Zero stars if I could. Walmart is now not letting people take more than 15 items through self checkout, forcing people like myself that cannot be on their feet for long periods into slow checkout lines. I do not like dealing with cashiers. Some of them are less than helpful. Being so limited on self checkout does not work for me. I hope Walmart goes bankrupt. read more

Check your purchases! All of the chicken I bought was significantly underweight! One package was 2.5 lbs, it weighed only 1 lb when I weighed it (missing 1.5 lbs). The two other packages were missing 1/2 lb each. The cheese I bought expired a week before I purchased it, and the produce was rotting. Everything not processed was disgusting... This store is stealing from its customers. Awful! read more

We had to purchase a bunch of items and the employees in the store were very helpful to my son and myself. The first time we shopped there we used the self check out and the employees at the check out were very friendly and helpful. The second visit I had to buy a bunch of stuff for the house and again the employees inside the store were very helpful. However, I choose to go to the open lane with the cashier an older woman that was not helpful or pleasant and that experience for anyone to deal with is just unacceptable. Why work in retail if you can't stand the customers and try to make a point of insulting them and being surly? I am hoping that Walmart has additional complaints regarding that cashier and makes a change. There was another person that was also shopping said that she was always surly and unhelpful. Move her to a position where she doesn't deal with the public. read more

Just visited this Walmart, I am amazed at the hospitality provided. I was immediately greeted and assisted with the towels that were not showing up. I live in Massachusetts and would drive up here everyday if I could get this care. Thank you again for the amazing experience! read more

ZERO stars if I could for customer service. Cashiers apparently can't be bothered with helping a disabled customer bag his groceries and other items. The carts are all outside. No sign of the carts for the disabled. It all boils down to incompetent management. Looks like the GM needs to be replaced again. read more

I am 82 years old, have a handicap placard for my car and walk with a cane. This Walmart has in every row a good third of the parking spaces set aside for handicapped. Because so many of the spots are handicapped, able bodied shoppers get frustrated and take these spots. The store does NOTHING to enforce compliance. This means that I can almost never shop there. I have suggested to local management and corporate that they set aside a few spots handicapped near each store entrance, enforce the rules. With fewer handicap spots, able-bodied shoppers will be less tempted to take the handicap spots, and people like me will be able to shop there. It's really a great store, and I live nearby, but have only been able to shop there about six times since it opened. Sad!! read more

Right now I could give zero stars if I would. I have mobility issues, so I try to do as little walking as possible. I enter at the Outdoor Living area as what I came for is sold in that area. Upon attempting to check out, I am informed that the registers in that area are closed and no one is working at them, even though there are two associates working in that area. Well, one anyway. One of them is just sitting at a table. May have a purpose but not really doing anything. Seems to me to be a bad management issue and it may be time for a change. read more

This Wal-Mart is one of the worst Wal-Mart's I have ever shopped in! This summer was a nightmare! The compressor in produce, meat and frozen foods seemed like it was down most of the summer. I realize we are living in some unpresidented times! I truly feel this problem could of been rectified long before it was! I have been spoken to very rudely by cashiers in that store! I was putting my item on the belt, while the customer in front of me put his belongings in his wallet (yes he was all cashed out). The cashier very rudely states, you need to wait until he is all done! I got my tongue! Nest time I HAD to go there, I waited, and was waiting for the customer in front of me to walk away, and this cashier says, you can put your stuff up here now! Well which is it?? Consistency needs to be followed! I usually go to the register where you can purchase cigarettes, as the cashier that works there is ALWAYS PLEASANT AND NICE! But, lately there always seems to be a line of 7 or 8 customers waiting. Same thing at the 2nd register that is open! All while supposed management walks around aimlessly! What about customer satisfaction?? I have to use self checkout. All the while being made to feel like you are being watched, to make sure you don't steal anything! Then on the way out the door, have a gruffy looking man say, I need to see your receipet??? Which , I had in my hand! No please, or thank you!! This store needs a complete overhaul! Starting with management! Staff needs to learn common respect and courtesy!!! WORST WALMART EVER!! read more

Every time I go to this store there is never any working electric carts for those who are in need of one. They only have two out for use. One cart does not charge at all so it is worthless and the other only holds a charge for about 5 to 10 minutes. Instead of putting more electric carts out for use they say oh well guess you'll just have to walk your way around the store. I know for a fact they are losing a lot of customers and business due to this. They need to take better care and have better and more accommodations for customers that need electric carts!!!! I have decided to take my business else where even if it costs me more then buying at Walmart... read more
