I think this owner should look at their bathroom policy as a case by case basis as some males may have prostate issues and cannot wait or females needing to use the restroom due to their monthly cycle. The staff who work here at the Bow Irving Circle K seem to have a great attitude and enjoy coming to work. This is one of the better Irving Bluecanoe locations I've been to. On my last visit, I stopped here to refill my big cup with a cold fountain drink since they have the ongoing 89 cents any size fountain drink promotion. The fountain drinks dispenser at this location offers both Coke products and Pepsi products. I decided to fill my big cup with Minute Maid Light Lemonade. The young cashier charged me 97 cents (with tax) as advertised, unlike the grump at the Derry Irving Circle K who overcharged me a couple days ago. As I was leaving, I took a sip of the drink and it tasted like water. I reenter the store and inform the cashier that the lemonade was out. He drops everything and immediately goes to the back and changes the lemonade. 30 seconds later, I had cold refreshing sweet lemonade. That's what great customer service should be!

One of the workers who I am pretty sure was the manager forces all students but only teenagers not anyone else who was in the store to leave any bags at the door of the store. When some of the students were using the soda machine (which they purchased three sodas) she stood there getting angry at them and threatening to call the police even though they were only using it and not messing around. If you are in the store with your friends and she discovers you are not making a purchase she will make you wait outside. When I came back the next day she wouldn't even let my friends into the store. She only let me in and the other white students. Also as soon as we were in the store we were accused of stealing and I got yelled at for answering a phone call while inside the store even though I was talking very quietly and their are no signs restricting this in the store. Meanwhile she doesn't seem to care when one of her coworkers had just tried acid for the first time which he was more than happy to announce to my friend while he was making his purchase and when a couple screamed at each other in the store. There are also gas pumps out in front (12 fueling positions) and a Blue Rhino tank exchange area. I stop in at this 7-Eleven quite often for quick cheap eats on the go including those tornados (hot rollers) and hot dogs, which are 3 for $3 plus tax and $5 pizzas. The staff will serve you those hot foods (not self serve like at Irving and Speedway) and cash you out. The gas prices here are comparable to the other gas stations along Loudon Road, usually not the cheapest in town nor the most expensive either.
