They even had my favorite yogurt in the cacao flavor, which I typically can't find, at least in Muskegon. She informed me this is not the Meijer way, and she appreciated the review so they can solve the issues. Because of Miranda's kind heart, and willingness to call, look at the camera, investigate, and resolve, I will continue to be a loyal customer at Meijer, and hope the rest of you do as well. This was the worst experience I have seen or encountered at Meijer and there is no way I can just say nothing at all and never go back to this store. I will switch my medocations to another pharmacy and no longer shop at this store if customers are now going to be treated like I saw today. I had Jen L. Wait on my husband and myself for tickets. Prior to waiting on us, she was talking crap about the person ahead of me in line, loud enough where we all could hear her. In the mean time I recieved awful customer service, alot of standing around waiting, alot of bad attitiude from Jen L. check your cameras at the Goshen Indiana Meijers. In the mean time the other woman took at the custlmer service desk was helping an elderly man who came in to pay a bill, he gave her the slip, gave her $400 and told her the amount he wanted to pay, she refused to listen to him. I heard him myself telling her while I was waiting on Jen L., and then the other customer service person put the mans entire $400 on his bill instead of paying the amount he asked, then she informed him, its too bad, she couldnt give him any of his money back. He was upset but handled it much better than I would have, then instead of finishing up with me, Jen L. Starts bad talkimg the elderly man as if he was the one in the wrong. What if that was all the money that elderly man had for the month and now doesn't have groceries for the month? Your evil ungodly Meijer employees didn't care. Appaently good customer service is a thing in the past at Meijer.

I keep getting sign in to see the product when I'm already signed in and I'm using the app. This has happened for five times already they have the worst app of all the stores I go to for my groceries. Short red head lady with glasses, which never seen before working here as I go here frequently because I live 2 minutes away. Then she points two fingers at us all huffy and puffy saying quite loud I need your two IDs. I am not 21 I'm 20. I don't drink anyways either it's not for me. The way she humiliated us was so unfair she could've came up next to us and say let me see your IDs nicely but she didn't. Then she ran away with the alcohol like she stopped a murder from happening. I love the lady that stocks the meat department, if I'm not mistaken I believe her name is Sharon; she's very nice and will take time from stocking to show me where things are and will help me with a smile on her face the whole time. My husband says she's like a ray of sunshine that has yet to be noticed by all; and he's happy to have her as our personal sunshine. Their diary stays stocked and fresh, which I'm happy about now. And produce is coming along well too. I've notice a few new friendly and smiling faces there as well. I find myself shopping there more frequently than i used to.

Behind the counter, one of the employees was making trays of fresh potato chips. I ordered a half a chicken pesto panini, a bag of Buffalo (Wing flavored) Chips and a Diet coke. The total was $4.95. The Sandwich was just awesome. The bread was light and crispy, they put a fair amount of cheese in the sandwich, so it get's nice and melty and gooey. This sandwich was a friggin party. The chips could have used a little more buffalo flavor, but even so they are fresh, crunchy kettle chips and only a $1.19 for a bag larger than most package chips. Very nice surprise, especially for a grocery store deli.
