As a single mother of 3 tweens and teens. Aldi's is a game changer for my grocery bill. I go to Aldi's for 2 weeks worth of groceries for under $150 which is amazing. Their prices are reasonable. The food is great. They have organic options and non dairy options for reasonable prices. If you are tight on money and willing to give them a try this place is so worth it. This is an extremely clean store and always well stocked. Be prepared to show up with reusable bags because they do not utilize bags and have your quarter ready for a cart. After filling up on Indian cuisine at the nearby Royal India Indian restaurant, I passed Aldi supermarket to see if I needed anything for the evening ahead lounging in the hotel room. It was nice to find Aldi market on the walk back to the Even Hotel - Manchester airport, where I was staying. I entered here around 6:30pm and took a quick walk around the store. While it is technically a supermarket, it was a basic store with a fresh produce section. You probably could tell that Alda's has seen better days, and I think, was stripped to a basic necessities stop for anyone and everyone in Manchester, NH. Feels more like that when Covid-19 takes ahold of things these days. With that said, I found a few things there that I purchased. It was basically drinks that wasn't soda pop, but active water they had in large qualities that day. Decided to purchase 4 of them, mostly the strawberry one since that was the only desirable product they had on hand. And the price per unit was under $1 too, which made this experience at Aldi supermarket a pleasant one. For the most part though, it was a quick 15 minutes worth of looking around and shopping for me. The store itself was small enough to where you can circle the entire store in less than 5 min if you're walking briskly around the perimeter. The service at check out was friendly and nice. Quite good to have this store where it was, so I can have an enjoyable evening while in Manchester, even for a night's stay. The overall experience here at Aldi supermarket here in Manchester, NH was typical, short, quick, and brisk. Just needed a few things to make my stay here as enjoyable as possible, but not going overboard with the spending. Supermarkets are great for this kind of thing, where you can get what you need (most of the time) without spending extra money and sometimes effort, if you know what you want and whether the store you're going to carries it. Aldi is not really what you'd expect as far as being a full service supermarket in most places, but it gets the job done. At least the ease of navigating the store is a big plus, versus other larger supermarkets with many countless aisles of products on their shelves. Aldi supermarket keeps its place in tip top shape and keeps things stocked daily. While Alda's is a community supermarket for the city of Manchester, NH, you can find bargains here, like I did. While it's not your traditional supermarket, Alda's has something to offer anyone and everyone who comes thru the area. For meals on the go, to everyday needs, Aldi has the basic stuff you need, even instant ramen on my experience here. Yup, the basics in an ever changing world we live in these days. Aldi supermarket is located at 1111 S Willow Avenue in beautiful Manchester NH. They accept major credit cards, and cash too. As far as parking goes, there's a large parking lot for you to park in. No stress. Best bet would be to come here early to secure a nice parking spot in front of the store for maximum value. I believe that Manchester has a public transportation system, so best to choose the correct route that you know of that will get you here on S Willow Avenue here in Manchester. The Even Hotel is nearby as is the Manchester Boston regional airport is a 10 min drive. Alda's supermarket is a nice place to shop, if you live in the area, passing by, or a tourist like me, it's got something for everyone at an affordable price. Come on by if you're in the area. Honestly, this is where I get all my groceries since it's much cheaper than any other place around like market basket or hannaford or shaw's. There is usually a deal on produce every week whether its 59 cents for big mango's or 69 cents for ripe avocado, you can't go wrong with shopping here. Maybe they don't have brand name products but the food is still very good and the meat is fairly cheap. I go here once a week and wouldn't shop at any other grocery store since this is just so much cheaper. Best bang for your buck! I was on a mission to find a specific style of velvet sheets located in the Aldi Finds aisle. I had found different designs and different sizes in two previous Aldi stores but really wanted a specific pattern. I'd actually never been to this location and just put in Aldi near me and it was about 20 minutes away so we decided to go. It was very busy on a Thursday evening. Probably the longest line I've seen at any Aldi in awhile. Nice store with two Aldi Finds aisles (woohoo) and they had my sheets! The line was pretty slow going but worth it. If I'm in the area I'll stop again but would not go out of my way to get to this location if not nearby as it was very busy and a lot of traffic around the store and inside the store was packed. read more

We just moved to Manchester from Ohio. I was pleased to see their was an Aldi here! It's nice and new. It's literally 3 times the size of the one back home. They had a pretty good selection of everything. I like Aldi because the prices are pretty good. I've always had good experiences with their meat/dairy. They are beginning to have a bigger selection of organic items, which is great. Tip: bring a quarter to "rent" a grocery cart, and bring your own bags or you'll have to buy them. My only con is some of the produce is ripe or near ripe, if you don't use it quickly it will go bad very fast. I can get a cart full (aka a weeks worth) of groceries at Aldi for around 80.00. I spent 175.00 at Whole Foods and got way less. read more

I was excited to we were getting an Aldi's! My first impression walking in was, "wow, this place is empty - but it looks nice! Few customers, and no one on the register, but I suppose not everyone rushes to do grocery shopping right after work on a Thursday. Clean and bright - as a brand spanking new store should be. I was disappointed in their produce section so I'll have to check back to see if it gets better. Some good bargains to be had; large jar of salsa for $1.50, and addictingly-good tortilla chips. I was a little underwhelmed by the whole experience, and I'm a bit picky when it comes to meat and produce, so I'll only stop here for basics, e.g. canned goods, snacks, etc. Cashier was friendly and business seemed to be picking up as I was leaving. I understand the concept of the supermarket but that doesnt change that costumer service should be a priority the cashier sitting down made me change my baby from an empty cart to the one she was filling with my stuff instead of grabbing the empty one on the register next to her pure laziness to me more work for me as a costumer I rather shop somewhere else. read more

Aldi in Manchester NH is an excellent food store with high quality and low prices. I shop there weekly. I love it. Their premium icecream has only 4 ingredients. No fillers. Fruits and veggies are fresh and often on sale. Strawberries this week were $1.29. They have grass fed beef for around $5 a pound. They have lots of organic choices as well. read more

I had never heard of ALDI before and upon walking in at first I thought Costco and a nice employee (they were all very nice people working there by the way, the nicest and most helpful staff vs regular grocery stores) explained to me you can buy in bulk but you don't have to. So my first instinct upon seeing that they carried organic products was omg yes! This place is awesome! They have cheap organic food, but be aware be very aware! I spent $34 on a variety of food just to try them out. Now I know it's all "their brand" stuff but besides produce. Nothing tastes similar to the real grocery store stuff - nothing! Even the meat omg it was horrible! Their health brand for steak and bacon when cooked tastes literally like something I could buy at a run of the mill diner, a random 1-star diner. The second time around because the packages came with multiple cuts of meat - I tried everything from marinating to seasoning to over seasoning and nothing worked it still tasted like plastic. And chewed like rubber. Also the cereal and "fit&healthy" granola pretty much tastes like styrofoam. To be honest unless they had cheap brand name stuff I would not be willing to try any of their other products. That is one of the things that you can do, exchange for other products if you don't like the way things tastes/they aren't up to par but don't just go elsewhere! I save so much money here. Tortilla chips $1.19 "fritos" copycat chips $.79! Blueberries pint $1.49 cereals from $1.19 to $1.99. Mandoline slicer $4.99 compact fan - very powerful $9.99. I just tried the organic salsa $1.79 the only ingredients are vegetables and sea salt and it's excellent! Or you can go pay 3.99 at hannafords. Tuna $.65. The meats are regular price to anywhere else and just dont look good to me, but that's fine. Why would another reviewer complain that there weren't any customers? Yes you bring your own bag but its only 6 cents for a paper bag. You can always find something different in the nonfood section from tools to pet toys to pots pans knives hampers shelving pool toys. I save a LOT of money and that's what its all about. People are just dumb for not shopping here imo. read more

Aldi is cheap, good food, but zero name brands / but if your on a budget like me, this is the place for you!
