I called the store & spoke with a lady named Grace, she told me she would have someone to call me back. Five minutes later, I got a call, which, in my mind, was amazing!! The person that I spoke with said that someone would come out to my house & check out the problem. The manager, and the warehouse manager were at my house in around 10 minutes. Casper, Wyoming is a small town, so it really doesn't take a lot of time to get to any location. They quickly discovered what the problem was & fixed it on the spot. I cannot recommend this people enough. They are ABSOLUTELY GREAT to do business with.
