Stopped into this Trader Joe's while visiting the area. This is one of the biggest Trader Joe's I've been too. There is ample parking in the shopping center. There was a large selection of fresh flowers and an even bigger selection of holiday items that my local Trader Joe's doesn't carry. Always seems to be something new especially in cheese's and crackers section. A few favorites bring us back, but always come home with something new to try. Prices reasonably done. I LOOOOOVE Trader Joe's. It is a place Where we can find just about everything, with reasonable prices, high-quality, and minimum fuzz. The place has a strong following for many people, and there is a reason for it. It is friendly, airy, well-arranged, it's brand merchandise is extremely good, and the staff is the best. I love coming over here whenever I have a chance. From hors d'oeuvres, to ready-made food, to spices, vegetables, it's always an adventure when I come over here. And I will keep on coming. The brand new Trader Joe's is now open in Bedford! I went Sunday at 9:00am opening and there was a line! Clean, bright, well organized, and super friendly staff are eager to help! I love all the TJ brands, but I do miss many of the discontinued products from the past. Prices are great, wonderful beer and wine, cheese, and more. This is the closest TJ's near me, but I do hope they come to the new Salem Tuscan project! read more

The Trader Joe's in Bedford opened today at Market & Main center on the former Macy's site. They have a 2 level parking deck in front of their store, which is only a few yards away from Whole Foods Market. The place was very busy on opening day with crowds of shoppers checking the place out. This TJ's is similar to the Nashua and Portsmouth TJ's and it's also close to my home too! I generally shop here for snacks, oatmeal, produce, pasta, ready to eat salads, sushi, mochis, frozen pizza, meatballs, rice bowls, Greek yogurt, green tea, and other specialty items. They also sell wine and a variety of microbrews here. Also, like other TJ stores, the food sample booth in the back of the gives me a chance to try out interesting products, which sometimes influence me to buy the product. They gave out samples of a sweet kringle dessert today. They also have a wine tasting table as well. The checkout lines were busy, but seemed to move quickly since they had several registers open at the same time. I will try to shop here when the place is less packed during the week. read more

A new shining exciting new, brand new Trader Joe's... that is about as large as a middle school locker room...nothing against the people that work here but this store is so fucking small... not really sure it makes sense to go in right next to a Whole Foods... we will see how long they last. Pretty good prices on flowers, haven't really been impressed with anything else. read more

Best Trader Joe's I've been to by far and it's not just because of there awesome beverage section (can't find that in Connecticut). The store is super clean and large compared to all the Trader Joe's in Ct. staff were super nice, added bonus it's open till 9 o'clock and there's a Whole Foods in the parking lot! If you're ever up in the area you'll enjoy the kindness of the workers in both stores. read more

My mom and I went to this location on October 19th to pick up snacks and a few cases of wine. Geoffrey was incredibly helpful in getting my mom sorted with the wine (even loaded it into the truck for us?!) and Nick with the cool tattoos and cooler shirt was equally helpful and efficient ringing up our separate transactions. They were both very friendly and funny, and honestly provided us the level of customer service that I, a grizzled customer service veteran, aspire to provide. I'm not saying Geoffrey and Nick deserve raises... jk they ABSOLUTELY DO. (I see people complaining about the small size of this location, but it's SO MUCH bigger than my local Trader Joe's ) read more

We've been waiting for what feels like forever for a Trader Joe's to come to our area!! Finally this location has opened in Bedford. Obviously it's a new store so it's very nice! This Trader Joe's is fine. The staff are a little rude, but that is not what earns them two stars. Their handling of COVID safety measures has been uneven and disappointing. Today I witnessed a staff member combing through the line of people waiting to enter and sending people home who did not have masks. Good, that's a good measure to ensure safety. What does not ensure safety was the fact that the staff member seemingly arbitrarily told people they couldn't come in, and allowed a large group without masks in. This is not fair to the people who were sent home and it is not fair to the rest of the customers, as our safety was compromised. It's important to have safety measures that are fairly and fully applied. read more

It's nice to have a Trader Joe's closer to home. I'm not a huge fan, but it's really good for certain things. They have some vegan items (cheap chocolate chips, naan, sauces, frozen items). Prices are pretty cheap, but you couldn't really do a full grocery shop here. Or maybe you could, but we can't. It's very clean, staff is friendly. This complex is a cluster f@#* but it isn't their fault. Do not go at lunch time or busy times!!! read more

I am a frequent customer of this Trader Joe's and am always impressed with the above and beyond customer service provided but today I received a whole new level of accommodation! I went in to buy several bundles of baby's breath for my upcoming wedding and Hillary and Missy were so kind and thoughtful. They went out of their way to get me a bucket filled with water and big box to make sure I could carry the bundles without damaging them at no extra cost. The flowers at TJs are always a steal and excellent quality but the employees that work there make it an enjoyable shopping experience too! read more

Always great, but especially with Covid-19. Went today and they were limiting the number of shoppers in the store (while being welcoming and friendly). All carts were sanitized, shelves were stocked, and associates were friendly and safety conscious. Very impressed and grateful for their consideration. read more

The staff at all Trader Joe's stores have never disappointed but this store specifically has been great! I recently lost something in their store and the staff was so helpful taking my information. They were able to find the item and took great care making sure I got it back. I have never met a staff member who isn't friendly at this store and the Trader Joe's stores have all been amazing handling the Covid-19 pandemic. read more

Trader Joe's is a really great store. The staff is amazing and so helpful and the old Walmart greeter is there now! (If you know you know) I have to admit the shelves are a little unorganized but I still love it... would definitely recommend going there! I have been shopping at Trader Joe's for years, mainly Somerville, Cambridge, and Boston area, but based on the experience I had today at the Bedford location I would never come to this or perhaps any Trader Joe's again. I was in the checkout lane with approx. $75 dollars in groceries including a bottle of wine. I was with my sister and she tells me we both need ID. In a calm voice I say 'these are my groceries so why do we both need an ID?'. She doesn't respond and rudely starts ringing a bell, at this point causing a seen and she was clearly annoyed. Her manager comes over, I don't interrupt, I remain quiet and respectful while they talk. I then ask, if I'm with my child would my child also get carded? (After all I'm at the grocery store not a liquor store). This is my sister and I'm the one buying groceries. His only response, a rude tone and with attitude is 'the law is the law' and then walks away. I'm not sure what law he's referring to but I'm not one to argue, although I am visibly upset and embarrassed I agree to leave the wine. As she continues to ring me out with an attitude, I'm quietly discussing with my sister how upset I am and the cashier rudely and loudly tells me 'you can cancel the rest of your order if you'd like'. I agreed and walked out. This whole experience was terrible, my interaction with the cashier was distasteful even before she began ringing my groceries. I genuinely believe if it was a person who was of another race who was my age (27) who came in with their sister who is (23) they would not have had the same experience. Worth noting my sister had a pic of her ID on her phone which she tried to show the cashier but was brushed off. I know this Trader Joe's is new...but that is no excuse for not knowing how to talk or treat people, it wasn't so much what was said but it was how it was said and the way we were treated and looked at, it was definitely discriminatory. I would never recommend anyone to come into this store. Anyhow, I walked 50 feet to the whole foods in the same plaza, they were friendly and treated me like a human being and were more than welcoming to my sister and I. read more
