went through to post a transaction. Even after a bitter experience, I tried thanking her and wishing her a good day but she rolled her eyes instead. I really hope that Walmart takes the initiative to address this concern. read more

Just came out of Walmart hooks it where I wanted to return a small item. Unfortunately, the customer service is down completely and you cannot return anything. One staff member told me they had no help but another staff member told me they were having technical difficulties. Evidently there's no contingency plan because they cannot return something through the cash registers, so they say. read more

Worst experience I've ever had in any store. I went to get my tires mounted, that I had purchased from Walmart, I had to wait for 2 weeks for my appointment that I then showed up an hour early for so if I was missing something I would have appropriate time to fix the issues. But instead, after waiting outside for an hour, the big brained manager "Craig" said I could'nt get tires put on my truck because I didn't have registration stickers on my truck. A stupid issue I know but I had registered my truck and the stickers just hadn't come in the mail yet. Went yesterday 12/18/2020 to buy a christmas tree. After asking three associates, incuding at the service desk, and waiting 25 minutes for no one to lift a finger to help me purchase a tree I left. Theres probably 30 trees there and I can see why. When I asked one associate the looked at me and shrugged their shoulders and told me to wait. The store was not overly busy. I will never return to the service center. The manager (?) Moe was completely rude. My gf and I went in to get her oil changed. The "manager" told us to give them an hour, which seemed long for the "pit crew" oil change but she had some shopping to do so whatever. We returned a little after one hour and this guy tells us they have not even brought the car in to start the service. When I objected and told him that we were told it would be done in an hour he started yelling back at me that they never said that. I work in customer service and would never treat one of my customers the way this guy Moe treats his customers. The woman who took our money after apologized for his rudeness. Perhaps they should make her the manager, at least she understands the importance of proper customer service. read more

I would like to start by saying that i come tondo all my shopping here from close to food to houseware and more. I come to this store about once a week and spend at least 350 bucks each visit as i have a big family. Well today as per usual i went to do all my shopping and remembered i needed candy for haloween so i noticed the back isle is where the candy was for a long time but now was empty. I decided to ask a walmart employee for help as she was standing near the cash registers watching the lanes about 5 15 pm i asked if she knew where the candy had been moved to and she responded with well ots 2 days till haloween were sold out.. so i asked again and said would u be able to ask someone, she asked and got and answer and said by the costumes but probably sold out. well i went and low and behold tons of candy ofcourse because im sure walmart doesn't run out even if its 2 days away. maybe its time to find a new place for all my shopping. one experince can ruin it all folks!! good luck to everyone else. im sure she didnt want to be at work on a sunday but i worked all day and can still manage to be nice to customers. hope someone of importance reads this and makes changes its a family store everyone should be nice and at least helpful i get we all have bad days but seriously.... read more

Worst customer service ever! Can't do my grocery shopping without being asked 1 million questions. Saturday at 11 AM you should have more than one lane open. Rude employees!! Terrible produce and meat selection high prices on organic items terrible quality. It's not a great value the terrible value I will never buy the Walmart brand again if I ever go into Walmart again. You say you're the lowest prices around when you don't price match you only price match to Walmart.com will tell you one thing target price match is everywhere can you price match to at least Amazon because they are much better than you and when I order groceries on Walmart.com and come and pick them up can you at least have them ready during the recommended time and give me the right order it and charge me the right priceWhen my order is 63.27 you shouldn't be charging me 127.93. This place is nothing but a headache. All I can say is before you take your car in to be serviced. TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR DASHBOARD.. COVER YOUR OWN ASS..!!! and here's why. I bought 4 tires and had them installed, prior to that I got my oil changed and tires rotated at a different place and the paperwork states that nothing was wrong with my car.. When I got my tires replaced my light was never on UNTIL after the mechanics put the new tires on. They warned me my light would be on because a sensor is missing. They even said it couldn't of been my fault and to take it up with the dealership. Dealership says walmart employees damanged it because documents a month before my tires were replaced say nothing about a sensor missing. Either way its not my fault and I'm not paying for it to be fixed. I go back and speak to the auto department manager at Walmart and explained the light wasn't on prior to them touching my car I even showed all documents of my services leading up to my tire change. Walmart is the only paperwork stating my light is on. He tells me (this is the best part) maybe it happened on the way here and I didn't notice.. the mechanic wrote in the comment section my light was on upon arrival yet it really wasn't. He wrote it to cover his ass I'm not stupid, and of coarse the manager of that department won't admit his guys are wrong.. now I'm being called a liar. If it was on prior why would he warn me it'd be on, wouldn't I be already aware?? So if anyone has a tip for me that would be helpful because I'm not going to just let them tell me I'm wrong and accept it, someone's at fault here and it's not me. So from my experience with this shitty place of business.. please people before you let them fuck you, take pictures on your dash before a light pops on and they can just write a comment "upon arrival" and it no longer be their problem!! I want to thank the young man who was working in the auto center on 10/18/2017 at 3 pm for doing such a beautiful job on my car. I went in to get a head light fixed and get an oil change. The young man was extremely polite to me and said it may take an hour or so due to another car in front of me waiting. I live near by so i got a ride home from my husband and waited to here from them when my car was ready. It was a little over 2 hours when they called and said to come get it. I paid for my service thanked the young man and went out to my car to leave. When I opened the door the car was spotless. They cleaned the entire inside of the car and washed the windows. It looked amazing. Everything had been checked on the car tire pressure ect and I never expected it. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my car and I will be back for future services.To me he went beyond the service required. read more

This is my go to Walmart since is literally 5 minutes away from my house everything was fine until today I felt humiliated, sad, frustrated all in one. I go there most of my days today I had gone food shopping & diaper shopping for my 2 kids whom I go every week to buy a box of diapers today the elder lady at the door stares at me & gives me a Black Friday shopper & requested to check my receipt I gladly gave it to her with no problems since I know it's somewhat a protocol to do once in a while. But this lady exaggerated & kept asking me about the diapers I have mentioned to her a couple of times I paid for them as I mention to her I will be talking to her manager she refuses to give me my receipt & keeps pushing my hand away to not take the receipt as she mentions me to walk with her to her manager as I assume the she thinks I was lying & probably was stealing diapers. I felt ashamed & felt there was some racism as I'm explaining this to the manager he mentions this is just something the do randomly to people whom don't have their things in bags but me being Hispanic I felt totally uncomfortable with the way I was being treated by the elder lady i wish I didn't have to go back to do shopping but is one of the nearest & don't like to take a commute to go food shopping. But I am very unpleased & going to file a complaint. read more
