One salad showed up notably later than everyone else's appetizers. I had the French onion soup which is not salty (a common issue with many Steakhouse French onion soups). However, I was a little disappointed that the cheese was not melted as a complete lid on top of the soup but instead was floating in the soup. That makes a big difference. There's a backwards OYO Townhouse sign outside near the parking lot which looks like it is for a dilapidated food court. It's very confusing coming into this hotel. No signs on the actual building. You go inside and you see signs about some other business to the left. No indication of where the check in counter is located, which is down the hall to the right beyond a poor excuse of a sundry shop. The clerk had a name badge that said Econo Lodge. So...which is it??? Only one coffee cup in the room. I got two room keys, one of which wouldn't work. By the next morning the second key didn't work either. I tried to call the front desk from their phone in my room which has a white office label taped over Econo Lodge phone details with OYO Townhouse. The front desk hot button gives you a bad line beeping signal and so do the other hot buttons. I dialed the full phone number in it's entirely and got no answer for 40 minutes. I tried to call from my cell phone and still no answer for 18 minutes. Finally got someone on the line. Had another issue later and tried to call and, again, no answer for another 18 minutes. On a positive note, it was clean. Can't beat the price but, wow.

Because there are so many closed areas, and such an elaborate labyrinth of spooky hallways and a gigantic center atrium where the pool is (drained, of course), it would be a perfect setting for a horror movie. When I showed up at around 11:30 pm, there was no one at the front desk, and after ringing the clerk's private number he had listed at the counter, he came down and said he had been helping another guest with their room. Well then he put me in that very guest's room who had been moved, in the middle of covid! I walked into the room and that guest had left trash, had slept in the bed, and there was a large dark mystery stain on the floor. Plus the room was freezing, and the maid walked in on me and scared me awake before 9 AM with no do not disturb sign available. I had tried to contact the front desk clerk again but he was nowhere to be found. This place should definitely be closed and probably bulldozed, unless this strange, creepy property could be used in a horror movie. Stay away!!!!! And lastly, it's important to flag businesses that are deliberately misleading people...posting false pictures and information on 3rd party booking sites. A lot of other people have left scathing reviews of the place, and I think that booking.com is allowing them to pay in order to remove negative reviews.
