So i don't really like to put my mom issues or problems on facebook because of course she does not like it. But today something happened at the CULPEPER WALMART and i DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL. To start off my mom is an elderly lady who does not speak English and cannot hear, so with that being said you would think that Walmart is all about their customers. My mom went to the pharmacy to drop off a prescription this afternoon and she called me so i could talk to the girl that was helping her to let me know when the medicine was going to be ready to pick up, up to that everything was fine. Later 20 minutes after that i get another call from my mom, she was at the pharmacy ready to check out and this other RUDE ASS B..... was supposed to help her. My mom told her she did not hear the total and of course she does not know that i am on the other line on speaker and i hear this B... Who by the way her name is VERONICA AND SHE IS HISPANIC (BEING RUDE WITH HER OWN PEOPLE AND THAT IS WHY WE DON'T PROGRESS BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE HER) yelling at my mom telling her: LADY I AM TALKING TO YOU IN SPANISH YOU ARE A VERY LOOKING CONFUSED PERSON DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TELLING YOU OR WHAT of course when i heard that i immediately tell my mom to put her on the phone. This girl takes the phone and the first thing that i tell her is YOU NEED TO START BY RESPECTING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND NOT BEING RUDE TO THEM AND SHE TOLD ME WELL I AM TALKING TO HER AND SHE IS ACTING LIKE SHE IS CONFUSED WITH A RUDE ASS TONE OF VOICE, I TOLD HER FIRST OF ALL MY MOM HAS A HEARING DISABILITY, 2ND SHE DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH(SHE HAS ATTEMPTED TO TALK TO HER IN ENGLISH AMD THAN SPANISH) AND THERE IS NO DAMM REASON FOR YOU TO TALK TO HER THAT WAY, SHE TOLD ME IN A VERY SARCASTIC AND SMILING WAY TO PUT MY COMPLAINT AND when i told her that i was going to go the store to do it she told me in a very CHALLENGING WAY WELL COME TO THE THE STORE I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU AT THIS PONIT LAUGHING( SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS COMING) and she gave my mom her phone back my mom told me that she was upset and i hear this B.... again telling her OH SO NOW YOU CAN HEAR LADY YES I WAS PISSED AT THIS POINT and drove to the store. When i get there my mom was still at the pharmacy waiting for me this girl VERONICA was at the register laughing her ass off thinking that she look cute, of course i asked to talk to the pharmacy manager which by the way IN HIS OWN WORDS TOLD ME THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT HE GETS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME GIRL. At that point my mom tells me that after she hung up the phone VERONICA doean't even finish her transaction she left her there standing waiting to pay and another girl helped her, i also spoke with another co-manager from Walmart and i told them that this girl messed and DISRESPECTED the wrong customer at the point VERONICA STUPID SMILE DISSAPEARED and went to the back because she knows what she did. I will be putting the correct complaint to this Walmart because no customers should be treated this way specially if you see or notice that they obviously have an impairment and have the audacity to challenge me and after i had told her that my mom could not hear tell her OH NOW YOU CAN HEAR LADY.
