While visiting Walmart, discovered I needed assistance to find a particular product. As I was walking down an aisle, I encountered an employee wearing the usual Walmart vest and asked her if she could help me. Her response was "I'm not on the clock" and walked away. If this is how management trains their employees to respond to a customer's request, no wonder the store gets such bad ratings. Whether or not the employee is "on the clock," they should respond to such a request by offering guidance or finding someone who is "on the clock" to provide assistance. In my employment history, had I responded in such a fashion, whether or not I was actually working, I would probably have been fired or at least reprimanded. While I was totally disgusted with the employee, as time passes I find it is Walmart management that holds responsibility for this type of behavior in their employees. read more

Poor poor customer service they have like 20 registers and there's never any open. You always have to go through the self check out. I pay a good price. I expect to be waited on by a human. Very poor service always long lines store looks like crap. read more

If you are going to have Walmart + and Walmart Pay, at least have good wifi so you can use them.

No one answers the phone in any department, and when they do, they hang up (Either by accident or not). Super frustrating.

Take the time and go to the woodsville store. This is not a super Walmart. Parking lot is always mobbed. The store feels stuffy with the aisles being packed with customers. I returned an item here and the lady at customer service was super nice. There is a Dunkin' Donuts located inside. They have about 20 self check outs which makes the line go quick. read more

Littleton NH Walmart - I watch this gentleman go up to customer service to ask a question, he was calm and quiet when asking his question. The two people behind the counter told him to calm down in which he was calm and then they proceeded to step back after he stated in confusion that he was calm and they told him he was aggressive. all I could see was this woke agenda. if anything the Walmart employees was being aggressive towards the man asking a question. These retail giants are out of control. they have pallets of product blocking aisles during the day, you can't ever find anyone to help you and the customer service bar has been lowered so bad that the customer has more customer service then the employee. They treat their customers horribly and view them as criminals as soon as you walk through the door. Then you get stared at as you are checking out your items like you are going to steal something in a system they created them selfs because they don't want to pay people to run a register. I don't really care for target either but at least they have people to check you out and they treat their customers much better. They don't have pallets blocking the aisles. I will be deleting my online account for Walmart and I will never shop at any Walmart ever again. They are not even what they use to be when they first opened up in these parts anyway. read more

We purchased a TV on a Black Friday deal. We ordered online days ago and finally got the message that it was ready for pickup. We traveled 45 minutes and used curb side pick up because of COVID. They loaded our car and we left. When we got it home and removed the box from our van, we could see they they had loaded it with the damaged part of the box down. When we opened the box we found that the TV was broken. We traveled 45 minutes to take it back for exchange. Even though they admitted that the damaged happened in the store; we were very disappointed that they had no more of that TV and they refused to give us a substitute. Be wary when you purchase from this store. If you use the curbside pickup, you may want to look the box over and even open your package before leaving the parking lot. read more

Walmart in Littleton, NH is nasty we went in and first thing we hit the bathroom and discussing is NOT the word for it poop all over the toilets, paper and stuff all over the floors, the smell was nasty. So we decided to hold it and and shop, employees standing everywhere talking and stock blocking isles, this store is a danger and fire hazard, no one seemed to care. This store is crowded and associates are hard to find with questions. I have tried to call store today 3 times with an inventory and pick-up question. All times the phone rang for five minutes with no answer, then hung up on me. Customer service is bad read more

I have shopped at this Walmart for many years..the last two visits I noticed only one line that has a cashier and her line had 7 people standing in line...I don't like self check out for many reasons..I did get in line for it, the couple ahead of me were waiting for help because the machine wasn't working for some reason..we struck up a conversation about the Walmarts wanting us to use self check out..either use it or stand in a long line..we talked about ordering online is so much easier, delivered right to your home etc.."Carla" interferes with our conversation and says good luck getting gas on line, you still have to get out of your car and pump your own gas! I stood there in shock..what a smart a##.. so, I left my basket of $150.00 worth of merchandise...I said to this Carla gal, " have fun putting my stuff away" she said "I won't be doing it, because I'm going on break!". So that's it! 17 years of shopping there and I will never return...have fun with the self check outs Walmart, and putting more people out of a job!! I will go else where... read more

Grubby, disorganized Walmart. Terrible floor plan, really could use a remodel. They do have a sewing section so I'm grateful for that but otherwise, go to Plymouth or venture down to Tilton if you can. read more

This is the worst Walmart in America. I go to this Walmart quite frequently and I have never had a good experience. The workers are lazy and rude. This Walmart is not organized in any way. The last time I went I asked 5 different employees if they could help me and they all said no. I finally got help when I found the manager. Again this is the worst Walmart in America. Walmart's not helping their customers by underpaying their employees. If I was paid what they are, I would probably care less about being helpful to anyone. This Walmart is especially poor in employee training. Very few cashiers (and some management) don't know even the basics of their own coupon policy. I know this Walmart is in the middle of nowhere and well hell I guess I am lucky have this chain here. But as a Walmart center the place was a disaster. Things where every where and I think the construction was poorly managed. But that is just my opinion. read more

I went through the registers with my purchase and the cashier rang up 1 item twice so I went to get my refund at customer service. When I got there the worker was cashing a check for $4,933. She counted it like 4 times, then another worker came and counted it. I waited for 30 minutes for $1.38 refund. It took 20 minutes for someone to help. Rediculous! The line got longer..like 10 people waiting. Something needs to be done about this poor service!! read more

Came here for some stuff I forgot back at home on my weekend getaway to NH, typical Walmart, my cashier had no personality, didn't make eye contact with me didn't say hello or have a nice day..the store was better maintained than the one we have back at home but the grocery section is smaller. Their employees tend to be very rude and not helpful. There is never enough cashiers actually working and the ones that are there are soooo SLOW. I could cash myself out faster. The bathrooms usually smell and are pretty dirty. The products on the self are at times in the wrong spots and in a disarray. I was very unimpressed with the way they have shrunk the baby dept and they don't carry hardly any clothes for babies under 12 months. I also think they need to bring layaway back all the time and not just at christmas. read more

It's Wal-Mart. The employees aren't helpful and run from you when you walk towards them. They block the aisles with fork lifts. They have attitude with you. Cashiers? One of them yelled at my nephew and made him cry. Most of them probably can't even smile and be pleasant for fear of cracking their face. Really? If you don't want to get payed, don't come in. But then again, it is Wal-Mart. The last cashier grunted at us and shoved the receipt into my husbands hand. If there were a Target in the area, I'd shop there. read more
