Mind you, I'm dressed in a suit and tie and do not look like a drug dealer. I asked if I can use the men's room and he said they were closed. I think this owner should look at their bathroom policy as a case by case basis as some males may have prostate issues and cannot wait or females needing to use the restroom due to their monthly cycle. It was dark and I foolishly left my wallet with money and all my credit cards on top of the gas pump. I didn't realize I had done so until I got home over 2 hours later, after fighting some nasty ice precipitation that started a 2 day storm. I called to inquire if anyone at the gas station had found my wallet and to my absolute relief, they had! As it was too late to return that night, the cashier said they would hold the wallet until I was able to pick it up. I drove back the next morning and retrieved my wallet, all contents intact. I attempted to give the cashier on duty that morning a reward, but she refused. The manager also refused to permit a reward, stating something to the effect of it was just the right thing to do. I just wanted to publicly acknowledge their kindness and frankly, my gratitude, as in today's culture, that act was an exception to the standards of behavior and courtesy that are usually displayed. I have stopped at this Mobil station multiple times over the years while traveling, and will certainly continue to do so with a new appreciation for their management and staff.

This was a horrible experience. This entire place was a shit show. This gas station is right next…read moreto my high school so obviously it gets a lot of business from high school students. One of the workers who I am pretty sure was the manager forces all students but only teenagers not anyone else who was in the store to leave any bags at the door of the store. When some of the students were using the soda machine (which they purchased three sodas) she stood there getting angry at them and threatening to call the police even though they were only using it and not messing around. If you are in the store with your friends and she discovers you are not making a purchase she will make you wait outside. When I came back the next day she wouldn't even let my friends into the store. She only let me in and the other white students. Also as soon as we were in the store we were accused of stealing and I got yelled at for answering a phone call while inside the store even though I was talking very quietly and their are no signs restricting this in the store. Meanwhile she doesn't seem to care when one of her coworkers had just tried acid for the first time which he was more than happy to announce to my friend while he was making his purchase and when a couple screamed at each other in the store. I find it sad that the lady can't seem to tell that majority of her business comes from the school and its a gas station so there is bound to be a few missing items doesn't mean its the students.

There are also gas pumps out in front (12 fueling positions) and a Blue Rhino tank exchange area. I stop in at this 7-Eleven quite often for quick cheap eats on the go including those tornados (hot rollers) and hot dogs, which are 3 for $3 plus tax and $5 pizzas. The staff will serve you those hot foods (not self serve like at Irving and Speedway) and cash you out. The gas prices here are comparable to the other gas stations along Loudon Road, usually not the cheapest in town nor the most expensive either.
