What the heck happened to the pizza? Used to get it all the time and was the best around. Today it was barely edible

So hard to pick a star rating for this place. On one hand it was clean and tidy and the gentleman…read morewho. He led us out and suggest honey mustard was so sweet and kind. But one the more shockingly rude side the woman who "greeted" myself and my service do with "ummm ladies you can't have a dog in here" I replied very nicely he's a service dog and my friend even offered to wait by the door. She then questioned me why I needed one, assumed I was lying and made me feel beyond uncomfortable and embarrassed. I hade to even argue with her and explain title 3 ADA law to her and how she was being rude and over questioning. I even told her I won't bring her near the food section and she just was rude and continued to make fun of me and mock me for what she was assuming was a lie. Great place and lots of options but that woman needed to take a chill pill and think before she speaks as I was so humiliated after being confronted by her. Obviously I'm okay with people asking if he is one but didn't need her aditude nore her judgment and rudeness.

Was a nice place to go years ago. Now it's not as nice in the least due to 2 of the older ladies…read morethat work there. They make it uncomfortable with how they stare at customers, they seem cold to interact with. I've even seen the older one, Donna Ray writing down customers' plate numbers and giving dirty looks. She doesn't seem to like the mentally disabled either, I don't dare send my adult daughter in on her own anymore due to her. I've seen her glaring at others as well. She's cold, callous, talks about customers in front of them, and is very unpleasant. As bad as she is with customers, I feel sorry for the workers that have to be around her all day. Not sure what her job is but I stop in multiple times through the day and all I ever see her doing is standing around badmouthing customers and workers. She even berates people openly to the people that deliver goods. It's also not as clean or neat as it used to be. The bathrooms are dingy, so much so it would take a putty knife to scrape the buildup on the wall under the hand dryers off. Also not very impressive when most times we stop, the woman with the gold/tan car that works there is usually in her car vaping. This woman and Donna are tight and are often seen whispering (loudly) together about others.
