There meat and seafood counter is nice and lets me pick out the perfect cut of meat or seafood for my recipe. As for their prices I find the regular prices to be on par with most other grocery stores in town and often find sale prices to be very good. The best part of this store is their check-outs, as they proactively work to clear or prevent back-ups. I have had them take me to the self check-outs and ring up my order. This is just one example of them going out of their way to prevent back-ups. In conclusion I really do like this store and would shop their more often it were located on my side of town (live near the Hilltop Center).

We have shopped at Smith's for a couple of years now, mostly just because it is the closest…read morepharmacy to us. There have been MULTIPLE times we are missing groceries by the time we get home. STOP letting the cashiers bag, they NEVER give us the bags they fill. The last time I called them and explained that we were missing nearly $30 worth of items. They refused to door dash the items to us but told us we could come in and get them or they could leave a note at the customer service desk and we could get a refund next time we came in. A few days later we went back to get the refund. The customer service person thought we were trying to "swindle" her because I called the "cocktail weenies" "little smokies." She said "there are NO little smokies anywhere on this list." As if I were trying to steal. Also we were refused a refund and told we had to get the exact things we were missing and take them back to the customer service desk in order to replace the items. We were so frustrated and upset in the Service persons obvious mistrust over wording that we just left. I will NEVER go through a clerk operated check out there again. Normally I support not using the self check out so that people keep their jobs, not at Smith's though.

It included 2 orders of rolls, 5 sides, 2 kinds of meat, and 2 desserts. I was assigned a pick up time of 7pm-8pm, they got my order together and shuffled us out the door. When I got home and was unloading my car, I realized they had forgotten one of the rolls. I called them at 7:23pm and asked if I could come back and get them, and they said "well we are only here for 15 minutes so you need to hurry"..... (when we got there, they had tables full of food waiting to get picked up still so not sure why the rude comment about hurrying was necessary. I understand wanting to go home but YOU chose to do a 7-8pm pickup time and YOU forgot part of my order) I didn't receive any printed instructions on reheating/baking but realized later on that other customers had printed instructions so not sure why we didn't get any for our order. I spent $350 and was very disappointed in the meal. The rolls were hard, the sides lacked flavor, the dessert was just okay. Maybe I had my expectations too high after seeing all of the pictures they had posted of the food. What REALLY gets me is the lack of customer service.. the response from the owner on reviews and via email. That alone made me never want to support this business again, and then add in the wasted $350 meal and now I really won't be back. Got back home scheduled online in Casper to replace the other 2 with matching tires as sidewalls were weather checked beyond safe driving. Took the two tires in for the scheduled install that was pre paid online and was told my order would be refunded 5-10 business days since I didn't drive the vehicle and I would need to pay separately for the tires and wait for the refund. I said no and the 3 guys at the counter got someone else to help them check me in without refunding the order and that associate asked me if I wanted light truck tires as ordered and I said yes please. He finishes checking me in and I wait. 35 minutes later they roll the tires into the shop, still waiting 45 minutes later they finally update me service is starting. 10 more minutes and a tech walks out and asks me if I am ok with the passenger rated tires they set out for me and I said no they need to be light truck tires. He says thought so and says wait one minute comes back and says sorry we need to cancel your order and refund your money 5-10 business days and you ll need to go ahead and pay separately for the tires. Now been there for over 2 hours and I said no please cancel the service and return my tires. They did but when I checked my app only the install was cancelled and it said I needed to pick my purchased tires up by sept. 14th. I asked the associate at the counter and he said oh nothing to worry about we cancelled it for you. Got home and followed up only to discover they refunded $41 for the install and did not cancel the tires. Had to involve wal mart corporate help desk to get the tires cancelled, after watching the way others were treated as well I would avoid this service center

A geriatric employee at Walmart -- the ones who scrutinize at self checkout accused me of not…read morepaying. I am a Walmart Plus member and everything you do reflects in your Walmart app, down to purchases (receipts). Once I payed. I was offered different way to receive a receipt from: no receipt, print receipt, or digital receipt via Walmart Plus membership. I tried explaining and showing her, but to no avail. She refused to take a look at my receipt... She says: you don't have to show me anything... Apparently, I do, because I was accused of robbery. To what she's says. I didn't accuse you of stealing, "I just said, you didn't pay'.... Walmart, please relocate your associate to door greater away from causing any danger.

There is a Harbor Freight which like all of them is great if you need cheap Chinese tools. Also a bowling alley. A fairly pricey liquor store. Some other stores, nothing spectacular. An awful lot of empty spaces. Oh yeah- a good place for walking exercise as it's carpeted and has a fair amount of slope from one end to the other.

I needed help getting a 9x12 foot rug off the rack. There were no employees on the floor, only one…read morecashier. I had to get somebody from the back area. One guy said he would help me and he never showed up. There were at least 3 employees back there. The cashier was not friendly either and did not offer to help. He instead just watched me struggle. If you are working a retail job you should expect to help customers. Customer service is a big part of the job. Your employees need more training. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. I will go to Home Goods or Marshalls instead.
