Mind you, I'm dressed in a suit and tie and do not look like a drug dealer. I asked if I can use the men's room and he said they were closed. I think this owner should look at their bathroom policy as a case by case basis as some males may have prostate issues and cannot wait or females needing to use the restroom due to their monthly cycle. I work right around the corner and drop in often for gas, lottery tickets and their amazing lunch salads! This morning I was in a rush for gas and brought in what I thought was a $10 Lottery Ticket and told the gal to put it towards gas on Station 6. As I was outside gassing up the car, Sarah came out with another $10 to give to me. I thought this gesture of honesty was amazing and in this day and age, so refreshing! I did call the manager and told him what a great young lady she was but I also wanted you to be aware of this. I would have never known that this was a $20 ticket and this young woman took it upon herself to make sure that I got the remaining ten dollars!!! All is know is that her name is Sarah but please let her know how much I appreciate her honesty. To her, she probably thought that she was just doing the right thing. For me, this wonderful gesture absolutely made my day!!! Having responsible employees like this is definitely a feather in your cap as a corporation. I have always liked this place for their friendly and competent employees and convenience but now, trust me, I love it and will definitely tell everyone I know about this!!! Thank you for your time and please acknowledge this amazing young woman!!! All the best, Patsy Anacki

Lunch is served! The…read moreRoute 106 Shell station in the Heights is our "go to" place for easy quick and convenient lunches. My coworkers and I stop in here very frequently for lunch takeout and snacks since it's the closest food place to our office and our lunch break is only 30 minutes. The food mart offers the basic convenience store items plus prepared foods including grab & go foods, salads, soups, made to order hot & cold subs & wraps, and a good variety of pizza by the slice (self serve) or whole pie. Specials are offered here including Any 2 Slices of Pizza & a Bottled Coke product ($4.99 plus tax) and Any 12" Sub, Chips, & a Bottled Coke product ($5.99 plus tax). The subs can be hit or miss. The Meatball sub is pretty decent, but a few of my coworkers got cramps after eating some Italian Mix and Tuna subs. The pizza slices made here are pretty good, which have a thick and heavy firm chewy crust. The pizza shell is loaded with generous amounts of toppings, very filling and tasty. The Sausage, Peppers, & Onions and the Deluxe slices are definitely my favorites! The gas prices are in line with other stations in the area (on Loudon Road), usually several cents more than Sam's Club up the road. (3.7 stars)

They have all the types of coffee you could possibly imagine, which is great since my fiancé and I have completely different tastes. He ordered a traditional, hot latte. He said it was full flavored, not too hot, and was served at the perfect temperature. I had an iced Moose Tracks (chocolate and peanut butter) latte with oat milk. I was worried the flavors would be really heavy but it was just the right amount of sweetness. The place is also huge. It went way further back than I would have thought and there were plenty of tables. They had a million different types of coffee beans you could buy in all different sizes. Some even looked like 5lb bags. In addition to all of that, they had great merch, some with their logo and others that were dog and cat themed. As a person with a lot of pets, I wanted to buy everything. They also featured other goods and art made by local New Hampshirites.

There were approximately 5 other customers in the shop. Woman at the counter was welcoming and accommodating. We ordered 2 egg, ham and cheese sandwiches. One with Swiss one with American. A 12 oz mocha and a 12 oz maple latte. The woman at the counter inquired if I preferred white or dark chocolate for the mocha ( nice touch) and what type of milk. They do offer real maple syrup. The sandwiches took about 7 minutes to appear. The cook ( rather rough ) put them on the counter and turned away in one motion. The coffees took another 4 minutes after the sandwiches came out. If the place had been busy I, of course would understand the wait. However, it was not. Once I finally joined my companion to being eating ( I was delivering items to the table as I received them) he was done with his sandwich as I was beginning. The sandwich was a huge disappointment. Yes, the order was made correctly. The bread was toasted as I requested, bone dry but toasted. My dissatisfaction came from the lack of filling in the sandwich. One egg, one small slice of cheese( not covering the entire slice of bread ) and one paper thin slice of deli ham. I do realize that food costs are up, I also realize that will not have return customers if they do not feel like they are getting value for their dollars. The service was slow but mostly kind. The coffees were very good. The sandwiches were a disappointment. Two 12oz specialty coffees, two breakfast sandwiches just under $30.
