Such a cute store with so many neat crafted items for the home! There is an assortment of refurbished furniture that has a nice rustic look and lots of owl decor including cute softies for kids! There are cute wooden cuts of local states with a shabby chic finish... NHs have been sold out but she takes custom orders (someone asked for cape cod and other locations). She also does interior decor consult work it seems with examples behind the main counter. I noticed an iPad with a square payment... Very simplistic and modern! And green with e-receipts! Love the feel to this store! Lots of great gifts for housewarming or just for the one who loves their home decor! We are sure to stop in again. And Jill was very pleasant!

After attempting to place an online order through the website but having it come up with errors or not go through multiple times, I thought I'd go in-person and ask about possibly placing the order through the store to pick-up the items another day. The cashier was extremely polite and was happy to help, she wasn't sure of how to fill out some information for the ordering process so she asked for the store manager to come over. After 15 minutes of waiting, the manager strolls over without a greeting and immediately starts by curtly asking if I've tried to order through the website in an irritated manner. I inform her of the issue I was experiencing and offer the item numbers and other information and ask if there are any alternative methods to place the order. Rudely she remarks "No I don't do that, I can't help you press buttons any better." and disregards the rest of my explanation. After seeing this exchange will not be of any use, I thank the manager and cashier for their help and wish them a good night. Before I can finish my sentence, the manager turns and walks away without a word. The cashier and a few other employees walking around the store were all very friendly and I am very appreciative of their help. But that was by far one of the worst customer service experiences with a store manager I've ever had.

Had purchased a 2 year warranty on a brand new Xbox controller and when I went to exchange for a…read morenew one, they gave me a pre-owned controller, the box had stated that it was "cleaned", "tested and approved but after further inspection the controller had sticky buttons and the motherboard had what looked to be soda covering it and the base of the buttons. It's a bummer they couldn't honor their warranty with a new controller after paying a total of $80 for the original controller and warranty. The controller is faulty and doesn't even work properly and is unusable. Too bad yelp only lets me post a 12 second clip.
