Avoid this CVS pharmacy location if at all possible! This pharmacy is constantly understaffed, and the few staff they do have are astonishingly rude and incompetent. Prescriptions are filled inaccurately or not completed despite getting ready for pickup text message. The wait times (both in store and in drive thru) are incredibly long, you can expect to wait about 30-45 minutes no matter the time of day. There is about a 50% chance your medication will not be in stock, and will be at least a week or more for them to get it back in stock. This location always closes early (usually 10-20 minutes earlier than posted closing time). These are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to unsatisfactory service at this CVS location. Do yourself a favor and choose laterally any other pharmacy to do your business at. read more

Horrible customer service. Disinterested staff. Empty waiting area but they force you to go out and wait in your car in the 100 yard drive through line where they only have to serve one customer at a time - but they still take forever to service each customer Every time I have to go to this CVS it's a different variety of bad experience ! Line is always long at the pharmacy. Difficult to pick up a prescription in a timely manner. Prescriptions are always inaccurately overpriced and expensive compared to other nearby Pharmacys. The prescription prices are such a scam. I just paid $150 for a 7.5 ml Bottle of ear drops. They never tell you how much they cost until you have waited 40 minutes in line after a full day of work. It is very difficult to pick up your prescriptions because they often close the pickup counter inside the pharmacy and rely solely upon the drive through. And, they close 1 of the 2 drive throughs which further leads to long lines of vehicles which clogs the parking lot! read more

There is always a line out the door for the pharmacy and most of the staff there are rude, loud, violating hippa and incredibly dense and unorganized. The woman who ran the cash register at the pharmacy the last two years is horrendous at customer service and has a hard time understanding English/ so it makes for difficult and loud conversations about private things. I had a horrible experience at the drive through window of the pharmacy today. I am handicapped and have to use the drive through window. The clerk insisted that she put my credit card back in the bag with my prescription but it was not there. I asked for the store manager and she refused to summon them. I ended up having to call the police so I could file a stolen credit card report. I had an angry line of customers behind me so I had to pull out of the lane. The police officer did end up finding my card under the wheel of someone else's car.... Something I could not have safely done on my own. I am sure the conduct of this employee was a violation of the ADA... failure to assist a person with a disability. read more

The store is clean and appeared orderly. I needed a couple of things and to print two photos. The lady at checkout and also helping with the photo kiosks was beyond rude. She barked orders at me and spoke very loudly. I had my three-year-old granddaughter with me who climbed up in a chair and sat patiently. I had done something out of order and the clerk kept yelling at me. I told her I was distracted by the child and she kept barking at me, telling me if my photos were on my phone they were probably in the cloud and I wouldn't be able to get them. I told her I don't use the cloud and the photos were on my phone. She continued to bark at me. Mind you, I hadn't even done anything on the computer. I was not have difficulty -- she just kept at me. Finally I told her to stop and I didn't need to be spoken to that way. She continued. I finally took my granddaughter's hand and said "we are leaving, I do not need to be spoken to in that tone." The other customer there nodded with approval, and I put the items I intended on purchasing back on the shelf and left, all the while the clerk was mumbling under her breath and shaking her head. I've never experienced someone so rude in a retail store. I will not return to this location. read more

drive through is NEVER open, longest line that takes forever to get through (i've gotten through a line faster at walmart and market basket). how are you a pharmacy but NEVER have anybody's medicine THAT THEY NEED!?!? AND they always have a poor attitude. can't wait to switch pharmacies. read more

The picture kiosks are always broken. I tried to print pictures for the third time here. The kiosks have such a slow internet connection they can not connect through Bluetooth or Facebook. They also do not develop their own CVS Brand disposable cameras. What makes it worse is the unattentive and generally unapologetic staff. I'll go somewhere else where stuff works and the staff is at least helpful. read more

hen the CVS Hall Street location opened up, it was great. The pharmacy was well staffed, and attentive. The drive up window was quick and convenient. That was then. Sometime in 2016, the pharmacy staff were either fired or left. Since then, there's almost always a wait, whether in the store or at the drive up. The staff look disinterested and/or stressed. Whoever is responsible for the change deserves to be fired. Although I still use this store, I'm seriously considering switching to another pharmacy. read more

My doctor would call in a prescription with 3 refills, but when I went to order that first refill, the prescription wasn't in the computer anymore. Three months of this in a row and I switched pharmacies- to an independent. I can't fault the staff at 4 Hall St- this may be a computer glitch for which they were not responsible. The "front store" is typical CVS. The prices are better than our Rite AId, and the customer service vastly superior. If you aren't familiar with CVS, they have an extensive line of quality store brand items, and you can sign up for a "rewards tag" for coupons including xx% off. These people are pros at getting you to leave the store with more stuff than you wanted. More parking than downtown, a bigger store, easy to get to, but hard to leave in light traffic. A 10 minute walk from 2 Pillsbury, if you go down an alley and across the tracks. read more

The professionalism of the pharmacists is great. Very helpful. Never a raised voice. I really like the convenience of this store. They do a great job with all the hundreds of prescriptions that come their way everyday. read more
