Would rate lower if possible, took 2 tires in after having the other 2 changed at the Scottsbluff Ne (5 Star service) would have had them all changed there but they only had 2 in stock and I was traveling. Got back home scheduled online in Casper to replace the other 2 with matching tires as sidewalls were weather checked beyond safe driving. Took the two tires in for the scheduled install that was pre paid online and was told my order would be refunded 5-10 business days since I didn't drive the vehicle and I would need to pay separately for the tires and wait for the refund. I said no and the 3 guys at the counter got someone else to help them check me in without refunding the order and that associate asked me if I wanted light truck tires as ordered and I said yes please. He finishes checking me in and I wait. 35 minutes later they roll the tires into the shop, still waiting 45 minutes later they finally update me service is starting. 10 more minutes and a tech walks out and asks me if I am ok with the passenger rated tires they set out for me and I said no they need to be light truck tires. He says thought so and says wait one minute comes back and says sorry we need to cancel your order and refund your money 5-10 business days and you ll need to go ahead and pay separately for the tires. Now been there for over 2 hours and I said no please cancel the service and return my tires. They did but when I checked my app only the install was cancelled and it said I needed to pick my purchased tires up by sept. 14th. I asked the associate at the counter and he said oh nothing to worry about we cancelled it for you. Got home and followed up only to discover they refunded $41 for the install and did not cancel the tires. Had to involve wal mart corporate help desk to get the tires cancelled, after watching the way others were treated as well I would avoid this service center read more

A geriatric employee at Walmart -- the ones who scrutinize at self checkout accused me of not paying. I am a Walmart Plus member and everything you do reflects in your Walmart app, down to purchases (receipts). Once I payed. I was offered different way to receive a receipt from: no receipt, print receipt, or digital receipt via Walmart Plus membership. I tried explaining and showing her, but to no avail. She refused to take a look at my receipt... She says: you don't have to show me anything... Apparently, I do, because I was accused of robbery. To what she's says. I didn't accuse you of stealing, "I just said, you didn't pay'.... Walmart, please relocate your associate to door greater away from causing any danger. read more

It seems kind of odd that a town that is just under 50,000 people has two Walmart stores. I guess the research that needed to be done to make sure two two stores could operate in town was done accurately because both are packed with people. The parking and navigation issues do not seem to be a problem here. Much unlike the north store. Besides that it is your typical Walmart which means the occasional freak show is passing through. I did buy some stuff here which was a nice score! Ah. Walmart. Where the creeps save money so they can be creepier. read more

I have never had a problem with the west side Wal Mart, I do not care for the one on the east side. Every time I needed help to find a product they always smile and physically lead me to the product, even though I say I can find it myself with directions. I like to use the self out, there is always someone to help if there is a problem. If I ask they will help carry the items to the car. The groceries there are at times 30% less. I do not like their meat, we shop at Sams for meat and other products that we buy in large quantities. read more

Local high school, Natrona, needed over 36 dozen donuts within 12 hours. When called, the bakery here immediately jumped on the case and without any hassle prepared the confection on time. They even went out of their way to help the school load the donuts. Wonderful department in Walmart; great customer service. read more

Placed a custom cake order for my kiddos birthday party a couple of days ago went to pick up the cake about a half hour before the party not thinking that I should have just made it my self, but anyway get the cake it looks ok mediocre at best just looking in the box didn't have time to have them make a new one. Get the cake out of the box and it's lopsided?? And looking closer at the decorating OH MY LANTA!! it was awful told them to leave the top left corner with no writing so they squeezed everything along the bottom of the cake the rest of it was just kind of ugly when you PAY someone for a service it's because they should be better at it than you! read more

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to CJ in Electronics on Jan 10 around noon. I have never experienced top notch service from here like I did that day. He really went out of his way to help and didn't get frustrated or keep trying to do his own thing like all other employees I had to asked for help. Before dealing with him I asked another employee for help and all she said was they didn't have anymore in stock and turned away. CJ saw my family and I looking around and asked if we needed help. Told him what we were looking for and since they didn't have any in stock he helped us find something else that would work. He was very polite and gave his full attention to making sure our experience there was excellent. If it wasn't for him and his amazing customer service my experience there would have been the same it always is, crap and can't wait to get out of there. CJ needs to be recognized for some outstanding customer service. Wish all employees were like that but all that I deal with don't give a crap and gets annoyed when asking for help. I am not a walmart fan at all, a necessary place, being on the road and filling prescriptions as needed, BUT, we broke down in their parking lot and they accommodated us for about a week, waiting on insurance adjusters and our own attempt to fix whats broken. I, We cant thank them enough for being so understanding. Nights were quiet, with 0 issues. Plenty of overnighters here, but done quietly. read more

This Walmart is well stocked. They always have plenty of registers open so no long lines. They keep the parking lot cleared in inclement weather. The staff has always been helpful. I do all my grocery shopping here as it's just down the road from my place in PV. read more

Went to Walmart Auto Dept. They had only one person changing oil but 4 people working the counter. Really slowed things down. Took 3 hours!!! Had my oil changed and also they put windshield wiper fluid in. However they watered down the fluid and it froze in my lines. This stores desire to save pennies really put me and my family in danger. read more

I wish I could give negative stars this place is just awful. We had a flat tire on Sunday of all days and after calling several places I found this place. Yes they were open and the lady at the counter said she had our size of tire. I informed her that we would be making a two hour drive and she was certain that she had the tire we needed. Upon arrival however we were in formed that they would sell us the tire but wouldn't put it on due to mismatched tread okay that sucked but that's not all. Then they just walked away we didn't even have a chance to say anything in reply we had to find another place to go and soon since it was getting late and they didn't even offer any helper suggestions even after we told them we didn't live around there and knew no one. There awesome from the hair salon to the grocery area to CDs and clothes etc. I love shopping there everyone is friendly and helpful! The prices are reasonable on clothes, hair dye, make up , and groceries etc. Planning on going tomorrow actually mother daughter shopping spree ! Oh and I love the self checkouts!! read more

The auto center was slow, and said the wait time would be 30 minutes but ended up being 2.5 hours. Would recommend changing the oil yourself or just driving your car without oil would be better than having to wait for the service to be performed. read more

People have been putting skimmers on the do it yourself check out. I am a victim of this. My debit/credit card was entirely wiped out of over nine hundred dollars. I'm not sure if it was an inside job. Someone from Georgia went to their Sam's Club with my card number. So the transaction from the state of Wyoming to Georgia took 48 hrs. read more

Stay away from tire and lube center. I've been to plenty of Wal Mart Tire and Lube centers and most are okay, but this one is noticeably lacking. They are lazy and don't want to work on your car. I went there one hour before close for an oil change and they tried to steer me away so they could close early. There was only one car ahead of me and plenty of workers walking around (not even acting busy). Bad customer service- their workers obviously don't want to be there. read more

I've experienced better in lots of places that carry some of what WalMart (usually) stocks. That's probably true for everyone. Here's why I'm posting. I needed a new watch battery for a cheap watch (bought at Wal-Mart a few years ago). I asked the woman at the jewelry counter if she had a tool for removing the pin bar that holds the strap on- I needed to be able to read on the watch back what battery to buy. She found the battery number (CR2016, a common coin battery) without having to remove the strap. Thank you lady! Then the fun began. She reached down under the counter and pulled out a generic Wal-mart branded battery that she said would fit my watch, and it was $9.00. My first reaction was "oh shit!" I immediately apologized for that but told her I wouldn't buy the battery. I was right in front of the selection of actual real brand name coin batteries. I found the hook with the Rayovac lithium 2016 batteries. I had to remove all 10 of the packages from the hook because the price tag was hidden behind them. The price? Two batteries for a little over $4. Sold! I didn't mention any of this to the jewelry counter woman. She seemed to be in a bad mood. I've run in to her in this walmart in the past and she always seems to be in a bad mood. Lesson- don't buy anything from the jewelry counter at this Walmart before you check the other Walmart, Kmart, and Target. This one clerk at least is happy to rip you off. Believe it or not, it actually did take me a little longer to change out the dead battery for the fresh new one than it did to write this review. ' read more

Had the misfortune to stop at this Wal-Mart. Now I know why the "People of Wal-Mart" videos are so spot on. But I digress; Wal-Mart cannot control the type of clientele that visit their establishments. However, this Wal-Mart seems to be very poorly stocked, with many empty shelves. The parking lot is gigantic and the lines are long once checking out. Time is money, or so it is said. One would be better off visiting a competing grocer, i.e., Albertsons or Smith's and spending a bit more money while saving time and having better customer service. read more

Great place to shop and great selection of products. Excellent store for shopping when visiting less fortunate countries. Get a lot for your loved ones that do not live in the U.S and at a great price you will be well appreciated. Salon workers should get high percentage of pay for the customers they do since Salon is a Commission based business and not hourly. Great selection of health and beauty aid too. read more
