I went to Walmart this morning to pick up my groceries with my little one and one of their semi trucks turn in front of me when he absolutely could've waited because there was NOBODY behind me and ended up UNDER his truck. I backed out and he took off. When I called the store and told associates when I arrived to my pick up nobody cared because there was no damage. The manager said he'll talk to the drivers to see who did it like they'll admit to it? Walmart has plenty of cameras and I told them what time it occurred and they didint give a FLYING FUCK that me and my baby could have died! I don't usually write these, but I tried to call customer service FOUR TIMES and they didn't answer..... so here it is, If you're of color or the lgbtq community there's a HUGE chance the security guard at the door is going to make it his number one mission to make you feel uncomfortable. Every time I come here I watch this man stare at me(African American) and my girlfriend(Hispanic) like we're the first human beings he made eye contact with in decades. When we walk in he watches us grab our carts, then he watches us go to the produce aisle, then he watches us go pass the produce aisle, he just watches us! Anyways when we go to self check out i see his eyes glaring over at us (there's multiple ppl there but he's only looking at us! And the whole time while he was staring at us blondie right next to us WAS STEALING ! ( he even put his urkel 3000 glasses on) my gf goes to put the cart away and I watch him ignore the actual thief (must be nice to be white) and then ignore everyone else in self checkout literally everyone ! Bought new tires online and had them shipped to this store. Paid 88 bucks for the install. The cooper tires were on sale for 144 dollars each 275 70 18. Best price by far and I shopped around. These same coopers were about 1000 installed elsewhere. Cooper makes the AT tire for several dealers in exclusive format all the same tire (I contacted cooper) very happy with price and my new tires. Well the first sign of trouble on Sunday was that all of the grocery pick-up spots were full and people were even waiting in non-numbered spots for their groceries. This service usually works out well: you order your groceries from your phone, computer, laptop, pick a time and date you wish to pick up your groceries. Walmart lets you know when the order is ready and GPS tracks your arrival and staff comes out to place the groceries in your trunk. On this night, not only was it packed, the blue delivery bins which are used to deliver groceries were stacked outside, everywhere. I received a text stating that they were still getting my groceries, which has never happened before. I called Walmart and I was told it would be another hour before my groceries were ready, I decide to drive home and wait, since there was nowhere to park anyway. I get a message 30 minutes later that my groceries are ready! The only problem, when I arrive and yet again, wait for a spot...they don't have anyone to bring the groceries out. My 5:00 pm pickup wasn't brought out until 7:30 pm. I work on Monday, like most people, this was time consuming and ruined my evening. Walmart has the resources to have more that two people working that department. I will now use Frys. read more

I dropped off my GMC Sierra to get an oil change at 8:15 this morning and 2 hours later I'm still waiting with other customers , manager came out and talked to us and said a technician made a mistake and performed extra services on the wrong vehicle which delayed the rest of us waiting .... although you can't beat the price for a full synthetic at 44.88 I can't get the time back I spent here waiting , they did recognize and wanted to make up for the long waits and will be comping my oil change this time read more

This store has two employees that are racist. Every time we use self checkout one hovers behind making sure we scan everything twice. The other spends five minutes checking our receipt at the door. Today we had this issue once again. A guy who also used self checkout didn't get scrutinized or his receipt checked and he walked out with items not in bags yet we had items all bagged and we had our receipt checked. This happens every time we go here. When you need help you can never find someone to help you but when you don't need it they are hovering and watching very closely. read more

During covid19 you would think Walmart who is one of the big box retailers open during this deadly pandemic would have proper protection for all employees mandatory. However, I see only face mask and handkerchiefs. Don't they know if a fart can pass through your butt cheeks, underwear, jeans that those mask won't stop a virus! Also, full face shields that protect the eye are needed. The eye is the most absorbent part of the body. None of the employees had proper eye protection. They should take this seriously and do it correctly. I know they are cramming at least 400 people in the store but please make the entrance line to the store longer. That makes complete sense! Much cleaner and better than the Walmart over in Avondale, I've got to give this place a good review, despite my reluctance to frequent corporate giants. My wife needed a cable modem, since the cable companies like to rent one to you for an outrageous price. I am in Sierra Vista, so I decided to buy one online. It just so happens that she was already there, so I had her ask the employees if they had the modem available. The process for pick-up same day can take up to eight hours. We got everything done in just under a half hour, and most of that was me dealing with all the screens. Every single employee who passed by made sure she was taken care of. They made sure to check their system for the order so they could get it to her as quickly as possible. Kudos to this store for going above and beyond. read more

This Target is ok. The prices are good and the associates are very friendly and helpful. I always get great deals on cleaning/ paper products here. They also have a good grocery selection. However their bathrooms a super gross!..just hold it! The part that really bothers me, is that the store doesn't seem cheerful when you walk in. All the fun seasonal and holiday decorations are all the way in the back left part of the store.. More of those goods should be up front to get me excited to spend more money..duh Target.. You don't have to deal with other shoppers or wait in line while all your frozen items thaw out... They bring your groceries out to your car, organized and ready to go! If they are out of something you ordered, they will substitute it with another item for the same price or give you a refund. We love this service! And it's free (for now). read more

Sloooooooow. One girl at counter, one guy making food. He assembled burgers at a snail's pace despite people waiting. Then my burger sat under the warmer while they moseyed around getting other people their stuff. Finally I had to ask if I could just have the burger since it was sitting right there. The cashier said she needed change and handed the blonde guy cash which he took while still wearing a glove. He then made food with the same glove. I needed a single tire. I brought the tire in off of my vehicle to get it replaced. Cashier said it would be two to four hours and they would call me when they were done. I called three hours later. The tire was done. They just never called me. Poor customer service. read more

I just left Walmart on Estrella about 30 minutes ago. I have been shopping at this location since 2007. Lately I have came during the over nights to shop past few months. I payed for my grocery at the self check out near the exit. A young security guard was working the door and two yellow fest employees was working back and fourth that end. I finish my purchase and had to use the restroom, so I left my wife there. My wife decided to purchase a water as I walked away. My wife game down with the kart to catch me at 1st convience ATM. Same people on duty see us, now we are walking back to the exit. The security guard ask to see my receipt, I was caught off guard. No one has ask to check my receipt before, thats why I bag everything I can. My wife ask why , she said all the other guest that was leaving was not checked. Guard did not answer. The first receipt I pulled was from the bag that had the water. The guard then ask for the receipt that has the rest of our purchases, I then pulled that out, still surprised. Showed to him then walked out. I came back in after loading up and ask the guard why did he ask for my receipt. The young man told me because I had alot in my cart. As I was talking to him in anger a women came by and stopped by us and her cart was almost the same of mine but he did not ask for her receipt. I yelled at him are you not going to check her receipt and he said I had more bags. To top it off some of her items was not bagged. The security guard stepped away because he new how angry I was. Two employees was looking on then they walked out. The two yellow vest on duty was not far off and never looking in our direction . I wallked out because I may have lost my cool more. It used to be, that I never shopped at Fry's on Yuma Rd., because they were significantly higher in price than Walmart. In the last 6 months or so, after Walmart said they were going to trim back on what they sold in their stores (no doubt to pay that HEFTY raise to their employees), their produce has been small, mostly old and pretty much MORE expensive than Fry's. So, with the exception of durable goods and other non-edible items, I started doing my shopping at Fry's. Then Walmart sent me a 10% off coupon through email to try their new online shopping service, their (usual) belated response to competition (like their raising workers' salaries). I went online, did my shopping, applied my discount code TRYITNOW, put through the order and got confirmation of the order, with an order number, saying the items would be ready to pick up between 10am and 2pm and that they would give me a call right before the order was due to be picked up as a confirmation (they ask YOU to call 10 minutes ahead of your actual pick-up time, so you don't have to wait for your order, which they'll deliver to your car). The next morning, I called the number on the email, only to find out, that wasn't the local store where I had to confirm I was coming by, but a central "customer service" number. And so, the agent on the line went to transfer me to my local store (1100 N. Estrella) and after 2 minutes of recording, the line goes dead. So, I look up their number directly, call Walmart, the agent answers and goes to transfer my call. And then, I held for 30 rings (at least, that's how many there were once I started counting) before I hung up, as no one was answering. So, I call back and the agent answering the phone wants to transfer me again, to which I say, no one's answering. So, she says, she'll transfer me, but also put an announcement over the loudspeaker. And so, after only 25 rings (this time, I counted from Ring One), someone named Mike answers and I tell him I'm calling to confirm a pick-up. He asks for the order number and, guess what: the order number is too short. I confirm he has the number I read off (he did) and then he asks my name, which, after re-spelling it three times, then tells me, nope, not in the system. Then he questions whether I have the right store and I tell him the address on the confirmation email and start to read it to him at which point, the line goes dead with several clicks (i.e., the line didn't go dead; Mike hung up on me). So, I call the store back and this time ask the agent to transfer me to a manager. After holding for three minutes, she comes back on the line and says to me, "the manager said, tell him to leave a message" (this, by the way, while my other half's on the way to pick up our order). I explain the situation and she says, "let me see, if I can find a co-manager." Knowing full well that's code for "hang on for as long as you are stupid", I hang up and dial the customer service number for the department handling orders. Yep, he says, the order's there and the store was notified last night ... but let me transfer you to that department." "Whoa," I say, "to WHICH department?" And wouldn't you know? He wants to send me back to Mike to argue with him that he doesn't know what he's talking about. Nope, I said, refund the order ... then give me your name and department (because, if you believe it, they don't have agent sines and don't give out last names ... and, if I were him, I wouldn't give out my name either). Now, to be fair, when I was placing the order last night, I said to the other half that I didn't have a whole lot of faith in Walmart's minimum-wage employees and if they DID somehow have the order waiting when we arrived, the ice cream more likely than not would be melted and they'd probably advise us to just put it in the freezer and re-freeze it. So, in conclusion, none of this surprised me; I anticipated major issues; and I'm glad, I had to go to Fry's and pay more for fresher and bigger vegetables; efficient service and a shopping experience that was anything but nightmarish (which pretty much describes this Walmart since wages for employees were ... yeah, right ... "raised"). Walmart, may I recommend your next coupon promotion read: "GO SC**W YOURSELF". It fits how you treat your employees and your customers much more appropriately than "TRYITNOW". Walmart and GE money bank have taken advantage of me. I bought a TV 3 months ago and opened store credit and got a promotion to pay the amount in 12 months without interest and then after excatly three months have finished of the payment they told me that I'm not eligible to the promotion and when I asked to return the TV back they told that I can't do that coz it passed 90 days and the only soultion that I have got are to pay the balance full amount or ccept the interest.
