This Walmart is a little hood! It's something for everyone and they have a Dunkin. I hate how Walmart no longer has the price on the tag it's annoying. The staff is okay but that's to be expected. read more

Down south is known for their "southern hospitality". However, that's wasn't our experience here, unfortunately We, hubby and I, knew what we wanted , and expected to be in and out..... Unfortunately, that's not what happened. For starters, this location appeared properly staffed, considering our evening visit, yet we weren't able to find help. So annoying. Then when we found "help", we were told "I don't know". That's it, that's all........ . Needless to say, we hadn't found what we were looking for, a car phone mount. Though this is a convenient location, because of the awful, lackluster customer service, I wouldn't recommend or wouldn't return. read more

The changes are nice looking, but it still doesn't make sense if a trip is going to take forever. I went for canned goods and headphones. The canned goods were easy to get of course, but as far as the headphones, I waited too long. They were of course locked up, understood, but there should always be someone in that area to open up the cases. I waited for 5 minutes, no one came. I went to the register in the back, no one came. I rang the button for help twice, and no one came. When employees did come by, they didn't have access to open the case. I waited for a total of 15 minutes, and no one ever came. Then they only have the self check out and 1 lane open, so the lines get long for no reason. read more

Be careful in the parking lot and watch your surroundings/belongings. There are people who roam the area and it isn't the safest place. Time your visit to hopefully avoid crowds. Customer service is not good at this location. I would use caution ordering pick up. I don't expect assistance in any of the departments and I don't think I've ever been helped at this location. Everyone who works here looks miserable. They have 10 registers and usually only one or two are open. There are always long lines for regular checkout and customer service. Bathroom was disgusting. The two stars are given because if I have 15 items or less, self check out is the way to go. Oddly enough, the aisles and racks are usually pretty neat. read more

The App sucks. Not convent at all. No one picked up the phone to check in. The automatic system. Should have checked us in and the in-store staff needed to give us options as to where to pick up the online orders. They need to schedule more people to do online orders read more

I visited here at 8:05am on Tuesday morning. I don't think I've ever came here this early, lol. It wasn't very busy and I got a decent parking spot. I came to get some groceries and dog food. The prices continue to rise, unfortunately. I did find everything I needed without issue. They have Christmas stuff out included gift options. It had me wanting to get stuff i definitely didn't need lol. I utilized self checkout and used Walmart pay via Walmart app to check out. The benefit is that it saves receipts. read more

I went into Walmart today, looking for some pretty basic items. There was a great selection, of yogurt. This isn't the Walmart I usually shop at, so the selection varied from the one I'm accustomed to. I was able to purchase several of my favorite flavors that the Neighborhood Market no longer carries. Score! In the ice cream area, there were maybe 6 varieties of Yasso bars. Score again! Back, in the creamer section on one row, they must of had 3 or 4 dozen of the Great Value brand vanilla creamer. It is, the last flavor I'd get. But, it was overflowing into other brands, such as International Delight brand creamers. There wasn't a single bottle of ID in any flavor, on the shelf that had price tags designating that ID flavor A, B, C....where it's supposed to be. So, I looked at the Coffemate, and Starbucks brands for a flavor. The section only contained flavors that had vanilla in them, or some sort of sweet cream. Bomb! Fast forward to the mayonnaise. There was 1major band that had a promotional x amount off, if you got the size y, or larger. One color expired in 2022. Mayonnaise doesn't last that long. So, ewww, another bomb! On a side note, I bought a few things from different aisles that had issues, too. The shower mat I wanted showed a price of $5 or so. At checkout, it rang up for $18. No, thank you. A couple of other, minor things like face soap, a candle and such were off by $0.01 to $6 at the register. Some were in my favor, but, the most of the items over $1.00 off were in Walmart's favor. No!!! The last item that irked me, was a tube of the lipstick I normally buy. In one row, all of the lipsticks in 2 colors, had those peel off coupons to redeem at the register. My primary color, that I always purchase did not have a coupon on it. But, a potential color did. So, for $2 in savings, I decided to try the new one, because of the price. Every single lip product in 3 different colors, had the coupon on them. You might ask why, I am so focused on this coupon. My answer was that they all expired in 2017. So, I looked at another comparable national brand. Their $1.50 coupons had expired in 2020, and, 2021, depending upon the coupon. In this trip, I did not get some of the items I specifically went after. I totally was not into products that had expired. Then, only 1 manned register was open, in addition to most of the self checkout lanes, it was 8-9 carts deep, with some with merchandise in their arms. Of those in line, many were frail looking senior citizens, or, some, were in the automated scooters. They needed help more than I did at that point. The self checkout was probably 6 carts deep, but, with so many registers open, and the carts carrying fewer items than the cashier operated lane. When I kept seeing stuff come up with the wrong price, I hit the signal for help. I wanted the items removed from my bill. Help never came to delete the incorrect ones. The girl was in one corner looking surly at her phone. The guy was talking to one of his buddies that was checking out, not paying attention to his actual customers. Neither helped despite all the signals visible, for help. On the items that were incorrect, I put them back in the basket, while the "good" items were at the top. After that, I got back in line again. I started check out all over, since my former screen had not been cleared. So, I buy the things that measured up,!and left everything else in the shopping cart, behind the gabbing boy. I pushed the cart slightly into him, so that the nudge would refocus him. The cart didn't cause him to miss a beat. The gossip continued after I had paid. Everything else was left in the cart, still touching the boy. The woman was in the corner, now. She faced the corner, while continuing on her phone. My guess was she didn't want security cameras to see what she was doing. Maybe she had the same mentality as my Schnauzers. When they do something wrong, they hide under an object. You still see part of them still sticking out. But, if they can't see you, it's their belief that I can't see them. Up until this expedition, this had been my favorite Walmart. Parking was easy, the employees helpful, and, there was a better selection of goods, and it was a bit cleaner. I'd visit regularly, because the Neighborhood Market on Friendly didn't have the diversity, or room to have things like my favorite creamer. Usually Wendover or Battleground are more convenient, but, getting out of their parking lots are in and out of. Even before Christmas, or, before Thanksgiving, or days before Mother's Day, the store isn't a zoo. It'll be a long vacation from that store, so, they'll get back to business. read more

Waited for 30 minutes for a pickup order and was repeatedly ignored by employees when they were fully aware that I was there for the order (which they admitted they "lost") - girl in the car next to me was also being ignored. When I called the store, I was placed on hold. Finally I received a solution: File a complaint. That's it. Absolutely terrible and will NEVER come here again. read more

Visited Wal-Mart today in the garden section well they have no shopping carts in that area of the store. When I went in to purchase from that area and employee stated it's no one that can ring you up you have to take your purchases all the way inside at the complete opposite end of the store. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. As I went inside it was only one person one the register. I was in line for one hour. Waiting with a bunch of other seniors. It was sad. read more

Employees at this location are lazy & get upset when I ask for help. It's like I'm interrupting their phone time or their music time. There should be a company wide policy that bans the use of cell phones & ear pods while on the clock & on the floor. And people wonder why the minimum wage is not $15/hr.? Go to this location and you'll easily get your answer. read more

This place is just plain Ghetto, from the area the location is located down to the people who shop here. I mean why does my cashier have to have seven colors in her hair and smack her gum. I mean I know it's Walmart but I have HOPE for Walmart because some of my favorite things to purchase (tissue, paper towels, detergent, plastic utensils, etc.) are priced right in Walmart but I don't want a show each time I have to go here it's disturbing. I must say this location and the locations in Orlando are tied at being horrible, uncomfortable places to shop and unfortunately this location is in a college area that our middle girl attends college. The bus from her college provides free transportation to this location and most of the students have to go to this one to get their groceries and needs. Each time we visit her dorm we end up taking her shopping and this is the location of choice due to the selection and distance and each time it doesn't get better it only get sadder :-( read more

One of the worst Walmarts I have ever been too. So many of the items or packages of items are dirty or have been crushed/torn. Many beauty products are sticky from where things have spilled and the beauty section in general is gross. Giving it 2 stars instead of one because the staff are nice but it's obvious they don't care (I don't blame them). I wish this wasn't the closest Walmart to me and I often drive 20 mins away to go to a different one. read more

Visiting Walmart is dreadful EVERYTIME, but this one stands out. This Walmart is by far the WORST Walmart I've ever visited. I will definitely avoid going here at all costs. read more

Broken items, never answer the phone, bad customer service. I will not be using this store again

It's a good Walmart. Close to home. Wish it were 24-hrs. There have been more than 1 occasion that I've been heading to work in the morning and realize that I can't grab something quick from Walmart. I've seen more management on the floor as of late which is encouraging. On-shelf availability could use work but it's coming. I see reviewers complaining about the appearance of workers, which isn't fair. These are your neighbors. I see others saying it's trashy. It's really not. They have a security guard circling the lot. I've been to far worse throughout North America than this one. *cough* sorry Cleveland *cough* read more

I shop at Walmart all the time. The staff is friendly, helpful and I find what I need. Great store.

The worst customer service in the world, ask for help that's s joke. They look at you like you're speaking a foreign language. Don't call for a manger to report a problem because they won't come to the phone, I called 5 times one night and was on hold each time and final someone picked up and hung up. read more

This store is a dang joke! Mismanaged, managers who could care less about customers, unstocked shelves and staff/managers that would rather hang up on you then get you to some who "MIGHT" be able to help but no guarantees! Find somewhere else to get what you need because this store is pathetic! Filing a complaint with BBB also! Oh also the bathrooms are not clean or safe.my 16yr old went into the men's restroom and found a uncapped needle/syringe, tourniquet and bottle with drug residue that can be seen with the naked eye can from someone shooting up in the restroom stall.after informing security(showing a pic of the stall and drug paraphernalia) and management it still took 15-20 min for them to shut the restroom down and clean up said items.this is sick!please for the safety of young children,do not send them in alone!heaven forbid a young child puck up the needle and get poked from it! read more

Walmart Supercenter 2107 Pyramid Village Blvd, Greensboro The address above is MY neighborhood store. I have stayed as far away from this store as possible for quite sometime, scary to say the least and have chosen to make my quickly needed items from the Dollar Store down the street or not at all. Recently I made the opportunity to go into MY neighborhood store dreading it with every step, I noticed an amazing difference, where have you guys been??? My first positive encounter was with a gentlemen, I do not know his name.... tall, dreds, in the Storage/Rubbermaid Department but have seen him in crafts as well. Amazingly polite, helpful and welcoming, didn't point me to where I should find an item, he stopped what he was doing and escorted me to where I needed to be, then asking is there anything else I can help you with! Then I noticed more changes of attitude as I continued through the store. Some very new faces and some of the folks that were hating life were still there but definitely a change in their spirit as well. I arrived yesterday on what has almost become my daily trip to MY Walmart, I was looking for magnets, of course I went to Hardware and spent a good amount of time searching for them, no luck so I went on an Associate hunt, found a gentlemen who was speaking with 3 other Associates asked for the magnet location and he pointed me to Crafts, I followed his instruction and searched Crafts for the magnets, no luck. I went on another Associate hunt and there I found Thomas, broom in hand! I explained to Thomas what I was looking for and also let Thomas know I was about to cuss... Thomas and I together looked and he radio'd to different team members, one told him they were on the gadget isle, when he asked her which isle was the gadget isle, she didn't know. We saw Ryan a Co-Manager and he was at a loss as well, Ryan said Hardware or Crafts, delegated Thomas to continue to help me look, LOL! At that point in my mind nothing had really changed, it was the same. Thomas and I went back to hardware and again spoke to the same team member that had pointed me to crafts in the beginning, Thomas walked with me back to Crafts and at that point I was done. As I was walking away and towards the Check Out to purchase what little I had in my cart, I heard... Ma'am, I found them, walking towards me with 3 different packs of magnets for me to choose from. That was Thomas! It wasn't the Hardware Associate, It wasn't Ryan, It was Thomas! I then continued my shopping spending a little over $700 because I do believe great changes are coming to MY neighborhood Walmart and it is long over due and very welcoming! I do not know the gentlemans name (tall with dreds, hint Rubbermaid Storage), please let both he and Thomas know how I appreciate their kindness and their drive to bring us back to OUR neighborhood Walmart Thanks!! read more

This was literally the worst visit. The last three times I've visited this store the service was slow and the shelves weren't stocked. Absolutely no one was helpful... I don't understand why employees don't have way to contact a supervision from the floor. For a customer to walk ALL the way to customer service when they need assistance with something being open is ridiculously and unheard of. I went to customer service 3-4 times as they called for assistant in the hair/beauty department. I waited well over 20 minutes asking multiple employees for assistance. The supervisor in customer was so nonchalant. She was moving carelessly as I came to the desk multiple times not having a solution and eating chips. At one point I even tried calling the store from my location to avoid walking back to the desk. The fact no one could locate anyone with a key was EXTREMELY frustrating. Let me also point out I had three toddlers with me. Ages 1,2,3 who were getting tired of waiting also. My hands were full and we were picking up our last item which we actually never got because no one ever came to help. I told the supervision again and she never even came back around. I had a gift card in the amount of $2.95 from a wrong purchase and the gift card gave the cashier a hard time. This isn't the first time that's happened which prolonged my visit. I'm not been so frustrated like this I will do my best to avoid this location in the future. The customer service was extremely poor. One supervision on my way out tried to empathize with me but for what if no solution was made. I spend countless times visiting, picking up and tons of money in Walmart to be treated with so much disrespect. I'm so very disappointed in you Walmart- do better! read more

If I could give lower than one star I would. I ordered some tires on line to be delivered to this wal-mart. I called several times to try to make an appointment to get the tires installed. I could never get through, so I made an appointment on line to have them installed. When I showed up to get them installed (I had a confirmation number for the appointment) I was told the auto service center was closed and it would be 15 days before they could be installed. I asked if there was another wal-mart that I could take the tires to to get them installed and was told I would just have to wait the 15 days. This place has terrible customer service. This Walmart is doing better at keeping its bathrooms clean. I must admit. I complained and the floor supervisors listened. they have been doing this for at least 2 months as of 9/22/2019. however, one light skinned heavily maked-up floor female supervisor on 9/23/2019 @ 7:52 am did not have a bathroom stall cleaned 3 hours after I told her and I had showed her the picture of the nasty toilet!! 3 hours later that is a shame and so ghetto. in fact, when I told the young African American woman that was working the customer service desk that I wanted to speak to a floor supervisor, this was at 7:23 am, when the floor supervisor got there, she told her that I wanted to speak to a manager. I mean she just flat out lied, so ghetto and immature. That's what it seems to me and this is my opinion and experience. I wish I could post a picture of the nasty bathroom stall but I don't see how to do that here. read more

I bought tires via website (Walmart) in mid-August. They came in August 21, 2019 to the store. I went to store to put them on the following day, but the associate stated that the air compressor was down and someone from corporate will be coming to fix it. Due to my scheduling issues I could not get to Walmart until August 29, 2019, and I went there and the same associate was working the cashier area and stated that the air compressor went back down, and she said call back around 1pm that day for the status, which I called at 12:30pm. I told the associate that I need to get tires on ASAP. When I called back at 12:30pm, the air compressor was still down. Between the time I went to Walmart on the 29th, I wrote the first email via website about my experience (described above). I get a voicemail from Chris (possible manager) at 3:28pm on the 29th, but I listened to it a few hours later in reference to the issues I had the past 7-10 days trying to get tires on my 2012 Ford Focus. When I looked back at my emails, I saw that I was getting a refund back on the four tires ( 1 email per tire) because I did not pick up the tires. In my checking account, the refunds process went through. I called back to Walmart (local store) on August 30, 2019 during mid-morning to the main phone line and did not get an answer (phone kept ringing for at less 30 seconds before I hung up). I am very upset about this whole situation. I wasted time, money (wage income loss) and had other stresses due to this issue. After this issue, I plan to do business elsewhere. read more
