Where to start? If you are going to remodel your store, at least have the correct signage for the product in the aisles. I was in this Concord NH store of a 1/2 hour and could not find any items I was looking for. Empty shelves, items on pallets, no help available, and most customers walking around like zombies cursing good old Wally World. I Know you really do not care about customer service and your world is all about the bottom line, (and I get that), but it would have been smarter to shut down and remodel for 2-3 weeks instead of a, what 1-2-month. cluster ****. Just disgraceful. I will not be back. Oh, one other thing. A couple of billion dollar a year company and you have the worst shopping carts of any store. Stop being so cheap in these areas. read more

So I walk up to the customer service desk as I have a return to bring in and I start the return and I have four items that I want to buy so I start to put them up on the counter and I say can I just pay for these here real quick and she looks at me with a really horrible attitude and says we are not supposed to do that here so I literally had to do my return there at the customer service desk where it says Our goal is to satisfy the customer and we're happy to help and I had to go stand in another line to get the rest of the service I needed not to mention all registers that are open are being run by elderly while the young workers are just standing around The absolute worst Walmart I have ever ever ever dealt with read more

Never been a Wally World fan. While I will admit to having some good experiences the negative ones far outweigh the good. I do like the large assortment and their prices - and have no issues with their store brand - but have often - with a few exceptions - found their customer service to be either rude, condescending, or non existent. Trying to find an employee who is even close to competent to help is nearly impossible. My SO is much more patient and tolerant than I am so I usually let her go in while I wait in my car... if I can't convince her to go to Market Basket! read more

Yesterday was my last time going to this Walmart. As I walked in, the greeter at the door was picking his nose, then wiped it on the front of his shirt. I thought I was going to vomit!! I called the store to speak to the manager, but the operator told me she didn't have his number, so she transferred me to the service desk, and of course no one answered. And don't forget all the trash around the parking lot, and the people "camping"! From now on I will drive a little extra and go to the store in Hooksett! read more

I shop at Wal-Mart once maybe twice a month. There have been times that I needed assistance and had a hard time finding an associate but most of the time have not had a problem. I do not purchase meats there but staples are fine and purchased frequently. I like Concord Wal-Mart. read more

They refused to return a leaky air mattress despite their return policy that states they will "We will happily return or refund merchandise purchased from Walmart within 90 days of purchase, with or without receipt." I shop at this Wal-Mart Super Center in Concord quite often since it's close to work. This store is organized pretty well and I can usually find what I'm looking for here. There are also plenty of "people of Wal-Mart" shopping here (yikes!) I was given some bad attitude from "one of them" in the parking lot (jumped right in front of my car and started yelling). On the same shopping trip or several small trips to this Wallyworld, I can get my prescriptions filled here, stock up on OTC meds, do some grocery shopping, check out the entertainment section, look through the magazines & books, find wiper blades & fuel injector cleaner, grab a greeting card, and pick up some toys for my in-laws kids. However, this store does not have a tire & lube express like most other Wal-Mart Super Centers in NH. This store also features a Subway in the front of the store, which I would stop at occasionally if I'm not in a hurry. The other Subway in the Irving Circle K on Loudon Rd has better service. During NHMS race weekends, there are plenty of RVs parked here overnight. read more

I usually don't write reviews but the other day, I was at the self checkout. The cashier was so rude. She took forever to scan my items, couldn't find the produce codes, clearly had no idea how to use the cash register. On top of it all, she bagged my groceries as if she were blind. Also, she had a wicked potty mouth. Clearly, she didn't receive proper job training. Walmart really needs to get it together. read more

So I, against my better judgment, decided to order a birthday cake from the bakery and my judgement won out big time. When placing the order the department manager had taken my order and was rude, I just let it go figuring that she's running a department, when I actually saw the cake the claimed was mine it was AWFUL!!!!! It looked nothing like what the claimed it would, my child's name which I spelled 3 times for the manager was misspelled, and the pipping of the letters looked like 2 different people did it and at least one of them had never decorated a cake before. I've been an infrequent shopper here for over a decade. I can't tell you how many times I went to buy something, and they were either out of stock, or they just didn't have any on the shelf. There's just empty spaces everywhere. How can a business afford to leave so much empty space on their shelves? Particularly in the grocery section. I get the feeling that there aren't enough people working most of the time. Skimpy much? There have been times where I just can't seem to get assistance. There's nobody around. this is a red flag. Mot businesses I go to have sufficient help. Come to Walmart and wait all day at the checkout lines on even the slowest days. Oh well. I occasionally have to go in for things I just can't get elsewhere. I suppose that's the only upside to this store. Also, it is cheap... But, you get what you pay for. I have been doing most of my grocery shopping here for years. They generally have most if not all of what I need, and their prices are very competitive. I shop for work clothes and footwear here and gym clothes too, as well as electronics and pet supplies. I am a busy person and I like getting everything I need in one place. The employees are helpful and friendly, and there are a lot of self-service checkouts available. The self service photo kiosks and in store pickup are great too. I love this store and go to it even though there is another Walmart that is closer to where I live. Highly recommended. read more

Honestly, I don't plan on ever going there again!! I waited forever while someone had trouble paying, then the cashier told us to get in another line, after I'd waited 15 minutes. And the other 2 cashiers that were open had long lines. It was ridiculous. There are never enough cashiers. I am sick of it. read more

I try my best to avoid Walmart but sometimes it's unavoidable. I went to this Walmart last night to purchase a new bulb for my headlight, since I couldn't go to my local auto parts store as they were closed for Labor Day, this seemed like my only other option. Apparently they put security tabs on the headlights now so you can't just pull them off and take them to the register, you have to have a sales associate take them down for you. Now this would be a good idea if there was ever an associate around to assist you. I flagged down a lady who was very nice and seemed determined to help me flag down someone with a key, even had it paged over the intercom that I needed assistance in the auto parts, and no one came to help. I figured as much considering there was a family before me who seemed like they were also waiting for help and eventually left the aisle. I waited around for a while and eventually ended up just ripping the cardboard tab and pulling the headlight down myself, paid for it and left. read more

I used the online grocery app for this location. After receiving the alert my order was ready for pick up, I "checked in" using the Wal-mart mobile app to notify I was en route to pick up the groceries. When I arrived, no one greeted me. I waited roughly 15 minutes prior to calling the number listed for service. Even though the app advised no phone call was necessary, I was not receiving service, so in this case it was. I paid for my items, and trusted the order was correct. When I arrived at home I noticed 16 items I paid for were never delivered. Furthermore, 2 items listed as out of stock were still charged to my account. I then called the customer support line. The representative was very professional. She advised I could return to the store for the items, or for a refund. Initially no compensation was offered. I stated this was my first experience, and now I have to return to the store for an error that wasn't caused by me. The representative gave me $10 off my next order. This was a poor attempt to save a customer. However, I am not sure what her authority limit of compensation is. I then went back to the store, for my distance is roughly 40 minutes round trip, to stand in line at customer service, wait for the right service member to be called to the desk, for him needing his own assistance, and having to go to the back to research the issue. The whole experience was so frustrating, in addition to the frustration, I spent more than double the time, and an additional round trip fixing the issue, than the time it would have took just to go into the store and purchase the items myself. Outside of ordering on the app, the whole process was far from being organized. Being my very first experience, I will now always be paranoid of an incomplete order. The $10 compensation coupon towards my next order is an insult. I have no intention on redeeming the coupon. read more
