This pharmacy has become shockingly unprofessional, and today's experience was the breaking point…read more I am genuinely stunned by how consistently poor the customer service is -- especially from the especially rude cashier, Jackie -- and even more stunned that the owners clearly know about it, based on the many reviews describing the exact same behavior. I needed my doctor's office to release a prescription in the system. Jackie told me to call back once it was fixed. I did exactly that... and was hung up on. I assumed it was a mistake, so I called again -- only to have the phone picked up and immediately hung up. This happened five times in a row. When she finally answered, I asked why she would do that. Her response: "I don't know." I told her I would be escalating the issue and she replied, calmly and flatly, "Ok, go ahead." No concern, no apology, no sense of accountability. The attitude was honestly bizarre -- as if she knows there will be no consequences. After reading other reviews going back years, it seems this is a pattern, not an exception. It is shocking that a pharmacy -- where professionalism matters -- is allowing this to continue. I've used this pharmacy on and off for 30 years, and the decline in the last few years has been dramatic. The reported owner, Charlie, has also never returned a call in my experience. At this point, it's hard to understand how the business is being run at all.
